Good place to stay away from city rush but easy to get around

Behaviour of the staff, reasonably good facilities, calm surroundings and secure basement parking

No restaurant even though breakfast was offered in the booking. It was served as a limited box. Bath tub was not clean enough and shower control was faulty.

Hotel that feels like home

I loved the spacious room thats equipped with everything you might need. Felt so cosy and gave me the home-like vibe that I personally like.

Quite a lot of construction zone around but that’s not their fault- there is always something new thats being built in Dubai

Wir können dieses Hotel-Appartement nur empfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir waren 12 Nächte in diesem Appartement-Hotel und sind restlos begeistert. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen nett und höflich. Der Service war erstklassig. Wir hatten das große Appartement mit 85 qm. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Dazu gehört ein großer Balkon mit einem kleinen Tisch und zwei Stühlen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Einzig etwas mehr Geschirr hätte da sein können, dann hätte sich der Einsatz des Geschirrspülers auch mehr gelohnt. Jeden Tag gibt es einige Flaschen Wasser. Die Metro-Station ist nicht weit weg. Noch zwei kleine Tipps: Unbedingt Creek-Sicht buchen! Und für den Service die Careem-App installieren. Mit ihr lässt sich alles erledigen: Einkäufe, Essen oder Taxi bestellen. Bei den Taxen immer Hala-Taxen ordern. Preisgünstig und zuverlässig.

The location was great. I enjoyed the walks along the shores of the Creek and the views thereto. The breakfast was value for money although they could help by introducing variety of items served especially for people spending more than 2 nights. The kitchen facilities were excellent.

The variety of the breakfast. Not that bad but for someone staying for long it can become monotonous. Also need to consider offering a "healthy" breakfast option for people who are worried about the calories.

I must recommend this hotel apartment hotel for family vacation.

Location of property is very nice. Metro station is just 800m walking distance. Property staff is very cooperative and helpful. Especially Sib, Hope and Shareef were excellent amongst hotel staff. Shareef help us to upgrade our room almost at no additional cost and allowed 8hrs early check in. Rooms were super large with beautiful fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen was very helpful for quick preparation of early morning breakfast. Superstore is also very nearby at walking distance. Room had all comfortable amenities including unlimited tea/coffee and water bottles, cozy bed, blanket, pillows, smart TV, iron stand and iron, sofa, safety locker and balcony with breathtaking creeks view. We could not enjoy pool and gym, but they were awesome too. Housekeeping service was super prompt and helpful. Area is very safe for family to roam 24x7.

Bon rapport qualité/ prix à Dubaï

Chambre est spacieuse et tres propre. Personnel très gentil et vraiment avenant et toujours prêt a aider. Merci à toute l’équipe. Je recommanderais cette établissement à quiconque veut demeurer dans un coin tranquille et à quelques centaines de mètres d’une station de métro.

Rien en particulier sauf peut-être le manque de restaurant autour de l’établissement. Ceci dit, la chambre est pourvu de toutes les facilités incluant une laveuse.

A beautiful, quiet place with a view of the creek

It was a beautiful stay, a clean hotel, an aromatic smell, and complete tranquility. I thank the cooperative work group: SIB, HOPE, and Devi.

Excellentl stay in Dubai

Location close to the metro train, in a good area near the Dubai Creek Studio was clean, the kitchen was well equipped. Washing machine was working as expected Bed was comfortable Staff extremely friendly We had a great time there

We extended our stay here another two days, we just could not go away from this wonderful hotel ! Location close to the metro train, in a good area near the Dubai Creek Studio was clean, the kitchen was well equipped. Perefct stay in a very nice and quiet hotel run by super friendly people......

Extreme friendly personnel and staff. Rooms are very good and bed is comfortable. From the balcony I had a perfect view to the Creek. Rooms were kept perfectly clean and the kitchenette was well outfitted with all you need!

Beautiful Fully loaded studio aparthotel with a very nice view

Location, staff, view (creek), Internet speed, underground car parking that opens with room key, fully loaded studio aparthotel including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven/stove, microwave, full kitchenware, clothes drying hanger, ironing set, even the detergents were made available.

Very sensitive fire alarm near cooking area was easy to trigger prompting security to call up several times to check that everything was ok.

Nothing its really dissapointing. The stuff entered the room without our approval, there is no privacy at all Strange people are knocking the door every day. No privacy at all.
