Situated in Fernandina Beach, this charming condo for £306 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Escape the ordinary and unwind in style on the beautiful beaches of Amelia Island. This home was designed with vacationing in mind! Our first-floor unit, part of Seagate Condos (a small four-unit building that enjoys one of the closest to the ocean lots on Amelia Island!), features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with extremely comfortable furnishings. The Master boasts Bali inspired decor, equipped with a king size bed and luxury linens/pillows so you can rest the night away. The guest room- a cozy queen with a true, beach cottage feel. Relax in the evenings in the fully upgraded bathroom which features a Jacuzzi tub, marble tile and quartz countertop sink. Enjoy the open concept living room and kitchen showcasing white quartz countertops, new appliances, and white cabinets with lots of light filtering in through the two large glass sliding doors. Relax on our comfy, Pottery Barn sectional backdropped by a beachy shiplap wall and enjoy one of your favorite Netflix films to close out a relaxing day on the beach. Retreat through one of the sliding doors to your own large, private oceanfront deck. Lounge in the hammock in the shade, have happy hour on the outdoor sectional, enjoy our *new* gas fire pit while listening to the ocean waves, or host a dinner party at the solid teak table which seats six. Cook your own dinner and pick your fresh herbs from one of our well-maintained, raised garden beds, or have our private chef come cook in for you and your guests! Enjoy your morning coffee in one of two large lounge chairs with cushioned ottoman overlooking the dunes and listening to the sound of the waves (keep an eye out for the gopher turtles- mornings are when they love to make an appearance in the dunes!). Stroll down your private beach access and enjoy one of the least crowded beaches in Northeast Florida. Enjoy shark teeth hunting? You have found your spot as this area is known as a "honey hole" for shark teeth! A short walk on the beach puts you at 2 great beachfront restaurants. Outdoor enthusiast? As part of your stay, we include usage of our THREE ocean kayaks as well as our soft top surfboard and paddleboard. There is nothing better than a calm morning on the ocean! Golfers? Great! As part of your stay you will also enjoy access to the exclusive “The Golf Club of Amelia Island” and their immaculate 18-hole championship golf course which also hosts the famous “Concours De’ Elegance” (based on availability/guest fees apply). Our condo is also a short 5-minute drive from historic downtown Fernandina Beach where you can enjoy some of the finest restaurants in Northeast Florida! This beach condo is truly one of a kind. Unlike most condos, there are no stairs or elevators along your route to get to the beach. Just walk out the back door, and you're there! Another favorite feature of ours is the large deck out back. Where most people have a balcony with a couple of chairs, our beachfront deck is large enough to house an outdoor sectional, two large lounge chairs with an ottoman, a teak table that seats six, a hammock, and 3 raised garden beds. You won't want to spend any time inside!! Amelia Island is a dream vacation spot. It is truly one of the most beautiful islands in the world and is filled with fantastic beaches, restaurants, and southern charm. We have fallen in love, and we are sure you will too! RRDP-0009362022

We had a terrific stay at this condo. It's beautifully and comfortably furnished and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities. We loved the spacious deck which is well-shaded in the afternoon. It provided a perfect spot for us to relax with our dog, listen to the surf, and enjoy relaxing dinners. Our hosts were quick to respond to messages and provided very helpful recommendations for places to eat and things to do while we were in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our time at this condo! The location was great and the place was exactly as described. It had everything we needed. The sofa and the beds were super comfortable! Check in was very easy and the proximity to the beach can't be beat. The awesome patio/deck out back was perfect for sitting outside, feeling the beach breeze, and listening to the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

We love Amelia and just needed a quiet get-a-way, this was perfect! Great deck, privacy, comfy bed, etc. we brought our dog and he loved the beach! Highly recommend!

This is one of the best locations at Fernandina Beach. The ground floor unit makes for easy access to beach or car without multiple trips up and downstairs with people and pets. New appliances, countertops, a good-sized TV for those times you're not on the outdoor furniture or on the beach. Isolated enough for a quiet getaway, yet near enough to shopping and restaurants to ensure a great week at the beach. We will be back.

If you want comfortable beds with great linens, comfortable furniture, all the necessities to cook dinners in, very nice decor, and a patio to die for then this is your condo! We took advantage of the patio since the weather was pleasant and even enjoyed the firepit, all while we listened to the surf. There is a very short boardwalk to actually see the beach, but the dunes are lovely to look at and definitely provide that beachy atmosphere. Management was great and access was easy with a key code. Couldn't ask for more!

How wonderful to be able to walk right onto the beach. We spent many evenings sitting outside enjoying the sounds of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked and had all we needed for cooking dinner in the rental. We will be back.

Ashley's property is absolutely perfect! I was prepared to be impressed just by the pictures, but it is even better in person! A well equipped condo in a perfect location with the beach as your back yard - I couldn't ask for anything more. It has everything you need throughout the day - coffee maker, plenty of beach chairs and toys even kayaks. The beach is perfect and very quiet. We were not used to having our own section all to ourselves! So relaxing. The outdoor area at the condo was my favorite part, a great place to come relax and listen to the ocean. I would absolutely stay here again and would not change a thing. Absolutely perfect!

This property is in a perfect location. It is on the beach & close to restaurants. We rented bikes & rode them everyday. Downtown was a short bikeride with lots of shopping, restaurants & breweries! We had a blast!

Wonderful beach stay!

This condo has no steps and was perfect! This property was exactly as described and was extremely clean and just steps to the beach! The outside seating area/fire pit was wonderful and the beach chairs/sun shade were all in good condition…wished it had been warmer to use the paddle boards and kayaks! We liove Amelia Island and would definitely recommend this property!!

Plenty of room for 3 of us, outdoor seating was so fun when we had friends from home over for drinks one night, well-appointed and clean kitchen, location near shopping and great restaurants (5 minute drive?), and attentive owner so we never felt we were on our own if something went awry or if we needed a quick recommendation. The beach here is wide and clean. Four comfortable lounge chairs thoughtfully provided to take down to beach. Newly renovated, a little gem. A hit with 50+ and 20 year old sets!

The hallway, with bedrooms on each side, opens up to a beautiful open-space kitchen and living room with sliding doors opening to a lovely large deck with a gate leading to a short boardwalk to the beach. (Btw, the deck has both shady and sunny areas.).
The kitchen is very well stocked with nice dishes, pots & pans, etc., and has great lighting.
The owners live nearby and are very responsive.
We look forward to renting again next year.

Great Spot on the Ocean
I stayed for 10 days and found the property to be centrally located and the perfect spot to unwind and find peacefulness. Communication with the owner was seamless as was check-in/out. The kitchen has all you could want to make your stay a great one and the outdoor space and walkway to the beach can not be beat!
