Property Description Beautiful, fully-updated corner unit on Lake Dillon with Mountain Views. Lake Cliffe 108C is a large 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo in the heart of Dillon that sleeps 8. Unit is on the ground floor with patio facing the mountains, lake and landscaped grounds. Full of light from the large windows. Lake Cliffe has one of the best clubhouses in the area with two large hot tubs, indoor heated pool and community lounge area. Fully-equipped kitchen has beautiful slab granite counters, stainless appliances and ample room for meal preparation. Living Room has large flatscreen, lots of seating, gas fireplace and floor to ceiling windows with views to the mountains and lake. Free WiFi and cable. Private, covered deck with chairs for 6. Dining table in window nook seats 6, kitchen bar seats 2. Free surface parking for 2 vehicles. Bedding ~ Queen, flatscreen, ceiling fan, private bath in master. ~ Queen, flatscreen, ceiling fan, shared hall bath for 2nd bedroom ~ 2 Twins, flatscreen, ceiling fan, private bath in 3rd bedroom Parking 2 unassigned spots in the surface parking lot. Permit is required. Use the QR code located inside the unit to register your vehicle. Amenities Large clubhouse has heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, gathering room and outdoor play area. Building C has a laundry room downstairs mid-building with coin-op washer and dryer -- open 9 am to 9 pm. Location In the winter it's just 5 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk to restaurants, brewpub, bars, nightlife, bowling, music/vinyl store. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon and the new lake ice and hockey rink. This is a great condo! Perfect location to walk to the lake, restaurants, hike, or ride bikes. We sat on the porch in the evening and listened to the concert. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only issue was a big **** roach crawling on the living room wall. Other than that we loved it!!!

Everything was great. The only negative, was when it was time to check out and I went to start the dishwasher. There was no dishwashing detergent in the apartment. Then I started to get a sinking feeling that the dishes we were eating off of for the past three days were most likely only rinsed and not washed due to the absences of detergent. Yuck.

We had a great five night stay at Lake Cliffe in Dillon. We had great conditions to ski in. After a day of skiing it was always nice to relax at the condo by the fireplace. The condo had everything we needed and had great views of the lake and the mountains. Location was very central. Walkable to a few bar and grills in city center in Dillon. Close to shopping, skiing, restaurants, various entertainment venues and groceries. I enjoyed walking the trail along the lake as well.

Gorgeous view and clean, comfortable condo!
We highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again! Best location in Dillon; can see lake views, Mountain views, and condo is on a corner so very private! Walk to Pug Ryan’s and other places to eat, and walk to Dillon Ampitheater and playground. Easy check-in and good communication from mgmt co. Highly recommend!!!

We rented this place with a friend of ours. Good property, clean, easy check-in. Nothing wrong with most of the property highlights. Now reason why we gave 2 stars - most important reason was the check out process - we asked the previous day to our check out if we can check out later than 10 am. We were told by the associate that since there are no bookings the following day we can check out by noon without incurring any late fees. However the day of check out we received a phone call at around 10:30am from the management office asking why we did not check out yet and demanded that we check out immediately. We explained that we were offered late check out by noon but the lady said that we have no notes saying so. We had to rush to check out without showering or eating our breakfast for the management’s lack of internal communication. We would have planned to check out at 10 am had we not offered a late check out the previous day. This check out process and lack of management’s communication resulted in a disappointing stay which would have been otherwise a wonderful stay. Another minor comment - would be good to put a note somewhere in the condo about where the laundry is located.
