Celebrated Christmas with family while staying here. Plenty of space and the house has all the amenities you could need. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space to relax inside or outside. Being that it is end of December, the pool was chilly, but that didn’t stop the kids. The house is tucked back in a neighborhood on a quiet street. 5 minute drive to both grocery and liquor store, very convenient. We will definitely be staying again if we are back in the area.

This place was perfect for our family. It had more than enough space and I said a few times that "it's a good thing our own home isn't this big because I would lose my things all the time". But we wanted a place that our family could spread out and this place provided that. Our kids loved being able to jump into the pool. That was the biggest hit of the trip. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. I wish I would have known the correct cost of the toll to go to the beach since the drive around the toll booth was a little inconvenient. We would definitely stay again!

This home was perfect! The location, floor plan, pool, amenities, and communication were better than expected. Having an exterior door to a restroom was very convenient. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

This home worked great for our annual Florida vacation!! Lots of room for everyone to sleep. The kids loved the canal and the pool. We spent one whole day just at the house swimming and relaxing. It's about a 40 minute drive to go St Augustine and Daytona.

The house was amazing, had plenty of room for everyone. The pool was refreshing. It was nice to have the boat lift to keep out boat at during our stay. We will be back again!

Our family had a wonderful week at this beautiful home! We had 10, which included 2 babies. Were happy to have use of pack n play and high chair. Lots of room to stretch out and enjoyed the pool and dock for fishing. A 15 minute drive to the beach at Marineland. Beds were super comfy. Overall great experience.

We had the most lovely stay at Palm Villa with our adult children and 2 yr old grandtwins. The home was absolutely beautiful and equipped with everything we needed for our week’s stay. Somedays we just stayed at home and enjoyed the pool all day. My husband had a great time fishing off the back canal. The home is centrally located between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach, and we also enjoyed our excursions there as well. The beds were super comfortable and it was nice that every couple had their own bathroom. I would highly recommend Palm Villa for anyone staying in Palm Coast.

The house and property is plenty spacious and roomy, but it needs some TLC. All the Door trim has been scratched up pretty bad by dogs.Several outlets didn't work. Several lights wouldn't work. Lanai lights and fan didn't work. Pool light didn't work. Only one extra floor fan and it DIDN'T work. Could really use better quality pots and pans and an automatic drip coffee maker.

My sisters and I decided to celebrate our amazing daughters and nieces. We are so proud of each and everyone of them. We were a group of eight. Had such a wonderful wonderful time. The property was gorgeous. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The host could not have been more accommodating. Loved every minute! Although my guess flew in from all over the place, I live in Palm Coast and arrived by Boat. We had perfect accommodations and went out boating every day. What a memorable time. Thank you to our hosts who Who helped make this an exceptional reunion.

This property was incredible with great waterfront views. The house was super clean, PLENTY of room, kitchen very well stocked as well as the coffee bar. The communication with the property owner Richard was great with very clear instructions as well as an instructional video on how to operate the stove. The pool and hot tub were perfect as well. Additionally, the boat lift was great and easy to operate for getting our boat in and out the water. This was one of the best houses we have rented thus far…we will definitely be coming back. Thank you again Richard for opening up your lovely home to us for the week.

This house is exactly as pictured. We had a group of 10 adults and there was plenty of room. We had 5 Jeeps and there was ample parking. I had the need to communicate with the owner and the response was almost immediate. If you have a large group this is a great home for your vacation.

My husband and I rented this house for a month so kids and grandkids could visit and enjoy the canal, swimming, area beaches and all St Augustine and the Palm Coast offers. It was a delightful month. We enjoyed the kayaks, pool and hot tub and the dolphin who visited the canal almost every eve. Rich was super responsive and very prompt in addressing any concerns. The house had plenty of room and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

This was our 4th annual sibling vacation and decided to try VRBO. Palm Villa was perfect for all of us with plenty of room. Grocery stores close by and restaurants. We loved boating around the canals. I will say if you don't like 1 ply toilet paper bring your own.
We only had 1 problem...Hurricane Ian decided to visit during our stay! Oh well, we still had a great time at this beautiful house.

We had a wonderful time staying at this house for our short vacation! The property owners were very communicative and kind. The house itself is incredible, stocked with anything and everything your could possibly need, and then some. The only critique I have is that the floors were not cleaned well, as they would leave your bare feet black and the toilet paper is the thinnest I’ve ever seen in my life, lol. Both things can be overcome by just bringing house shoes for walking around the house, and maybe bring your own toilet paper! ☺️ Overall, I would highly recommend!!!

The property was everything we expected. We enjoyed the house which was well equipped, the pool and the dock on the canal. We caught some fish which was fun! Met a Linda, a nice lady who gave us a pineapple plant to take home. Would definitely recommend.

Hidden Gem in Paradise
This was our first trip to Palm Coast and it will NOT be our last! As a FL resident, I had never been to Palm Coast….wow have we been missing out! The property we rented was phenomenal! Everything was perfect from our arrival to our departure. The owners (Richard and Diane) we’re VERY easy to work with….Richard advised us of an issue with the pool due to some descent storms that had rolled through, and had it fixed the very next day after we arrived!
The house is set up in a PERFECT location….everything about Palm Coast and this property is nothing short of amazing. The only bad….we hadn’t found this place before and we don’t own it! Having traveled to 56 countries and 22 states over my life time, this spot was everything we needed…..open space, great location, perfect hosts, and a chance to recharge before going back to the grind of paying the man!

I can’t say enough about our stay! Vacationed for the 1st time in Florida with family and friends. I’m always scared booking online and pulling up to a home…. But wow! Absolutely beautiful home and beautiful views! The pool, hot tub and backyard were perfect! This post is correct! All you need is your clothes! Family Getaway
This is an awesome vacation home! My 3 sisters and I spent a very relaxing week at Palm Villa with my 16-year-old grandson and his friend. It’s as beautiful and spacious as the photos. The boys had a blast on the kayaks and fishing! We enjoyed the pool and spa and watched the sunrise on the dock.

Location of the house, location of the house on the water, look and style of the home, big open kitchen, and huge master bedroom, plenty of space for everything. We never wanted to leave the house. We brought out 26’ boat and used the lift. Went out fishing every morning and then a sunset cruise every evening. Saw dolphins every day. We loved this place so much that we were looking for availability for other holidays this year. Unfortunately they were all booked. We will be back as soon as we can get a holiday stay in. Rich and Daina were great, easy to communicate with and incredibly friendly. We loved this house!

Overall the property was beautiful. Needs a little love outside but inside was nicely done. Of course we wish that the pool and spa was heated, but we were aware of it prior. If you have a big Family this is the house for you. Thanks Richard & Daina

We watched dolphins swim by a few times it was just so magical while we sat in the hot tub or swam in the pool. House is minutes away from the beaches as well. A beautiful oasis
One of the most serene and gorgeous places I have ever stayed at with VRBO. Spent amazing time with family and friends. The sunsets were absolutely stunning as well as the house. With only one good cleaning during the week, a lot of bugs were at the bottom of the pool and even with the skimmer we couldn’t get them off the bottom. The boat dock was nice and we enjoyed being able to dock our boat there. We definitely can’t complain about anything pertaining to the house as it exceeded our expectations. Communication with owners was easy and they were always friendly and accommodating. We hope to come back again!
