There is a nearby hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outside, the back porch and private pool, which can be heated, invite you to sit back and unwind. The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. This pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. The dimensions of the pool are 8' W x 18' L.
