Eine glatte 10. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Das Zimmer ist einfach mega originell. Muss man erlebt haben. Auch die Location des "Alten Schlachthofs" ist top - nur ein paar Schritte bis in die Altstadt, völlig ohne jeglichen Verkehrslärm, das Parkhaus auch mit Gepäck within walking distance. Abendessen im Restaurant ausgezeichnet mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Frühstücksbuffet vom Feinsten. Sowohl die Receptionistin als auch das gesamte Restaurantpersonal total freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Eigentlich kaum erwähnenswert, aber doch.........die Außentreppe zu den Zimmern etwas abenteuerlich und die Dachrinne bei der Eingangstüre in Gesichtshöhe erfordert etwas Vorsicht.

Room not to any reasonable standard. It’s merely an area delimited by plywood (fire hazard). No where to sit, very small windows at feet level, no tv, you can only stand in a 1/3rd of the total space, mattress totally uncomfortable, heavily overpriced, unfair or even worse unrealistic representation on booking.

Reinkommen, wohlfühlen und bei dem Willkommenstrunk die Atmosphäre genießen.

Hammermäßige Unterkunft und schönste Unterkunft in Brixen( wir haben aber nochmal das Zimmer gewechselt, da die Stockbetten nichts für uns waren) sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal, das Frühstück war eines der besten die wir jemals in einer Unterkunft hatten. Coole, abgefahrene Location

Costo al primo impatto alto ma poi considerando ciò che era compreso, onesto.

Ottima posizione. Abbiamo usufruito solo del servizio colazione che è stato vario e ottimo con personale disponibile e gentile. Azzeccato l'aperitivo offerto.

Nell'aperitivo offerto, dopo che avevamo scelto da menu, ci hanno detto al bar che erano compresi solo alcuni aperitivi. L'hanno detto dopo che ne avevamo scelto altri. Alla richiesta di pagare la differenza ci è stato detto che non era possibile. Abbiamo quindi ripiegato pagando alcuni aperitivi e limitandoci negli altri. Forse una maggiore elasticità avrebbe aiutato.

Überraschend anders, als „normale“ Hotelzimmer.

Außergewöhnliches Design der Zimmer. Sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Das Frühstück war mit regionalen Produkten und reichhaltig.

Kein Stauraum oder Regal im Zimmer für Klamotten. War für mich und meine Tochter aber für die eine Nacht soweit kein Problem.

Das Hotelzimmer ist wirklich charmant gestaltet und bietet die ideale Atmosphäre für einen Kurzurlaub. Die Einrichtung ist super süß und verleiht dem Raum eine gemütliche Note. Die Größe des Zimmers ist total ausreichend, um sich wohlzufühlen und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Service war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das hervorragende Frühstück, das eine große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken bot und einen perfekten Start in den Tag ermöglichte. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt, den ich gerne weiterempfehle!

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war jedoch, dass die Zimmer etwas hellhörig waren, was zu einer leichten Beeinträchtigung der Nachtruhe führte. Trotzdem würde ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen, da es ansonsten eine gute Wahl für einen entspannten Aufenthalt ist.

La camera, manca il bidet il frigo la televisione un mobiletto per riporre camicia e maglioni, li devi lasciare in valigia, se una persona ha difficoltà nel salire le scale nn può soggiornare, specialmente questo dovrebbe essere ben specificato nella descrizione della struttura.

Charme und super Frühstück

Außergewöhnliche Zimmer mit eigenem Charme. Das Frühstück á la carte ist hervorragend und war ein echtes Highlight. Und viel zentraler kann die Lage nicht sein.

Durch die Bauweise ist es etwas hellhörig. Und auch der Zugang über die Metalltreppe kann je nach Zimmerlage für etwas Lärm sorgen.

Für Wochenende sehr nett.

Zimmer stylisch, aber nicht wirklich praktisch. Lage natürlich super. Personal und das dazugehörigen Restaurant/Bar sehr gut.

Problem ist die Hellhörigkeit. Wenn man das Zimmer zur Außentreppe hat (Metall) hört man jeden einzelnen Schritt bis ins Zimmer (und das dann auch nachts...). Innen das Gleiche. Jeder Schritt und auch normal laute Gespräche, werden nahezu ungefiltert im Zimmer gehört (und das eben auch nachts...). Somit mehrfach davon geweckt worden.

Colazione a buffet nel bar sottostanteservita da personale molto disponibile.

La camera, tutte le camere sono allestite dentro delle scatole di legno compensato che dividono la soffitta dell’immobile in tante “camere”. Deprimente. Nessuna finestra; degli abbaini sottotetto; bagno dentro una scatola di compensato senza finestra. Fino all’una di notte dal bar sottostante musica e chiaccericcio.

In centro

Struttura in pieno centro, esattamente nella zona pedonale a due passi dal Duomo e dai mercatini. Appartamento grandissimo, moderno, bellissimo, dotato di tanti confort, molto pulito. Colazione compresa al ristorante poco vicino, poco assortita ma cibo ottimo e personale gentile. Nelle vicinanze si trovano parcheggi a pagamento.

L'arrivo anticipato di 2 ore non prevede un'accoglienza, scomodo l'ingresso, l'addetta alle pulizie fortunatamente ci ha visti fuori dalla porta e ci ha fatto lasciare le valige dentro. Era previsto un voucher ad un prezzo agevolato per il parcheggio Stufles, dove abbiamo parcheggiato e pagato il ticket per 2 ore ma al check-in, obbligatorio alle ore 14, il personale ci ha informato che lo staff non aveva provveduto alla prenotazione dunque siamo rimasti senza! Quindi abbiamo anche dovuto spostare la macchina in un altro parcheggio meno caro. A causa del disguido ci ha omaggiati di drink al ristorante, magra riconsolazione purtroppo, perché non abbiamo potuto usufruirne in quanto la sera non c'era posto per mangiare! Forse sarebbe l'ideale organizzare meglio l'accoglienza e anche il luogo dove viene fatta.

Fantastic location in the town centre, great design, cool place for young people, super friendly staff, great breakfast a la carte included.

Our apartment smelled to smoke - not the fault of the hotel but some reckless guests before us.

Horrible room that is anything but 'charming'

We requested two separate beds for our (adult) children and the staff was friendly enough to help us with a change to one of the rooms in a different building. Breakfast was fine.

The room in the main building was a disgrace. Blazing hot (no airco and only two small windows at feet level that open to the restaurant's terrace so with plenty of noise until late at night and this while average temperature in Brixen is 27 degrees), very small living space (unless you want to crawl under the attic where the bed is), very very basic sink and shower, and two thin mattresses up in the attic that will kill any back, young or old. Some people may call this 'charming', we just felt cheated for the price you pay.

Loved it

The apartment was huge, easy to access the quaint town and other amenities. Checkin was smooth. Easy to leave luggage. Easy to arrange early breakfast to go for an early start to hiking.

Unbearably hot room like a sauna

The breakfast was amazing in a beautiful courtyard. Staff in the morning were helpful. The loft style space was cool and the shower in the room was great.

I arrived at 18:30 and there was nobody there to check me in, the restaurant staff tried to help but they could not help me with my room (Room 5). The room was 30°c and with no Air Conditioning. To make it worse, the Velux windows are remote control and will not open if there is rain. However even when it stopped raining I still couldn’t open the windows. The temperature made it impossible to sleep.

Super comfortable, snug little room. Awesome location in the heart of Brixen. Great Breakfast!

Can be a bit noisy, being right above a restaurant. No Aircon, so can get rather warm.
