Located in Rosarito, this charming house for £297 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This beautiful corner beach villa with ocean views all around is located inside the exclusive and prestigious La Paloma Ocean Front Resort. It has 3 bedrooms and sleeps a maximum of 8 guests. No exceptions! Best Villa in La Paloma ! Master Bedroom (QUEEN BED) has its own bathroom and beautiful ocean view. Bedroom II has queen bed and ocean view, and bedroom III has QUEEN bunk beds with partial ocean view. The villa is furnished with contemporary decor, dining table for 12 guests, beach chairs, grill. All bedrooms have their own LCD TV as well a living area. The resort is a private and gated community with security 24/7. All guest must be registered beforehand with the onsite office Baja-Se. No outside guests allowed not even for the day. Other things to note: Security is very strict. No glass in pools, park only in your designated parking space to avoid a $50.00-$100.00 usd fine, no children 15 and under in jacuzzi-Guards will fine you $50.00-$100.00 usd Villa is fully furnished with full kitchen. Bath towels and linens are provided. If you need a change of towels or linens there is a $5.00 fee. Beach towels not provided. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY TO AVOID CONFUSION: You are expected to take out your trash and wash dishes to avoid and extra cleaning fee charge. For your convenience: Restaurant on site, MAMAMIA Laundromat behind main club house 4 swimming pools and 4 Jacuzzis 3 championship tennis courts 4 club houses-2 are ocean front gas station across the street 24/7 security and gated community. Only registered guest beforehand have access.

We had an extraordinary time in this beautiful place! It was our first time in Mexico with our son (9) and our best friends and their children (ages 4, 8, 10). We had a blast and the property was perfect! The space had amazing views of the ocean and plenty of room inside with all the amenities to help us feel more than comfortable. We enjoyed being steps from the beach, the heated pool, the gym, the on-site restaurant and the friendly and helpful staff. We felt completely safe and the presence and professionalism of the security guards and staff were appreciated. The grounds and complex are very well taken care of. We took advantage of wine-tasting in the Guadalupe Valley, lobster in Puerto Nuevo, a walk along to beach to nearby Rosarito, tons of beach time and delicious local eats. The condo is the perfect home base to explore the area (and fun to watch the dolphins in the waves from the dining room table.) We can’t wait to return to this gem of a place soon!

We rented this property for a girls trip. The Villa was really cute, very clean & had a really nice view. All staff was very friendly. Check in was really easy. They have security walking around the property at all times. Makes you feel safe.. We will definitely come back again. You are only 5 mins away from the strip. You won't be disappointed.

Great Everything is as advertised the only comment I would make is that the bedding needs to be updated, the mattress covers are rough plastic, but you can take it off and use the other blankets in the house instead of the provided mattress cover. Will stay again for sure.

This has been my go to, home away from home ,for the las 5 yrs. My family and freinds always enjoy spending time at this condo. By far the best views of Rosarito . Like they say Location,location ,location, this unit is perfect . I recommend anyone looking to have a fun and relaxing time the community if kid friendly . My son loves the pool area. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Everything was as excepted. There is one thing I found that could be improved is the coffee machine. There was not filters for it. The place is very beautiful and I would stay there again.

Fabulous location and views from two bedrooms and the living areas. Very pleasant resort. One complaint would be that upgrades are needed to the mattresses, towels and linens. Also would be nice if some basic supplies/staples (sugar, salt, cooking oil, etc.) were available for coffee and light cooking.

Was charged for a deposit after my stay for the cleaning fee that wasn’t obtained or asked for while checking in. Have the 50.00 deducted even after the room was cleaned before leaving

This unit is large and has some of the best views in the complex. However, the bedrooms are equipped with full sized beds. For the size of the unit you would expect at least queen size beds. The unit also lacks internet service. We have stayed at La Paloma several times and never had less than queen size beds and every unit had internet service.
