Prima verblijf gehad

De locatie, met fietsen ben je eigenlijk binnen 5 tot 10 min in het centrum of in het stadspark van Groningen

Gewoon en prima lokatie om een weekend te verblijven. Op loopafstand van het station en het centrum.

We hadden de reviews gelezen en sommige mensen waren aan het mopperen over onkruid en zo. Zeurpieten. Cessinas is geen toplokatie maar helemaal prima voor mensen die gewoon doen en niet voor een prikkie in het Hilton willen zitten.

Ik kan maar 1 ding bedenken en dat was het slot op de kamerdeur. Maar ik ben dan ook aan het muggeziften.

Urige kleine Wohnung in Zentrumnähe!

Urige kleine Wohnung nahe dem Zentrum von Groningen. Innerhalb der Wohnung werden zwei Zimmer vermietet. Innerhalb des kleineren Zimmers gibt es eine Dusche und ein Waschbecken. Die Toilette befindet sich auf dem Flur. Zu dem anderen Zimmer, was zum Garten heraus geht, gehört ein separates Duschbad mit Toilette. Außerdem eine Küche und eine Terrasse, die aber theoretisch für alle zugänglich sind. In der Küche sind alle Utensilien enthalten, die man benötigt. Beide Zimmer sind separat abschließbar. Die Konzerthalle De Oosterpoort liegt keine 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, was uns sehr wichtig war. Sehr netter Vermieter. Ein Parkplatz muss separat über den Vermieter beantragt werden, ist aber unentgeltlich.

Die zwei Betten in unserem Zimmer standen getrennt.

The only shop in the immediate vicinity was shut for refurbishment. A bit inconvenient, but just bad luck.

Lovely, comfortable, clean room. Friendly host, great location close to the city centre. Beautiful garden.

Central, very nice and discrete host, the room no. 2 (garden side) is preferable.

Central, directly at a canal, very nice small garden for breakfast, well equipped kitchen.

This was our second time, the first vidit was perfect, but this time we had the front room (street side) with bath in the room and an external toilet. The other room (back to the garden) with separate bathroom abd toilet (very good) we liked much more.

It was clean and spacious and in a great area

I didn't really like how much noise there was from the other guests, the neighbours and the people in front of the window. The bed wasn't very comfortable either but that's fine

Shared apartment, affordable, cute place

Affordable, close to the city centre, comfortable bed

The heating was off so it was a little cold. Most importantly the apartment is actually shared so I was surprised when someone else came through the front door. They had a separate bedroom but the kitchen was shared. All the noise from the separate bedroom and the apartment upstairs was easily heard.

Exceptional

The location is amazing. Close to the center, but not too close. Everything reachable by foot. It´s clean, cozy and a nice atmosphere. I would visit again, that´s for sure :) The place to stay is also nice. It´s small, but enough for every needs.

Very nice big room with fridge and kettle/coffee machine. Excellent access to a shared kitchen. Little garden at the back. Parking possible close by at Ikea

For us it was strange to have a private toilet, but on the hall (house was shared) Also the toilet was sooooo small...

20 minutes walk from the centre of town, quiet location on a canal - fantastic!

No breakfast (not offered). Lovely rear courtyard garden with water feature (fountain switches off automatically at night!), fruit trees, shade (it was very hot!) and visting cats. Super!

Slightly slow Internet (wifi) due to thick walls! Everything else was superb!

Always again, will be regular address when visiting our student daughter!

We had the room 1 (garden side). Very nice and cosy. E-car charger next street :-)). Nice kitchen, gorgeous mini garden with possibility to sit and eat outside. Perfect communication in 3 languages. Key system worked perfectly. Less than 10 walking min to city center.

Fantastic stay in Groningen

It was a last minute booking and I arrived very late. Nevertheless the host personally showed me in. A very clean, comfortable and quiet room was available for me. Beautiful garden and a well equipped made my stay really ok.
