I loved staying here. Had Ocean front view and was wonderful. Sat out on the Balcony and just took it all in..The condo was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Coffee and hot chocolate was provided. Very cozy and warm place. Owner very nice .Will stay here again.

Small point: Need better TV package. Roku offered150 channels of 70s and 80s shows but not one network like CBS/Fox etc. No World Series or NFL for a sports enthusiast .

The 15th floor condo was just perfect! Cheri the owner was so attentive, informative and so nice!!! She makes sure your stay is amazing and has many supplies including a great selection of coffees and a vast array of cooking utensils!! The oceanfront 15th floor view is amazing!! My daughter and I had the best time and will definitely want to go back again and again

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this beautiful, well equipped condo. The view from the 15th floor balcony was breathtaking. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the pool and the poolside restaurant The Salty Pickle. The resort itself was filled with friendly people and was well maintained and clean. Cheri was a pleasure to rent from and even had our unit ready prior to check in time. We will definitely be back. Thanks for everything Cheri!!

I was very impressed with everything! Beautifully decorated. Very clean and organized. Practically everything you need is aleady stocked for your convenience. If we return to Garden City Beach in the future this is where we will stay.

This condo was wonderful. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed. Most condos I've rented have the bare minimum. Not this place! When I called the owner to let her know that the manual can opener wasn't working, she made sure I had a new electric one by the end of the day. Paper products were supplied and lasted several days, as well as soap and laundry items. Beach towels, chairs and an umbrella are available for use as well as toys. There are four chairs on the balcony that are very comfortable. The owner provided a few books and DVDs for entertainment, but you might want to bring your own. The bedroom has a dresser and chest of drawers for storage, as well as a closet full of hangers. The bedding, throw blankets, and bath towels were clean and comfortable. They supplied pillows, but we brought our own. Arrival and departure instructions are very clear and easy to follow, as well as tv instructions. This was a great place to stay, and if you're headed to the Myrtle Beach area, I would recommend that you book this condo!

This was our first rental experience and we couldn’t be happier. The condo is right on the beach so it’s just an elevator ride down to the ocean. The amenities made it feel homey and comfortable. The view was incredible- watching the sunrise is a must. Cheri was a great host, and we’ll definitely be back.

Everything was perfect except for a few items in need of repair. The front door doorstop hinge was defective. Drains in bathrooms drained poorly. Kitchen needed dish towels. Rinse tower on floor of DW was broken. Elevator issues.

Fantastic view on the 15th floor. Condo itself was good and clean. Well stocked on extras which was wonderful. Communication for entry was very easy with the owner. Parking garage was tight for a larger vehicle but we just parked on the top level of garage which was open air. Only disappointment was I specifically booked this condo because they had an indoor pool & jacuzzi on the premises, knowing it wasn't going to be beach weather in March. Well the jacuzzi wasn't working & the pool was freezing (heater was not working).

This condo was miraculous! The owner isn't lying about having the perfect spot for a sunrise view. I came here on a girls trip in March & we felt safe / comfortable the whole time. The condo was clean when we checked in, and even though it only has one bedroom it still feels very roomy & we had everything we needed- extra pull out couch, kitchen utensils, coffee maker,, etc. I think this is going to be my go-to rental for when I visit the Myrtle area. Pro tip: The salty pickle is not your average hotel snack bar. I'd recommend trying a mixed drink or pizza from there. We also were able to walk to Conch Cafe from the condo which was a huge plus. 😀 Plenty of grocery stores & gas stations close by.

Celebrated 50 yrs of marriage at this adorable condo!!! Planned to fly kites at the Huntington Beach State Park Saturday and Sunday, but the winds were not there for flying kites! Still had a great time!! Attended Eaglemania at the Carolina Opry-AWESOME!!! The ride home brought us thru some sleet showers!! Hey, I thought it was spring!! Great weekend overall!!

We loved our stay. Condo was as shown in pictures. Beautiful view - we even saw dolphins one afternoon! Bed was very comfortable & we slept better than usual while away. Location is great. Quieter than other places. Great people. Parking is a little tight but definitely not a deal breaker.

This property was just as listed. 15th floor was a little high for us but the view was wonderful. We especially enjoyed the area. It was much quieter than Myrtle Beach and the restaurants and shops were close enough. The taller chairs on the balcony were especially enjoyable for people watching on the beach.
