We stayed here 2 weeks in a row while attending concerts at Riverbend. The Uber bills were a bit pricey (only the way home) but it was a comfy place to come back too.
Thank you for your hospitality!

Perfect quaint, little home with plenty of space for 4 people. Very clean, cute character for an older home. Convenient to everything! We enjoyed our stay!

A perfect option for a quick Cincy wedding weekend. We love the Eden Park area and the apartment was quaint & comfortable with plenty of character, and as others have said, larger than anticipated. Elaine was very accommodating and quick to respond to messages. The only way to make it even better would be to add some kitchen towels, silverware, and other kitchen essentials. Thanks for the great stay and we'll definitely be back!

Nothing to say specifically except for everything was excellent.

The location was perfect! We walked thru Eden Park to Mt. Adams. The bed was amazingly comfortable and our host was very tentative. I highly recommend this place!

Great location. Love the room in this apartment.

This property is very nice! It’s comfortable and very clean. It’s an older building that has been updated. The area is a short ride to basically any where you’d want to go and a longer walk to the Great American Ball Park area.
With it being an older home the sound travels quite a bit from the other renters in the building but everyone is pretty respectful as the owners set the tone with notices of quite time.
Along with it being an older home, the bath tub/shower combo is on the small side but it gets the job done.

The property was as described and suited out needs, except for the noisy upstairs neighbors playing loud music all night. Other renters should be aware that you can hear everything going on in the other units when you stay here.

The neighborhood was safe and a quick drive to everything in Cincinnati. The apartment was much larger than we anticipated and had everything we needed. I loved the original details (trims, transom windows, hard wood floors). Communication with Elaine was quick and she was able to answer all of our questions. Now, be aware that because of the age of the property you are going to not have some modern conveniences: no dishwasher, very few working lights, electric outlets were few and far between and often sparked and an old bathroom. It would be nice to have more hanging space for towels, etc. And we never could find any dishcloths or dish towels to dry our dishes. But with those few improvements (plus some cleaning in the kitchen) it could be a perfect place.
We would totally go back!

Great location. Near Art Museum at Eden Park. Easy commute to downtown.

The apartment was comfortable and conveniently located. For the most part, it was a nice place to stay. The only drawback was the tub/shower; it needs a bit of attention.

Comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood, hot shower and fitting kitchen... exactly what we needed. The house was old and they have made it as modern as possible. We had almost every convenience of home. This is honestly the best I have ever slept outside my own bed on any trip. It was warm on a cold and windy night. We couldn't ask for more. Thank you 😊

We found the property very clean and just what we needed. We were attending a family wedding and while others stayed in hotels and paid over 40 a day for parking we had plenty on the street and the total price was more economical. The property manager was very accommodating when something was needed. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed there for Xavier family weekend. It was exactly what we needed. Located halfway between downtown Cincinnati and Xavier. Five dollar Uber downtown five dollar Uber to Xavier

This was my first experience with Vrbo, and boy did they set a high standard for other facilities. The property was easy to access, and the owners made it so easy and comfortable. Everything I could possibly need was provided and the accommodations were beautiful! I've had hotel rooms (and places I've lived!) that were so much less than I got with this very affordable and enjoyable stay. If I ever get back to Cincinnati, this is definitely where I want to stay!

Bigger and nicer than we expected! Very clean. Comfortable beds. Only stayed a night but it was ideal. Lots of character in this house!

For our first time visiting Cincinnati we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The apartment itself was large and had everything we need. It was easy to get downtown by bus and located right next to a large park that was perfect for morning walks. If we come back we would definitely stay here again!

I stayed in this listing for a few nights to accomplish some writing. The unit was clean and comfortable. The check-in process was a breeze, and I had no issues during my stay. Nearby Eden Park is within walking distance and it provided the perfect setting for morning and/or evening jogs. This is an incredible value in a great part of the city. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Check in was extremely easy and area was safe. Perfect for our quick trip and never had any issues.

The room was great. Perfect amount of space for 4 people. Kitchen was functional to cook small meals in two beds and a living room was ideal for our situation. The area is perfect! Hiking in Eden park available right outside the door essentially and you can walk (30-45 mins) or drive (5 mins) to downtown super easy. Perfect weekend getaway in a up and coming town.

This rental is in a beautiful neighborhood with free street parking. Close to downtown, parks, museums to visit. The instructions to get into the apt were very clear and listing was as described. Very nice space. There are several steps to climb and we found keeping the kitchen light on helped illuminate the stairs and hallway entry area if returning at night. Lots of doors, an apartment above and below, but nice use of space in a large older home and had no problem with noise from other renters.

This place was on a quiet street with free parking and a quick ride to our event at Heritage Bank Center. It is a 2nd floor unit accessed via a steep indoor staircase. It was more spacious than expected, with a comfy living room and main bed. We didn't need the bonus bed, but noted that it is in an alcove between the LR and kitchen, with a small folding partition (not the curtain pictured) for minimal privacy. It's an older house with the expected uneven floors and walls, but it could have been cleaner. Overall, it suited our needs well.

Bathroom could definitely use updating, especially the bathtub. The toilet leaked and there was water going the the floor.

We (spouse & mother) rented this property for a early morning surgery the next day and it was cozy and perfect. We wanted to walk the park around us but was not able too d/t restrictions for surgery the next day. Bed was comfortable and we watched Netflix and chilled to relax. No issues communicating with host or getting into property. This is a beautiful older home turned into apartments but there was no disruption from other guests. I suggest trying Pendleton Parlor Ice Cream & Cookie Dough for a sweet treat!
Big thanks to our host! 💛

Clean, comfortable, good on street parking, quite neighborhood. House is in a nice neighborhood. The stair case is narrow and the floor lamp for light doesn't help, but gets the job done. There is a lot of light that comes through all of the windows, as other reviews have said. So, the bedrooms were never dark. There were only 2 forks thay we could find, but there was only 2 of us. Plenty of spoons and knives. It was a good place to stay for Riverbend. The owner was prompt when answering questions. I would stay here again, especially for just one night. We did have trouble getting the outside main door to latch. The door was probably swollen due to the heat, but all other doors locked securely.

Perfect Fit
Great 5* experience! It was a perfect fit for our needs. Lovely charm and architecture added an interesting touch to our stay. It was nice being close to the big city offerings but in a quiet community. Simple things like the comfy beds and strong/hot water pressure were icing on the cake. Thank you for an amazing weekend! Highly recommend!!!

Near where I wanted to be. Good value.
I stayed alone at the property and did not need all of the space. The apartment takes up the whole floor.
There are two bedrooms one of which you need to walk through in order to get to the living room. The other bedroom has a door which can be shut. So it would be good for a group that does not need that much privacy. Apartment is very clean and has plates, silverware, glasses a coffee maker etc. Living room has TV, some interesting local books. Near Eden Park Krohn Conservatory, Playhouse and the art museum. I had an event at Rookwood in Mt. Adam's which is very convenient.
