With several decks, outside dining, and a huge hot tub, spending time outside is easy and relaxing. Listening to the birds and watching wildlife lounge in the distance makes every morning memorable and inviting. Start off your day with a breakfast feast cooked up in the beautiful and well equipped kitchen. The smell of bacon wafting through the cabin and waking up the family. Each sleeping in their comfy private rooms awaiting morning to spend time with the family in the Great Smoky Mountains. Folks, it just doesn't get much better than this!! Tree House is located in Townend, TN where there are so many things to do. Take the family tubing in Little River, for a long drive through Cades Cove or a short stint out to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Of course, staying at the cabin and watching movies or lounging in the hot tub is also a perfect option. There are two living spaces. One with a wood burning fireplace and the other with plenty of room for playing cards or board games. For your safety & security, there is a camera on the exterior of this cabin pointing down at the parking spaces in front of the cabin. There are no other cameras and nothing that would impede on your privacy. The entire cabin has free wifi. Sleeping Arrangements: Master Bedroom on main floor: King bed Master Bedroom on lower floor: Queen Bed 3rd bedroom on lower floor: 1 full bed & 1 twin bed Sofa sleeper located in lower floor family room. TREE HOUSE SLEEPS 9 GUESTS. NO MORE THAN 9 GUESTS WILL BE ALLOWED TO STAY AT THIS CABIN. MORE THAN 9 WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE. There is only space for 3 vehicles to park at this cabin. If damage occurs to the cabin, furnishings, etc, please report it to management as soon as possible so that the damage can be repaired. You may opt out of paying the $20 damage waiver fee by putting down a $500 REFUNDABLE damage deposit.

The Treehouse is amazing. There are Hugh windows where you have a panoramic view of the trees. It looks just like you are sitting up high in a tall tree. My new favorite place.

What a great place! Perfect for 4 adults and our two kids. We loved being able to see the Smokies without having to deal with Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. Townsend has some fine restaurants, but we cooked most of our meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Afternoons in the hot tub after hiking were perfect. We saw 3 bears up the hill checking out the neighbor's house! We'll definitely try to stay here again if we come back to the Smokes.

We really enjoyed our Christmas in the Tree House. We had 8 full grown people and an 11 year old, and never felt crowded. The hot tub was a big hit.

We so enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The cabin has all of your needs covered. It comes with all your everyday needs stocked. We loved all of the balconies and windows so that we could enjoy nature. The location is nice too. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The accommodations were comfortable. We went to hike and the location was very convenient. Townsend is definitely the "quiet side" and liked the how close the house was to the town and park entrance. We enjoyed are short stay there.

This is our favorite place to stay. It’s very quite yet not too far away from pigeon forge or gatlinburg. The place is beyond beautiful. And so Incredibly relaxing. My little man who is 5 loves it also. Asks me every time if we could just live there.

We loved it here! It’s beautiful! Everything was very clean and cozy. The kids especially loved having a separate “living area” to hang out. The hot tub was great!! The owners were very quick to respond with any questions we had. We will definitely rent this house again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Treehouse. The pictures don’t do it justice. There is a ton of natural light and porches for you to enjoy the wonderful scenery whether you are inside or out. The hot tub was great - we enjoyed it almost every night. Location provides easy access to the main road but far enough away that you can’t hear it. Cathy was an absolute delight to work with. Highly recommend.

Perfect for a group of 4 friends exploring Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Dollywood. We truly enjoyed staying in Townsend, the "peaceful side," and the Tree House was perfect for our first long distance trip together since the pandemic started. High points just a 2 minute drive from the property were dinner at Dancing Bear Bistro (great for foodies) and Peaceful Side Social (brewery and craft kitchen). It was pure luck that we chose a place so convenient to the Knoxville Airport, but we were glad to not have to worry about distance/traffic to make our morning departure. Highly recommend and would stay again, is every bit as good as the pictures and video.

The property was in a beautiful setting and our family really enjoyed our stay. The set up of the house was perfect for our family. Everyone loves the hot tub. It was a short drive to to the National Park and other attractions.

The Treehouse was a great relaxing place to stay. Townsend is so peaceful compared to Gatlinburg. The cabin itself was very cozy. The fireplace and provided firewood was a good addition. The only thing I would suggest is to get a softer mattress in the Master Bedroom. My wife is pregnant and her hips hurt in the mornings because the matress is very firm. Overall we loved our stay!

We were surprised at the steepness of the Hill leading up to the property, and the kitchen of our cabin was a little messy, but we really enjoyed the view and appreciated the quietness It was perfect for our friendaversary!

We had a WONDERFUL time at the Treehouse! Although we did other things in the area, we spent a lot of time at the Treehouse. Each of the three of us needed some time away, and we enjoyed our rooms, the two open spaces, the gorgeous surroundings, the fireplace, the hot tub and the well-stocked kitchen with very nice dishes for the meals we cooked together. We made the most of everything in the cabin. When we got to the last day, we wished we had 3 more weeks there! It was a terrific place to unwind. Thanks so much!

Absolutely amazing!

This is such an amazingly beautiful property. We had a great time and even seen a bear while sitting in the hot tub. It was so peaceful and had everything we needed. Great place for the entire family. Location is excellent and is about 30 minutes to gatlinburg and pigeon forge.
