About this house rental
Nestled in Montour Falls, this charming house for £196 per night is a great choice for your next break. THE BUNGALOW AT FALLS EAST is the perfect place to stay while visiting the beautiful Schuyler County area of the Finger Lakes! Property is located on a quiet street but close to our major attractions such as the Watkins Glen International Race Track, Watkins Glen State Park & Gorge and the Seneca Lake Wine Trail! The Bungalow boasts a bright and well appointed kitchen, a separate living room and family room both with televisions so you can spread out, two comfortable bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The back deck is perfect for enjoying the outdoors during the day and at night guests can gather around the fire pit! The Bungalow is a short distance from the Havana Glen Park and The Catherine Valley Trail. There is a walking path directly from the Bungalow leading to the Catlin Mill Creek which spills into the Catharine Creek. Pets are considered on a case by case basis, pet fee is $35/pet/stay Please advise us ahead of time if you have an electric vehicle, an additional $25 will be assessed for use of electricity for an electric vehicle. Pools of any kind are not allowed.

This house was everything we expected and needed. The house was immaculate, we instantly felt right at home and were very comfortable. The kitchen was perfectly stocked including spices, the bed was comfortable and the covered porch was perfect. We also enjoyed the many birds that were in the yard along with the two little bunnies. This house was the perfect location for visiting many waterfalls and the winery's.

We had a relaxing stay in this charming cottage - the perfect size for the three of us. We especially enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and the deck with roof. We had lots of nearby activities to choose from -- many waterfall hikes, kayaking on the lake, wine tasting and restaurants when we didn't cook. The house is perfectly situated for exploring the beautiful Finger Lakes region.

To be honest, many places are oversold and the owners are unfamiliar with what clean really means.
This property was everything I could have hoped for. Not musty, not dirty, just perfect in every way. My wife and I were so happy with how well the home presented, how well it was laid out, and how spotless this place was.
Thanks so much for a wonderful experience. We will be back!

What a sweet house! This was conveniently located to our waterfall and hiking adventures. The home was clean and comfortable. The back patio is beautiful and so peaceful. Check-in and out was super easy. Highly recommend if you are visiting Seneca Lake.

This house was amazing. Very clean and has absolutely everything you need. Just pack your bags and enjoy. The area has amazing areas to hike and close to all attractions. Highly recommend Shawna’s house for a relaxing and fun filled time!

The location is perfect. Especially if you want lodging in a quiet neighborhood with outdoor space to spend the evenings on the deck and/or at the fire pit. Home was very clean, cozy, and spacious. Total 5 star property!

This house had the perfect location, just minutes to Watkins Glen and the wineries. It was spacious, extremely clean, and well stocked. Very fast response from property manager and owner when heat did not work. We would highly recommend this property.

The home was very nice. Very clean and comfortable. The only thing that needed to be done is to have more lighting on the outside. The street is dark and the lighting around the house and steps could be a littler brighter. Overall very happy.

I can't say enough good things about this house! This was the first time to the Finger Lakes region for my husband and me, and the location of this house was a perfect central location for all this region has to offer. Most of our destinations were between 15 minutes and an hour away, allowing us to explore the region easily. We visited towns, wineries, and breweries bordering Seneca, Cayuga, and Keuka Lakes. The home was super clean and so comfortable for the two of us. The comfy leather reclining chairs were perfect for reading or watching TV (and all 4 TVs were smart with loads of options, including Netflix and Disney Plus). The deck and fire pit were used every evening and the backyard is very private. The bed and linens were very comfortable and the towels were super soft. The kitchen had the usual condiments and spices allowing us to prepare our breakfasts and some dinners in the home. If I could give this home 6 stars, I would!

Wonderful home! Close to Eagle’s Cliff Falls and Deckertown Falls. We would go each evening after dinner. Kids loved it!

Place was great for two couples and a dog. The firepit was awesome to have after a day of wineries. Place was super clean with lots of blankets and towels.

This is a very beautiful house, very well equipped and with a beautiful river running next to it. It is also walking distance to falls. Great deck, that we were able to use in November!!! Could not have wished for a better place to stay.

We enjoyed staying in this charming house. It was very clean and well stocked. Great location for touring the Seneca winery’s. No contact check in was a breeze and Shawna answered questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again
