I offer contact-free check-in, 24/7 virtual support which limits in-person interaction, and professional cleanings in which ALL the linens are cleaned. ★ 4 Beds: 4 queen beds ★ 2 Bathrooms: master bathroom & a hallway bathroom ★ Kitchen: stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with essential cookware, dishes & glassware ★ Living Room: comfy sofas along with a flat-screen TV ★ Dining Area: 4 barstools at the breakfast bar and 2 barstools at the island Amenities: ★ Washer & Dryer in Unit ★ High-Speed WIFI ★ Onsite Management ★ Coded locks on the unit doors ★ Dog-Friendly - park in the back of the building ★ ALL linens laundered between guests ★ EARLY CHECK-IN AND/OR LATE CHECK-OUT: Please inquire about your options when booking ★ PETS: No cats allowed. Dogs must be specifically requested ahead of time and be approved before booking. Please clean up after your pet in the unit and the building, if not, you will be charged accordingly. No pets are allowed on furniture, especially sofas and beds. Excessive barking will result in your reservation being canceled with no refund. - Short Term Guests: $75 per pet - Long Term Guests (guests over 28 nights): $150 per pet cleaning fee - Membership dog park in the back of the building: $75 for the year 2023 ★ HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES: Short-Term Stays: Housekeeping service is not provided during your stay; extra cleanings are available for a fee. For stays over 3 weeks, a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed. Long-Term Stays (over 20 nights): $400 cleaning fee and a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed. ★ PARKING: PARKING OPTIONS AVAILABLE - please inquire for details before booking STREET PARKING - Metered street parking is available at the rate of $2/hr - 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Mon-Sat, and FREE all other times and on Sundays - Highly recommend using the ParkMobile parking app to pay the parking meters remotely - Payment at the meter and meter stations is also available via coin/card RECOMMENDED & CLOSEST PARKING LOT - 1 walking block from the building: - 1400 Washington Ave - Corner of 14th St & Washington Ave - $25-$40/day (rates vary) - Pay with a debit/credit card onsite STL DOWNTOWN LINK - FREE - On-demand 5 passenger electric shuttle service for downtown STL - Service: Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-2 p.m. & 3 p.m.-8 p.m - St. Louis City has a network of Metrolink buses and light rail, and rentable Byrd and Lime scooters for getting around the city. Uber and Lyft rideshares are readily available via the Uber and Lyft apps. MONTHLY PARKING - Garage parking starting @ $150/mo

If you go out on the town make sure to grab some street food down on the corner when you get back to the loft. Their cheeseburgers are amazing and they cook til 3am!

It is right next to the city museum and really convenient. A couple restaurants within a block or so that were good. We Felt safe but on guard in the neighborhood. Parking was easy and always available on the street (during the week - and free at night)

Beautiful layout for 6 women attending a conference. Agree with other reviews regarding very loud traffic-vehicles and people. Additionally, hallways had a strong incense smell that would seep through to the first bedroom. The beds were comfortable, the entire place was super clean and the shower had excellent pressure and heat. The property manager responded quickly to all my questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Paid a ridiculous parking fee per day for parking that wasn’t mentioned in the ad. People begging for money up and down the sidewalk. Luckily there was police present at the corner most of the time. Car engines racing and sirens all times of night during the weekend

There were 8 ladies and this property accommodated us nicely. It was a 15-20 min walk to the stadium. Some good restaurants close by as well. Property very clean, secure and well managed. I would stay there again.

I loved how close it was to everything we needed for our stay. The convention center and The Dome, grocer stories, DELICIOUS restaurants all in walking distance. I'm not a night life type of person so it didn't appeal to me -- but there was definitely some night life happening well into the night outside the location. If you're a light sleeper that will be challenge for you, but otherwise great! The host was very responsive with communication and follow-through.

Pros: 15- 20 minute walk to Busch Stadium; easy access to freeways; easy communication with owner/manager; 10 minute electric scooter ride to the Arches; washer and dryer in unit; good Wi-fi. Cons: parking--plan to pay $20 a day to park in the closest lot that is a block away; you can park on the street for free in the evening but the road the apartment is located on is closed Friday-Sunday from 6pm to 6am; the road noise is very load on the nights the road is not closed

We loved this place! The hip downtown vibe of the loft itself was a fun change from our surbaban house. While downtown is a bit desolate right now (a victim of Covid, I suspect), the location is super convenient to the City Museum, Arch, Busch stadium, and the highway to head to other areas of the city. We had a blast!
