Nestled in East Nashville, this lovely house for £137 per night is a great option for your next trip. Enjoy luxurious style and stunning skyline views of the city from this gorgeous 4 level home! Its modern design aesthetic is breathtakingly bold yet delicate, offering up pure contemporary brilliance. Every room of the home is uniquely styled and brimming with luxury, creating the perfect backdrop for your Nashville vacation! If you can tear yourself away from the magical ambiance of this space, you’ll be thrilled to find incredible restaurants right around the corner, such as Folk, Mas Tacos, and The Pharmacy, to name a few. Venture a tad further and you’ll have downtown, Germantown, The Gulch and more hotspot filled neighborhoods right at your fingertips where there is so much to explore! Layout: The first level of this gorgeous retreat is complete with a downstairs sleeping area with a twin trundle bed and half bath. The main floor is made up of the kitchen, dining room, and living room, along with two bedrooms each with a queen sized bed and a full bathroom. On the third level there is a spacious master bedroom with a king sized bed and a full sized murphy bed, and en suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds and down the hall there is a full bathroom and laundry room. The upper level of the home has a half bathroom and a rooftop balcony with incredible views of the city. Please note: the elevator in this home is not operational. Parking: In the garage or in the driveway. House Rules: During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time. Rental Policy: It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled. Layout and all was really pretty cool. Lots of broken items: Laundry rooms door (hole) Bathroom doors (locks) Night stands one in master other sitting in garage busted . Cable TV and sound system Very low water pressure for a shower with so many features Kitchen issues: Most dishes are very dates and dirty Three forks in the whole house Not a good variety of pans or cookware Splattered paint on all floors from being repainted and no proper cleaning supplies to aid with cleanup Very unsatisfied because house itself was super cool

I was very impressed with the property. It was spacious so much so that I felt like I didn’t have time to enjoy it all lol. I will say though, the rooftop has trash on it and to give the benefit of the doubt I won’t blame the cleaning crew; I’ll say it was debris from previous storms to be fair since everything else was well put together. Also, the neighborhood itself is nice but the surrounding area was a little sketchy. I didn’t feel unsafe but I was very cautious in my offsite ventures. The price was great and I’m definitely looking to plan a trip back just to stay in this property.

The property was really good. Location was good. Floor plan of the house was great for a large group. The house was a little dirty. The patios were very messy and missing a lot of the cushions for the furniture. The management company was very responsive when we had questions.

Stayed here with my husband and two other couples. The house was as pictured and beautiful. Unfortunately it was cold so we didn’t get to use the rooftop deck but the view was amazing. Bedrooms were nice and there were plenty of bathrooms. It was a great location and easy to get downtown. Overall excellent and would highly recommend.

All in all we had a fantastic trip. The house was beautiful and had enough bedrooms for our family. It was in a good location and was super close to downtown Nashville.

This was the perfect place/location to stay for my sisters bachelorette weekend. The place was so cute, spacious, and had a great location. The Uber to Broadway was less than 10 min. The host is very easy to communicate with and provided all the necessary items for a fun weekend.

Beautiful and cozy house! Comfy beds and bedding, trendy decor, close to downtown, and very quiet! The place was a bit dusty and water pressure was super low which a bummer because the master bathroom is awesome! But overall I plan to stay there again:-)

Was a beautiful home and plenty of space for three ladies - only negatives were that the area was "developing" so loud during the afternoons with construction, no directions on how to use the fireplace (which would have been nice as we were celebrating Christmas) and the main bath tub on the third floor didn't drain properly. Otherwise, we had a great visit.
