Nestled in Indian Shores, this charming condo for £144 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Peaceful 2BR/2BA condo is steps/elevator away from crystal clear water and beautiful white sandy beach. No need to cross any streets - great for families with kids! Eastern exposure balcony provides beautiful sunrises, shaded afternoons and a nice view of the pool - great for chilling out. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Master: King bed, 2nd BR: 2 full beds. 2 Bathrooms with tub and showers. Open space Living Room and Dining areas. Fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and Breakfast Bar. Linens and towels provided...all you need to do is show up with your swimsuit. We even provide Beach Towels! Cable TV, Free Wi/Fi, Free Long Distance phone service (U.S./Canada); laundry facilities on each floor. 1 reserved parking spot. Non-Smoking/No Pets. Elevator access. Private pool area with lounges. You just need to show up with a swimming suit. Beach just down the elevator or stairs. Easy access to many popular attractions in the Tampa Bay area as well as local shopping, restaurants and Tampa airports is 30 minutes away. Four-night minimum stay during non-peak season. Holiday weeks and peak season: 7-night min stay.

Spacious condo, nice comfortable furniture, everything you need for beach time is in the closet. Chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and much more. Just get off the elevator and the beach is there. Off Gulf blvd in a great location many restaurants and stores can be walked to.

We stayed over the 4th and overall had a very good experience.
Pros: PIctures on VRBO don't do the condo enough justice - good furniture, kitchen amenities, cleanliness and living area. It's very large, good for families with young kids. Beach and pool extremely close. There is excellent sound insulation on the street side - barely heard traffic while sitting in the living area. The owners were responsive and had good check in/out details prior to and upon arrival and provided a key for the stairwell, which it seems may not be the case for all of the units in the building (see below).
Cons: The elevator malfunctioned several times during our stay. 3 instances of guests stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes while waiting on the fire dept to arrive. The elevator was closed for multiple days of our trip which meant we had to use the stairwell. The onsite managers would not allow the stairwell door to be propped open, which is understandable, however this meant keeping a stairwell key on your person at all times to return to your floor. Second floor unit so climb is not bad for younger but may be tough for older renters.
Bedrooms are on inside of the building and the noise from the halls can be very loud even after quiet hours. Water pressure (particularly toilet) is very weak.
I understand building issues are out of the owners hands so I rated a 5 for condo and owner help, but they have to be considered when renting and it would bring my true rating down to a 4.

This was the perfect spot for my family. We came for a softball tournament that was in Madeira beach. We were only 12 minutes away from the beautiful fields and only steps to get to the water. I recommend this condo. The owner was great with communication.

The location is great really just steps to the beautiful beach. The owners had chairs, beach toys, small cooler, and more for us to use. The condo was spacious and as described in the listing. Condo was clean and had a nice pool. We will rent again if in the area.

Property was fantastic, just know they had lots of chairs,umbrellas, kids buckets, fishing pools, and kitchen was stocked. They had a blender! Only thing was a strainer for noodles. We will probably thank rebook for next year. Place was very spacious. Codes needed work on the buttons, took usually two times for elevator. But no biggie

We wanted a relaxing get away and this was exactly the place. It was spacious and had everything we needed and wanted. The beach access was absolutely incredible and the porch was a comfortable place to relax after dinner. Overall it was perfect.

We loved this property. It had everything we needed during our stay, including the BBQ grills. The condo had access to the beach, which was a lifesaver for us since we were with our toddler. The city has amazing restaurants and it just feels very homey.

It was hard to find a property that had two beds in the second bedroom but this one did and that is why we choose it. It was very clean except the lower kitchen cupboards could do with a good cleaning. The kitchen was well stocked. I would stay there again.

Email with instructions was very thorough and listing was accurate. We really appreciated being able to have our own space on the beach while visiting my parents and siblings, and being centrally located amongst them meant no drive longer than 15 minutes! Would definitely consider staying in this property again, although would prefer gulfview rather than streetview suite.

Parking in our designated space upon arrival and throughout our stay was an issue however, we were simply directed to another space. We had major issues trying to get television to work and never were able to change chanels without a hassle. There were no beach towels provided as indicated in the description. The closet door in the master bedroom and the toilet seat in the hall bath need attention. Otherwise, the condo was clean and comfortable. Only real downside was the multiple codes that had to be used to get access in and out of elevator, condo, beach and pool. The owners responded quickly to our issues and were very helpful in attempting to resolve them.

Property was overall very comfortable and as advertised. Owners were helpful and responsive if we had a question. A beach view would have been nice but was not a major issue since we were literally on the beach. Only having one parking spot was somewhat of an inconvenience but the lot manager there was very good to manage availability of a vehicle other than ours to be there on a temporary basis while they enjoyed the beach with us. This was very much appreciated!

We had such a nice time. Condo was exactly as presented online, and super comfortable. It felt great to come back to after a long day. Loved the location, it is such a beautiful area! We loved being able to walk right out back to the beach as well. The hosts were so helpful and responded very quickly. Can’t say enough good things about it. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

The condo is very nice, and decorated very well. The beds are firm which I like. It’s close to lots of restaurants. It’s a short walk to the beach all gates need codes to enter and exit as well as the elevator. The parking situation was a little tricky there are no extra parking spots so if someone doesn’t follow the parking spot rules than you won’t have a place to park. But this is no fault of the owner. He was very kind and helpful. We would go back to stay again.

We had a problem with the codes and the gentleman that owned it was very helpful and kind. The condo was amazing, clean, up to date, has everything a family needs to enjoy the beach and pool. Great area, beautiful beach, great restaurants and all in one area. We Will definitely be back next year.

Great Family Condo on the Beach
We cannot say enough about our stay at this condo. Communication with the owner was great and the check-in process was easy. Loved the carpet in the living room and bedrooms. Most condos we have stayed at had tile throughout which is rough on the feet after a day on the beach or pool. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. The beach/pool toys that they have available for use made the beach and pool time a blast for our kids and nice for mom and dad to sit and watch on the beach behind umbrellas out of the sun. The only note I would give for future folks looking to stay here is to bring change for the laundry. It is on the same floor a few doors down which is really nice. We look forward to future stays as Indian Shores is our summer vacation spot when we come down to see family.

Steps from the beach.
Great condo just steps from the beach. Would def stay here again. Great closet full of beach chairs, toys, etc. Host was very responsive with all communication. Multiple people told us Indian Shores Beach is WAY less crowded than Clearwater. Glad we stayed here.

I visited this property with 5 of my bridesmaid for a relaxing bachelorette weekend. The property was very nice, clean, and the perfect location. The entire property (Holliday Villas) is beachfront but this specific condo faces the road (no big deal). The beautiful but calm beach is an elevator ride or a few steps down the stairs. The pool was very nice and pretty deep as well. Very easy to get around on the trolley as there were stops right by the property on both sides of the road. The property manager Tom even allowed us to check out late for an additional fee. The only negative experience at this property was on our last night there a huge cockroach ran across the master bedroom floor. We caught it and disposed of it. We checked the entire rest of the condo and didn't see a single other bug, let alone a cockroach so I am not sure if this is an isolated event or not. Again, the property was really clean so im not sure if the cockroach came from one of the neighboring condos. I contacted the property manager and let him know and he responded that the pest control people sprayed prior to arrival and he would let them know to spray again but no discount was offered. Overall great visit! The cockroach is the only thing keeping this from a perfect 5/5 rating. We were all just very weary and felt grossed out after seeing the cockroach.

A Condo to return to
This has been one of the few condos we've found that we would actually return to. It was well kept and close to the beach. We also liked that it wasn't super commercial and you had to have a code even to use the elevator, so there were no "unknown" people milling around outside our door. The "beach closet" on the porch was an added bonus. There were four chairs and beach toys. That made our packing much easier!
