About this house rental
You are so close to all the action in a very quiet neighborhood. Five minute drive or a 15 minute walk to University Of Arizona, less than 2 miles to UMC. Our home is centrally located, less than 10 minutes to I-10. You will be within 10-20 minutes of everything in Tucson. Our home is ready to be your home away from home! We even have a laptop table and chair for your business needs! Home is about 100 yards from "The loop" bike trail linking to over 100 miles of paved trails throughout Tucson. Our home has been decorated and equipped just for you or your group. Each room is a private oasis. We have one master suite with a huge walk in closet, King size bed and an ensuite all to yourself. There are two other bedrooms with queen size mattresses and all have access to the second full bathroom. You have 7 in your group? No problem we have a futon in the living room. We have decked this kitchen out. You have everything you need to cook up a gourmet meal. We supply you with 8 plus settings. Our table will comfortably fit 6 although if you have 8 we have a leaf you can put in. We have a spacious outdoor space fully equipped with an outdoor patio set, BBQ and a fire pit with adirondack chairs. The backyard is illuminated by stylish string lights. We also have an on-site washer and dryer for your use (no charge). Don't worry about packing toiletries as we have provided you with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Leave your hairdryer at home. We have two hairdryers for you to use so you don't have to bring yours in your luggage. We have a beautiful 50 inch mounted flat screen HD TV. Enjoy the cable to watch all your favorite tv shows as well as all your favorite streaming media via a strong WiFi signal throughout the house. High Chair, Pack and Play and children's toys also available as an upgrade. Parking inside garage may have extra fees if available. Contact us for details.

This property is perfect if you would like to be near campus. It's an easy walk or short drive. Being close to a Safeway grocery store was a bonus for us. The layout of the house was nice with the bedrooms being on one side of the house and all the shared living space on the other. The backyard was comfortable and made for another nice space to relax. Everything was as it said it would be. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was just as listed - lots of attention to detail and very clean. We appreciated having a place close to the university for a college visit and parent’s weekend. Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice indoor and outdoor home.

Our daughter is a Wildcat student athlete. We booked to get her situated at school. This place was great! It is well cared for. Quiet neighborhood, yet very close to campus, shopping, zoo, and botanical gardens. There is a paved running/walking trail right down the street and we used it every night!!

We spent a weekend at this location and what a great location it is! A relatively quiet neighborhood with a great place to stay. The house was more than what we bargained for with great space in the three bedrooms, and an very spacious back yard with a relaxing ambiance!! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!!!

Six of us traveled from Wyoming to Tucson to attend the Arizona Bowl and cheer on the Wyoming Cowboys. The house was close to the stadium so it was perfect for us. My only recommendation would be that more than one towel be supplied per guest.

My family stayed here for the UA move-in period. The property is a little over 1mi from campus/dorms ... only a few minute ride. The place itself is impeccable and incredibly convenient. Restaurants and markets are very close. Nidia has thought of everything. Just show up with a backpack. We didn't cook here other than to use the Keurig. Super easy visit to Tucson.

Great Property
This is the first time dealing directly with an owner rather than a renting agency through VRBO. Nidia is very attentive and available for her guests, we appreciated her accommodating us very last minute.

This rental is great for anything going on at the University of Arizona and is handy for any other reasons to stay in Tucson. It is imaculate and everything worked well. We came to Tucson so my oldest could tour the University of Arizona. Cute little house not far from the University of Arizona. Very clean.. very well taken care of. The property manager really takes pride in her property and her communication is exceptional. We will definitely be staying here many times as we will be frequenting the area visiting our daughter.

Lots of rules
Clean. 12 pages of rules and signs posted everywhere. Charges if any "visitor" enters the property except the people who are sleeping there.
Has a garage, but it is locked. Your vehicle stays in the driveway and the heat.
We slept there, but did not eat, or spend any time there.

We enjoyed our stay at the clean, safe, comfortable house. The house was centrally located to the University and downtown. Easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Great communication from the host. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

There are so many thoughtful touches from the time you arrive until you leave. The house is really cute, clean and was great to have 3 bedrooms. It’s really close to campus and downtown so it was very convenient for our purposes. Would definitely stay here again

We were in town for a 3 day volleyball tournament at the Tucson Convention Center. The house was less than ten minutes from the tournament and all other activities in the area. The accommodations were clean and cozy. Will definitely look to stay here in the future. Thank you Nida!

This host knows how to host!
Nidia knows how to host! The property was immaculate, updated, and welcoming. We were greeting with a welcome message using our names on a chalkboard upon entering. Our towels were folded like a top resort would do. Basic supplies like spices, oil, baking supplies, detergent, dishwasher soap, etc were supplied. All closets, as well as kitchen drawers and cabinets were organized. A request for a baking dish was fulfilled. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly. This was a last minute rental for us as our travel plans changed upon our arrival to Arizona and we found this rental on vrbo truly last minute. We have rented from vrbo for many years and this host went above and beyond to welcome us and make sure our stay was exceptional. The home was in perfect, like new condition in every way. We have already recommended this rental to our friends and family. Without a doubt, this is the nicest host and cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. This host knows how to do it right! Nidia even found a belonging we accidentally left behind and drove to meet us to get it to us. The location of this home was also perfect. It was close to everything we wanted to do in Tucson and the surrounding area. We let our friends and family know this is a top rental and we will return.

It's a nice house and very comfortable enough to acomodate 6 adults and 2 kids, Kitchen has all the utensils necessary to cook a meal, loved the keurig coffee ☕, bedrooms are spacious specially the master which even has a walk in closet and Nidia was always at reach responding our questions and asking if we needed anything luckily we didn't run into any issue. Over all I loved the house we'd definitely rent this again. I hope this helps someone that is wonderful about this property.
