Situated in Kissimmee, this attractive house for £124 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Our home is a wonderful escape in tropical Florida located near Disney in a gated community. There are 6 bedrooms, 5 ½ baths, and a game room. The couch in the front room can be converted into an additional bed if needed. The pool and spa are right out the back door and provide an excellent way to end the day. We find the reception center to the resort a nice change of spa. With a large pool, game room, theater, mini golf course, basketball court and Tiki bar for a little dinner or drink. The resort in conveniently located to many restaurants and stores (a Wal-Mart is less than 5 minutes away ). Home Improvements Include: All Master Bedrooms beds replaced 8/22 New washer and Dryer 4/22 New Pool Furniture 4/22 New Pool Heater 1/22 New Flooring throughout the home 10/21 New Kitchen Counters 8/21

Our stay was awesome, the host was and is very responsive and was extremely helpful before, during and after our stay! My only disappointment was some of the pictures on the listing didn’t match what the actual house looked like. But aside from that everything else was great, would definitely book again!

This was a great home for our extended stay in Kissimmee. Check in was very slick. The owner was very supportive and responsive. Pool at the house was great and the community pool at the resort clubhouse was a great spot with a tiki bar! Beds were very comfortable.

The house was beautiful and spacious. It had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of bedroom and bathroom for the group. The location was great cental to everything we needed (walmart, walgreens, restaurants, Old Town). The communication with the hostes Mike and Penny were fantastic. They answered our emails immediately. Once again thank you Mike and Penny for a wonderful vacation!

We had a great time everything was great other than the management co. Never cleaned pool we only were able to swim in it one time till it turned green ,we swam alot in the resort area we enjoyed going there which was only a 3 min walk. i called for a vaccumm for pool and a broom to sweep the house up during the week management never called back

This home had everything that was listed and more the communication and information book was so informative and detailed. Michael also answered any questions we had Also it sat in a beautiful gated community. This home is a definite gem , This is our yearly get a way if Michael has any availability for us. A home away from home IF I had a fabulous indoor hot tub and pool.😊

The beds at the property are extremely uncomfortable and noisy. It’s a shame as the rest of our stay was really good. All told it was good value for the money we paid.

The property was clean and nice. There was a leak in the ceiling, however once I called the property management they were going to deal with it. The listing said two full beds in one room but all the double rooms had twin beds. Check in was a breeze and the community amenities was fantastic. Also all the beds could definitely use new mattresses. They were old and you could feel all the springs. Everything else was great. I really loved having such a nice washer and dryer to keep all our clothes clean. I would definitely rent this house again.

This property needs to be avoided . It is not a nice vacation home, it desperately needs money spending on it. The pool area is the worst. Filthy floor, pool was not cleaned, furniture is dire, two loungers but no useable cushions. Beds atrocious, creaky and noisy. Towels tiny and cheap. The best way to understand is to see my video review which you will find in a search engine if you use the above title or name. Owner knows the problems but won't help. Games room is horrible, furniture is stained. The resort is amazing but you need you book a different house!

We loved our stay here while we were having a family trip to Disney world! I was so relieved that it felt even bigger and better in person, sometimes photos end up disappointing but this spacious house fit us all very comfortably! I loved how many bathrooms there were and having the two master kings and a queen with en suit was perfect for our three families. I will save this listing to visit in the future! Thank you!!

The pool didn’t feel heated even though we paid for it. The pool wasn’t clean and neither was the pool deck. The patio furniture was in grave disrepair. The house wasn’t the cleanest rental I’ve ever been in. The bath towels were chintzy and few. There were not bath mats in every bathroom. The pillows could not have been flatter. The plus- the air conditioner worked very well and we felt safe in the neighborhood.

We enjoyed everything very much. Everything we needed was right there for us. We were pleased with property. We just wish the mattresses were less squeaky, rugs be placed at the front door & back sliding door leading to pool area (We almost fell from leaving the pool), and a small barbeque grill in the back would enhance the stay.

We visited all of the Disney and Universal parks and the location was great! House has very nice layout and space. If I can make a few recommendations, update the linens in the house (towels and bed linens are very old) and the coffee maker was broken. Pool heat was not on when we arrived (requested prior to stay) but the property manager was there late our first night to turn it on. The gated community/clubhouse is great!

My experience I think place looks better pictures than what it is in person pool are was very un cleaned around. House rug could use shampoo. Other than that area location is awesome I am great with family and kids I just think for the money you pay you at least can expect a nice decent and clean house overall we loved everything else about it.

This house had perfect location for our stay! We had enough beds and plenty of bathroom privacy. The host was diligent and responsive to my infinite questions. The clubhouse was great and we enjoyed the gym there. I would suggest future stayers would read the amenities a little better than I did. We traveled from California and did not have enough towels for each guest listed on the reservation. There was a wash/dryer so we made it work, but we had to purchase laundry soap that wound up going to waste. Which all of that was in the rental agreement, I just did not thoroughly read through things like that. But that’s honestly the only thing to report in a “negative” sense. Everything else was enjoyable and pleasant. We would love to return again!! Thank you guys!

I really enjoyed my stay the home is very nice from the time you walkin. Home was clean it had a pool and hot tube that we enjoyed the kitchen is very spacious and the rooms. Omg don’t let me leave out the tub in the downstairs room it’s huge the owner left plenty of rags and towels for us. I with definitely visit again 10 stars
