Nested within thick forest and valley. A perfect place for few relaxed days with family and friends

Amazing location. The bungalow is set in the middle of a thick forest with beautiful valley view. The place is completely isolated. The nearest neighbour would be at least 200 mtrs away. Hence the place is so quiet that even a whisper is enough to comfortably talk to your partners.

The town centre is a good 16mins drive away. Hence ensure that you have enough provisions for tea / coffee and food (if you intend to have it at the bungalow) Wish they had a resident staff who could help with basics like tea - coffee and washing the dishes.

Beautiful building, beautiful view but it is empty, no soul and saď

It's a beautiful building designed by a German.

The building fall into a wrong hand. In the end it is empty with no soul. The German guy who built the house for his family had given his full efforts to make the builing looks beautiful. The house hasn't been taken care of properly by a local guy who doesnt care about people wellfare and comfort, who relied too much on the housekeeper to handle things. A big house with the cheap interior decos, cheap beds, cheap wardrobe, cheap lights. The lamps from 1940's era. Let alone with the knocking noise at the main door and the typewriter sounds we heard in the middle of night.

Dirty and run down and in need of love.

Place was really really dirty. Mold on all the walls. Especially the bathroom. The bathroom toilet ran for hours after flushing. Behind the bed had cobwebs and was dirty. Stained towels. The kitchen was filthy inside the cupboards and was falling apart. We had to wash all plates and utensils before using. Our sliding doors in our room wouldn't lock which the caretaker came and fixed but on the 2nd night we discovered one of the other rooms doors didn't lock either so I didn't feel safe. It was all just really run down and unloved. Such a shame because it could be a beautiful property if cared for properly and a bit of money spent on it. We had booked 3 nights but left after 2 as it was miserable staying there. Tried to contact the owner, who did not reply.

Bad

Nothing, I stayed 2 years ago when the property was newly opened. 0ctober 2021. It was very good then. Teribble now. Lack of maintenance

I am supposed to stay at Green Acres today. Took the key from Wan and arrived at the homestay. In less than 10 minutes, we decided to leave the place. 1. The main door was not locked and it is very shaky. 2. Sliding door at the pool table room can't be locked. Neither the pool room main door. 3. Our room was wide open. 4. The House is not as posted on booking.com very very bad. 5. Not clean 6. No curtains for any sliding doors and room curtains can't be closed properly. 7. The house is so spooky. We did not feel safe at all with all the issues. Now I am staying at Puncak inn Hotel. I have been to your property 2 years ago. But this time around its beyond bad. It's teribble. I demand a full refund. Very dissapointed 😞

The place itself is quiet and peaceful. Suitable for those who want to feel at peace and nature lovers

The condition of the roads to get to this place must be repaired to feel safer on the way to get there

beautiful from outside but a total disaster inside

nice quite location

it’s so run down, the floor paint sticks to your feet, the water heater only last for 2 or 3 people . then have to wait long time for it to reheat. utensils in kitchen are so fun down, water leaks , door with broken window panel,

From parking to the house, we had to take the stairs.. not really suitable for those with knee problem.

A perfect getaway from the busy city

We rented the whole bungalow so we enjoyed the spacious area. Its a perfect location if you want to escape from the busy city.

Not elderly/OKU friendly as we had to go down several flight of stairs to reach the bungalow. Kitchen utensils and appliences need an upgrade.

Value for money. If u looking for a retreat this is the place.

Perfect for retreat. Super queit . I can sit there there the whole day on the balcony. Good for family trip too. Kids will love the trampoline very much. Well equipped kitchen too.

Great quiet location for birdwatching

Location was excellent- a superb jungle view from the terrace which was perfect for us birdwatchers. Room was quite spacious, kitchen had everything

We need more furniture in the room to put things on, there was only one nightstand. At least 2 nightstands and a table.

Nice property but seen better days.

The property was generally clean with lots of living spaces. Good for family and groups of friends.

Many of the facilities were either in disrepair or no longer accessible. Some lights were not working, pool table was damaged, ping pong table not available, no board games, karaoke not working, could not turn on the TV. One of the twin bed was not sturdy and collapsed. So much potential to be better.

Would definitely visit again because of its uniqueness and great space to unwind and recharge.

Lovely quiet location and layout of the house, terrace and yard. Wonderful cozy vibes and facilities (e.g. plenty of communal areas).

I arrived at 2.50pm (check-in was 3pm) but it was a 15-minute delay to enter the house. The kettle couldn't be opened to fill with water, and the hot water from the dispenser wasn't available, only the cold water option was. The pillow I initially used had a musty smell and the duvet had dust.

It was one of the few bungalows in Fraser’s Hill that was large enough to fit all of us and available to general public.

It was clean, spacious, many rooms and the kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable, warm water was abundant and there’s hairdryer in certain bedrooms.

We took the whole bungalow ie all 6 rooms but there were only 4 bathrooms. Karaoke system wasn’t working. A bit far from town.

Breakfast is not applicable. I like the spacious room, kitchen, living room and peaceful environment.

The location is a bit far from main attractions, such as restaurants. The place maybe not be so safe in case animals or people enter the place illegally.

A bit far from central. Sliding door we couldn't lock it for some reason, so i was quite nervous at night sleeping.

Overpriced for what it is

The surroundings are gorgeous - but the location is far off and not easily accessible (through a lengthy one way looping street)

Completely overpriced for what it is. It's more a hostel than a hotel. It is clean but very very basic and barren (cables out of the wall, ugly old furniture, the place could use a lick of paint, dirty terrace.), not cosy or inviting at all.

Wide open space within the house and cool breeze wafting from the neighbouring jungle.

Location is about 15 minutes from the clock tower on narrow, twisty roads, many portions only wide enough for one car. Also, there are three flights of steps from the main gate down to the house. Not recommended for those with mobility issues.

Lovely house, excellent bathrooms. We catered food throughout our stay..everyone enjoyed the meals.

Maintenance needed. Ceilings and windows must also be cleaned.
