About this house rental
Situated in Marco Island, this attractive house for £375 per night is a great option for your next trip. Come and relax on this slice of heaven on Marco Island! This is our home away from home, and we hope you make it yours too. The home has beautiful wide water views from most of the rooms with 2,100 square feet of bright indoor living space! Enjoy a 10 minute stroll to white-sand beaches, shopping, movie theater, mini-golf, restaurants, and much more! The large screened lanai offers a private heated pool with direct views of the waterways, enjoying sun for most of the day. This home has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a memory foam king-size bed and an en-suite which is a perfect escape after a day of water activities or sight-seeing. A set of bunk beds and a memory foam queen bed in the second bedroom offer a haven for either kids and teenagers, or nice a private space for a family of 4, where they can sleep closely, but comfortably. The third bedroom has yet another memory foam king-size bed to ensure all guests can relax in their own space after a fun filled day of outdoor activities. The kitchen, dining room, living and family room all have spectacular water views. The house features a beautiful, bright kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a four-burner electric cook top; perfect for cooking for the whole house. Sit down in the family room to relax and watch some TV; You will have access to Netflix, Hulu and Disney+! Step outside to the large lanai and enjoy the breathtaking open water views. Whether you choose to do some grilling, jump in the pool, or just sit and relax on the chaise loungers, you will feel all your worries slipping away. The home also has a deck, which routinely offers sights of passing boats, manatees, dolphins, manta rays and various types of fish. We encourage fishing from the deck or bring your boat and take advantage of the world-class fishing available in the nearby-waters of the Gulf! With almost direct access out to the Gulf, boaters will be out in the open ocean in no time! If you need anything during your stay, please feel free to message me. Marco Island has everything you could want for a wonderful vacation: white sandy beaches, water and land sports, shopping, dining, music, movies and much more. This is paradise on the largest island of the Ten Thousand Island chain! South Marco beach is a 10 minute straight walk away, as well as multiple dining and entertainment options in Marco Walk Plaza! *Pet friendly! Pet Fee: $150 NOTES: 1. We have a weekly pool service/maintenance (usually scheduled for Monday mornings). Lawn care is also done weekly, but days may vary. Please be advised that these contractors will be on the exterior of the property to ensure that the required maintenance and upkeep is up to standards. 2. We offer starter supplies for our guests (coffee k-cups, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent pods, toiletries, etc.) and the guest will need to purchase any additional supplies needed for the rest of their stay. 3. We have a security camera on the exterior only (over the garage facing the driveway) as well as a security doorbell. We do not monitor these cameras after you have arrived except for safety purposes only and for ensuring adherence to our occupancy rules. Absolutely no cameras are anywhere inside the house. Turning off or manipulating the WiFi or security system will result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. *If you or anyone in your party has sensitivity to EMF's, our home may not be a good fit at this time.

We loved our trip to Marco Island! Gina made sure our stay at her home ran so smoothly. The property was a little slice of paradise - we loved enjoying an afternoon swim in the pool and sitting out by the water. It was also an easy walk to the beach and some restaurants - even with a toddler in tow! We would definitely stay here again if we are back in town - which we sure hope to be!

This is our second time staying at this beautiful house, and it won’t be our last! Everything about this house is delightful. The location is in walking distance to everything straight up to North collier Blvd- at the entrance to the public beach! Also many restaurants and shops at the Marco walk plaza. The house is spotless, with a big kitchen, and 2 1/2 baths, which is a big plus ! The pool is warm and overlooks the water. The owner , Gina is very easy to deal with, though we don’t usually have any problems. I highly recommend this house, just hope it doesn’t get too popular so it’s available when we stay again!

The house is an older home but very clean. It had everything we needed! Pool was supper clean! Location is great! Communication with Gina was awesome. She was quick to respond if we had any questions!

The property is accurately described . I only had to contact Gina once. The grill needed repair. She responded immediately . A new grill was delivered ASAP. We had family and friends of all ages. It's walkable to the beach. The little kids lived in the pool. I like to fish and spent time fishing off the dock. The house worked out great for us.

This house was amazing. It had plenty of space to hang out. A beautiful pool and or favorite going down to the dock and sitting watching the jelly fish and dolphins go by. The sitting are by the pool was very comfortable too. It is a quick walk to the beach , shops and stores .

Wonderful Beach Week
The Island Oasis is a great property. It has everything that we needed for the week to enjoy the beach and fun in the sun. Chairs, cooler, wagon you name it, they had it. Minutes to the beach and restaurants. Had a very nice welcome booklet about things to do in the area. The host didn’t miss a beat. What a wonderful place to stay

Upon arrival at Island Oasis we found a note from the host, some champagne and dog biscuits for our Shih zhu who made the 20 hour trip from Ohio with us. The house was immaculately clean and there was so much space. We were started with soap and lotion in the bathrooms, some dishwasher and laundry tabs, dish soap and a few roll toilet paper and paper towels. There were plenty of bathroom towels and beach towels. You do not need to bring your own.
Outside was amazingly clean as well. The pool is well maintained and was wonderful. In the screened in porch area there is a table that seats six. Also, some wicker furniture that included two chairs and a love seat. This area also had shade and a fan for those hot days. Finally, there is a small bar area with two pub height chairs. At that area is a sliding window that you can pass food or drinks through.
The dock has two chairs and a small table, just as pictured. Very peaceful at night. We brought bug spray and candles and were surprised we did not have any problems with mosquitoes. We rented two kayaks and two paddle boards and were able to launch them from the dock.
Inside the kitchen is stocked with dishes, hand towels, crock pot etc, our group of five had all that we needed. Just need your groceries. The three bedrooms have very comfortable beds and bedding which we were grateful for after long days in the sun. The bathrooms are generous in size, updated and again, extremely clean. Again, plenty of towels. The washing machine is large, the dryer works very well.
Plenty of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. We did not have a single restaurant we did not enjoy.
Gina was an incredible host. Very responsive to questions and emails. We had an issue with the crock pot not working. One was delivered to the house within 24 hours via Amazon. Gina really cared about the guest experience.
We came for the beach and never wanted to leave the house. The pool, the outside furniture, the comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. Why would we leave? When we did go to the beach it was a straight shot 10 minute walk. A beach wagon is there to carry all your needs to the beach.
We throughly enjoyed everything. Highly recommended.

Convenient location to beach and restaurants
Great location. It had everything our family of 6 needed to have a great Christmas and New Year. The home is stylishly furnished , equipped, and super clean. Gina was a great communicator. She shared all the needed information prior to our arrival and was quick to respond to inquiries during our stay. We can't wait for our next visit to Marco. The home is a short 10min walk to the public beach access and many restaurants. My only suggestion is that a fat tire beach trolley/wagon and a few more back pack beach chairs are needed for families.
