While the cabin itself was ok, there was an overwhelming odor of pet urine in all rooms. Every rug in the cabin had evidence of such, as did the furniture and bedding. Housekeeping came upon our request, mopped and carried the rugs away but the odor remained although somewhat diminished. I would not recommend this cabin.

It was a very enjoyable, peaceful, beautiful place to visit!

We enjoyed our stay. For our family of 4 it was nice have 2 bedrooms (3 beds) and 2 bathrooms. There were a couple little things and one fairly big thing that could have made it just a little better.
Little things that weren’t deal beakers:
- there were 7 forks. Therefore we had to wash forks after each meal to have enough for the next.
- the grass had not been mowed in several weeks. We did not spend much time outside to be affected, except for coming and going. But it was part of our first impression when we pulled up.
- shower pressure wasn’t great and if you are a bigger person (which we aren’t so it was fine) you won’t like the small bathrooms.
The main thing we found a problem was the living/kitchen/dining had vaulted ceilings that followed the roof line (so not insulated) and therefore could not keep the AC in. It was 100+ degrees each day we were there. We closed the bedroom doors to keep it nice and cool in there for when we slept. The thermostat read 81 when we went to sleep, but again our bedrooms were great. The next morning the main room had cooled back down to 74. Because we didn’t spend a ton of time in the house it was ok and there were fans to keep the air moving.
Overall we had a good stay!

Great visit to Broken Bow/Hochatown. Everything was just as the home shows. I do recommend, but know, the bathrooms are tiny.

The property was very clean. It was well decorated as we stayed during Christmas. It was alot of space for the 5 of us without us running into each other. The hot tub was fabulous. We enjoyed using the firepit outside. The only inconvenience was the size of the shower in the master bedroom. It was very small. My husband was unable to wet his head in the shower. Other than that it was a great stay!

The cabin was great for a girls trip! We had 4 people which gave us plenty of space. The gas fireplace, hot tub and firepit were a hit on a chilly weekend in November. The house was described perfectly. We had an issue with the gas fireplace and they were fast to respond and get it up and going. The location was very central...close to Beavers Bend as well as the town.

This property was great! The location is wonderful and there is plenty of room inside and outside for the entire family! The hot tub is a bonus and very private. The covered dart and grilling area was great for when it rained. They even have a portable cornhole set. You have everything you need here for a great vacation!

My husband and I stayed at this cabin with our 2 teenagers over spring break. It was a perfect setup for everyone. We made breakfast in the kitchen and s’mores by the fire pit in the evening. The hot tub was very nice. The cabin location provided plenty of privacy, but it also close to trails and restaurants.

Just a quick break to a area never seen. We do stay at a ton of rentals over last 12 years… we’ll set up, furniture, blankets in Den, cozy, good size, no one too close, hot tub perfect, darts fun. Good beds. Great for our pup. Do bring your coffee tea etc. most we stay in Have these basics but they don’t, include even your on soap otherwise it’s the motel 6 type extra small, basic, no shampoo or anything you would expect and a top cabin or basic motel, that part should be improved on. Especially when a short trip, not time to chase down such basics for a place much better then basic, luxury almost cabin. They just need to finish it.

The cabin was exactly what we expected, the pictures paint the perfect....well, picture...
Only surprse was it's not as excluded as I presumed. Not a deal breaker at all...nicely located in relation to restaurants & local activities. AC works well, plenty of pillows, bedding and throws. The Christmad decor was a great touch too!!
I didn't read the fine print I guess because I didn't bring charcoal or ground coffee, I presumed the grill pictured was gas and that there would be a Keurig....my mistake but again didn't take away from our trip.

This is a nice cabin for a small family. The location is great. Cabin layout is also good. Now for the downside... The cabin is not clean, 3 jets in the hot tub work, the grill is atrocious.

Perfect family getaway
When we decided to spend Thanksgiving week at Broken Bow (never having been there), I looked for the right place for easy access to Beavers Bend SP and cook our holiday meal. This cabin was the perfect spot. So cute and clean and comfortable. We had no issues checking in or during our stay. Our family group of 5 ranged in age from 11 to 77, and we all loved the cabin and the surrounding area. The hot tub was very welcome after standing in the cold Mountain Fork fly fishing all morning. And we all loved playing darts and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. We enjoyed visiting the local restaurants and breweries but loved our cabin time most of all. When we come back to Broken Bow this is where we want to stay!

I was very impressed with the house. It looked exactly as the pictures. We were able to have a fire each night outside & we enjoyed the gas fireplace inside. Sitting around the fire pit at night we heard many deer walking behind the house. Only saw a buck in the morning though. This was my 1st ever trip to Oklahoma. And this was a perfect time to visit. The leaves were changing colors to orange, yellow, red. The countryside, the state park everywhere was just beautiful. We were told this is Bigfoot country, didn't have any sightings though. We can't wait to go back, thanks so much for the experience.

The reviews for this property management company are very mixed online so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised! The house was spotless and smelled nice, the grounds and hot tub were clean. It was the most well equipped rental I've seen with plenty of dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, etc. In most rentals I've been to you're lucky to have these items last a day and then have to supply you're own so this was very nice. The only negative was we pre-ordered a bundle of fire wood and it was not delivered prior to arrival; however, a call to the management company (at around 8pm) was immediately answered and the wood was delivered within about an hour. Internet and cable tv worked great.

Beautiful property!
Me and my husband stayed here with our two kids. The home is very beautiful and had everything we needed. One of the showers was a very tight fit but other than that everything was perfect. The hot tub was clean and the house is not too close to neighbors. I would definitely stay again!
