About this house rental
Welcome to The Piper! This beautiful 2500 square foot house has 3 stories, with a fenced back yard , barbecue, fire pit, outdoor seating and It is a 9 minute walk to the beach. The first floor is the entrance to the game room, with a pool table, 65-inch flat screen T.V., games, books, mini fridge, and plenty of seating. A separate laundry room with a newer washer and dryer. Also has a bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and a full bathroom with a custom built walk in shower. The Kitchen, dining room and Livingroom are on the 2nd floor. The kitchen has all new Maytag appliances and is equipped with all the amenities. If you don't feel like cooking inside you can cook outside on the gas barbecue. There is a dining room table that seats up to 6 people. A recliner ,couch , chair and daybed w/ trundle where you can relax with a good book, take a nap, or put on a movie on the 32-inch flat screen. Also the master bedroom with a cozy queen bed and a full bathroom with an amazing walk in shower. The 3rd story has 2 bedrooms both have queen beds that are very inviting, both have amazing daybeds w/ trundles. A full bathroom between the bedrooms with a shower/bath combo. Furnished with 10 beds, lots of parking, Gas Barbeque, Wi-Fi, Dish television, pool table, washer and dryer, AC , fire pit, with fenced backyard. The West Fish Company is right at the end of the road , they sale local dory caught seafood . One of our favorite places to eat in Pacific City is Los Caporales, its owned and ran by a beautiful, fun loving family and their food is wonderful! There are many restaurants throughout Pacific City. The Grateful Bread Bakery is right down the street from the house they have great food and they also have a drive thru if you want to take your food to go! The Village coffee Shoppe is just a block away their breakfast is amazing and if you like chicken fried steak get the large order you’ll eat every last bite... If you enjoy wine and wine tasting the Twist Wine Company is just a block away. Other places to eat are Ben and Jeff's Burgers and Tacos, Sportsman's Pub-n-Grub, The Pelican, The Riverhouse Nestucca, Mag pies ,The Oar House Bar & Grill, Beach Wok Asian Food, and Meridian Restaurant & Bar. There are a variety of shops and galleries with in walking distance. There are a lot of beautiful places to sight see, surfing, fishing, horse back riding, climbing the sand hill at The cape, hunting for sea shells and gorgeous walks on the beach! There is always something to do whether its enjoying the beach or cozying up in the house with family and friends playing games and enjoying life! I would highly recommend this place. It was comfortable, clean and everything you would need for a fun weekend! It was our first time in Pacific City and we will definitely be back someday soon we loved it so much.

Celebrated turning 60 with five friends from childhood. The house was so clean and so comfortable we had a hard time leaving to go home! The host was very generous with lots of goodies for us to enjoy at the house. We could walk to moat local restaurants and drove to many interesting nearby attractions. A favorite was touring Tillamook cheese factory. End of the day gatherings at the fire pit were so much fun! Staci checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I can't say enough about how amazing this house is! Worth every penny to have stayed here!!

We had a fantastic stay with 3 adults and 4 kids. Everyone had a place to sleep comfortably, and lots of space to lounge around. Close to the beach, river, and shops/restaurants. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Staci!

We've stayed in quite a few VRBO's over the years, most of which were somewhere along the Oregon Coast. This has to be one of the best houses we've stayed in; this was our second time renting this house. The house is in great shape, clean, and well updated - and the location is great. Comfortably sleeps our group of 7 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs. Short walk to the beach, grocery store, or a nearby restaurant.

Communication with the host prior to our stay was on point and we were set up and ready to go. Check in was easy.
The house was great. It was nice and clean and there was a good amount of entertainment to keep all ages occupied.
Location was also great meaning we could walk to the local bakeries, bars, and the beach.

Overall this was by far one of the best houses we have ever rented! The beds were comfortable and the walk-in shower(s) were fabulous. The different amenities that were provided were so appreciated, like face wash, game selection (for adults and kids), good coffee, smores, beach toys, firewood, clean smelling linens and towels...these are just some of the extras that were provided and very unexpected. They really go above and beyond for the guests. We would definitely stay again. This is a great place for families and we would highly recommend it. Thank you for making us feel welcomed and providing an awesome place/experience for making memories.

This beautiful property was made even more outstanding to us with the meticulous attention to detail. Everything we needed and more in each room. Comfortable beds, linens, rugs, bath and beach towels, a thoughtfully stocked kitchen and many extra touches made us feel instantly at home.
Staci stated that the duvets, pillow covers, rugs, etc., were laundered after each guest. The extra effort was recognized and appreciated! I always seek properties with
5-star ratings for cleanliness, but this home was absolute perfection! Thank you, Staci!!

We had a fantastic time during our stay! Location was wonderful, close to places to eat and a walk or drive to the beach (depending on which one you go to). The home was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We look forward to visiting again!

The Piper was the perfect vacation home for our four small families. This property is very clean, had everything you will need to feel at home. Loved the thoughtful touches inside and out. Cute little fenced in back yard, chairs, outside toys for the littles, there is a BBQ and fire pit out back. Had a great space to back in our fishing boat and still had parking for four vehicles. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable lots of sleeping space. Loved the three bathrooms plenty of space for each family. Neighborhood was very quiet, home is within walking distance to some shops, market and fresh fish/seafood stand. The games and pool table were a hit for all ages. Also loved that it was dog friendly. Staci is a very gracious hostess. Any question or needs she was right on it. Loved that she emailed us to let us know that the property was ready early the day of check in and we could enter the home when we were ready. Recharged and ready to go back. Thank you

Family Reunion July 2022
Phil and Staci were awesome hosts. Their home was even better than pictured/expected. It was equipped with everything you could possibly want/need to have a wonderful vacation. Pacific City was a great find and the beach was heaven! We traveled from WA, OR, MD and VA and shared a wonderful week together that will be remembered for years to come. Well equipped & great owner.
This house has a great area for teens and adults. The house comes equipped for absolutely everything you will need in the kitchen and outdoors. So you don’t have to pack everything you think you’ll need because it comes with it. The owners are simply lovely to deal with. The home has lovely accents and you can tell they take great care of it. I would definitely say it again. The only thing, and this was not a problem for us, the back deck is kind of separate from the house. So you can’t just “let them go play and keep an eye on them”. However they do have an awesome picnic bench back there, fire pit and corn hole!

Family vacation
We loved staying at The Piper House in Pacific City! The house fit our purpose perfectly with each of our adult children and their family’s on each floor. The linens and towels were very nice quality along with the thoughtful touches throughout the home makes this a 5 star rental. We enjoyed the fire pit and roasting marshmallows in the backyard. Staci has a great variety of games to play along with the pool table for something to do after a long day at the beach. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Pacific City.

Pacific City Getaway
We really enjoyed our getaway at The Piper. The house was very clean and the sleeping arrangements worked well for our two families. The house is very well stocked and had everything we needed. There were plenty of cooking utensils, towels, games, beach toys, etc. I appreciated the small extras that were provided like an extra toothbrush, make-up wipes, smores sticks, etc. You can tell the owner put extra thought into those details. The only negative is that the kitchen is pretty small for number of people the house sleeps, but we were able to make it work. The location is also nice as it is walking distance to spots in town. We would definitely recommend it!

Just wow. Fair to say one of the very best VRBO’s we have ever stayed. So clean!! Kitchen had EVERYTHING a fam could anticipate needing. The beds were beyond comfortable. Great location with just a short jaunt to the beach. We will definitely be back!

This was the perfect house for us this spring break. I took my 15 year old son and 3 of his friends for 3 nights. They pretty much kept to themselves, coming and going, and eating. House was big enough that everyone had space when needed. My daughter (12) and dog pretty much hung out in the game room playing pool, and other games. Beach was close enough to walk to. House has fenced backyard which I wasn't looking for but it was really handy with the dog. I would definitely stay again.

Exceptional Rental
This rental house was exceptional. I've been to many rental houses and this was one of the best in terms of: it was very clean, the beds and bedding were very nice, the kitchen was stocked so well with all utensils, etc. The attention to detail was noticed and appreciated!

This was the perfect place for our extended family. Our group of 8 had well appointed rooms, great showers, a complete kitchen and a perfect sitting area for board games. The location is close to the main streets/ businesses but far enough to be quiet and relaxed. Honestly, Staci’s place provided everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend.

Great Setup for a big group
The Piper is exceptionally well set for a VRBO. Walk in showers, phone charging stations, durable materials throughout. The pool table is a nice plus on a rainy day.
It is an easy walk to some nice coffee and bakery places, a wine place, and a local pub. If you're not OK with a bit of a walk to the beach, be prepared to drive there.

This was an awesome home. The owner made checking in and out extremely convenient. I especially loved the beautiful large tiled showers. Parking area was good. Everything was as pictured and promised. I would definitely recommend this home and stay there again. There was a grocery store within walking distance and restaurants and beautiful beaches nearby.

An easy and relaxing place to stay
This property is immaculate and full of nice touches. It’s a great place for teens and young adults—you can make the downstairs their own “cave,” and the bedrooms are spacious and private. Lots of bathrooms!! Great towels and bedding, and super comfortable beds—how rare is that in a rental?
