Great location, perfect stay.

Cathy was such a thoughtful host - Kyneton was having issues with their water supply and she filled up two large containers of drinkable water for us to use. The house was also really lovely - full of great art, clean, comfortable and with every little extra you’d want (electric blankets, soft towels, lots of breakfast things plus milk, bread and fruit). We were two couples in town for a wedding and it was perfect.

Beautiful and comfortable historic cottage.

This cottage has lovely renovations, was very clean and great art around it. What else was cool was that Cathy left a nice breakfast for us to have. Cathy was very communicative also, in terms of texting us about arrival time and where to find the keys. It was nice and warm too and well worth the money. We found the architecture and furniture and fixtures really lovely too. A nice place to rest and sleep in a sleepy town. Loved it.

great location, cosy, clean, new kitchen facilities

lounge suite, would be better with a chaise lounge that accommodates four people to sit on an relax. the current lounge isn’t comfortable and to small. no wifi facilities as phone service in the area was really poor

Gorgeous old cottage in absolutely lovely country town. Charming off the scale. Hosts Cathy & Red could not be more helpful. Beds and pillows like sleeping on clouds. Soft, fluffy towels. heaven.

We enjoyed our stay! The cottage is on the Historic Piper Street in Kyneton, close to everything.

The host was wonderful in her communications, and answering any questions. The breakfast supply was fantastic! We felt spoilt for choice on tea, coffee, spreads, fresh fruit, fruit juice and health bars. The kitchen was well equiped, just like being at home. The bathroom supplies were great too. The linen and towels were very clean, and the bedrooms were very well presented and a good size. The cottage has heating and cooling in every room, as well as ample well placed lighting to create the feel of welcome and comfort. Thank you :)

Lovely cottage in heart of town

The location is excellent. The facilities were excellent and seemed new however bathroom very small. Generally spacious property.

At $500 a night, it feels a bit over priced especially in the middle of winter. There is also no wifi and poor phone & internet reception.

Fantastic little cottage in a great location next to restaurants and the gin distillery.

Can’t beat the location. Very tidy, cosy space with mod cons. The breakfast ingredients were a lovely touch. Highly recommend.
