Situated in Sussex Inlet, this charming house for £246 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The house is a modern & comfortable home suitable for 2 or 3 families ready to make your holiday memories. It's a great place to Rest, Unwind & Relax. Free WiFi & Netflix. All linen included. Located right on the Sussex Inlet canals with your own private jetty. Situated in the heart of this lovely little town. Fantastic location close to local shops, cinema, Golf Course, RSL, Bowling Club and cafes. just a 30 minute drive to Ulladulla, Huskisson and the famous Hyams Beach. Our property includes a separate teenage retreat which has a bunk bed, sofa bed, TV, & PS3 with games for guest use. There are 2 living areas, the upstairs living area has a sofa bed. The upstairs living area is attached to the bedroom with 2 triple bunks which is attached to a bathroom. There is a bookshelf with a wide variety of books and magazines for guests to read during their stay. We have kayaks at the property for guest use. There's an outdoor table for outdoor dining, please note: the outdoor umbrella is unavailable for guest use. A fire pit, private jetty and enclosed screen outdoor area which can be opened up if required. There is a BBQ available for use as well as several kitchen appliances including a blender, mix master and slow cooker. The kitchen also has 2 fridge/freezers so there's plenty of space for food. The garage is locked and not usable for guests so boats must be launched up the road at the public slipway but can be tied up at the private jetty at the property. PLEASE NOTE: There could be a caravan and boat parked out the front which limits off street parking. If they are both onsite during your stay there is still 1-2 off street car spaces depending on vehicle size. We can advise if these will be on the property during your chosen dates.

Excellent home for multi-families to meet and chill out. Lots of room for both adults and children to gather or have quiet time. Main lounge couches and outdoor couch were a favourite spot. Jetty and kayaks were so convenient out the back to watch for wildlife or go for a paddle. Easy to walk to town for great kids park, shops to browse and local brewery.

The house itself is big and great for a big family! It backs onto the lake and is a nice place to relax. We found the cleanliness was not amazing and have informed the owner.

The owners have thought of everything. There's a manicure rear yard right on the water. Beautiful seating area with roller blinds ample seating with bbq, fire pit, kayaks life jackets. Fully fenced though it opens in three areas for easy water access to a great little (night lit) jetty. Yes we caught fish. Inside is a large lounge area with games, tv netflix, very comfy lounges. The bathrooms were nice and clean even supplied shampoo conditioner and body wash. I needed some info from the owner's who answered very promptly ever though they we not in the country. Local rsl is fab with a courtesy bus, local pizza shop awesome. My family and I will be back. We loved everything about this house. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Richard and Amy 🙂

This house was perfect for our family we had more then enough room for everyone to come together and enjoy each other’s company. Perfect for the kids to just throw a fishing line in or kayak I can’t recommend this property enough if you are after a relaxing time with family this is the place

Thanks for a fabulous long weekend, our family enjoyed every minute. The house is well equipped with jetty to fish off, canoes, fire pit and outdoors dining. There was plenty of room for the 11 of us. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Amy and Richard.

The whole family enjoyed it so much. Two living areas were great. Everyone loved fishing and canoeing. Bedrooms and Bathrooms were perfect for our large family. The kids all want to come back ASAP. We highly recommend this property.

Spacious, clean, relaxing, well-equipped, well-managed by generous hosts; loved being on the waterway and being able to enjoy the birdlife, the sunset, fishing off the jetty and the kayaks! Definitely one of our best getaways!

The property was amazing, I went with family where we have toddlers, teenagers and elders and the property have something for everyone like playstation, uno, tv and chest full of toys. clean and extra STAR for the backyard.

We all had a wonderful stay the kids loved the kyacks had so much fun. The area was great very peaceful. The house truly large enough for all of us. The only problem was bed downstairs not good for my husband and I but we are older so feel anything we're not used to. All in all loved it 🙂👍

Stayed here over the weekend and fit all 16 of us. Nice and spacious especially the 3.5 bathrooms. Super family friendly place and the kayaks and fishing were a highlight. Bit of an issue regarding the cleaning (perhaps the cleaners were having a bad day), but sorted it out with the host who was understanding and responsive.

Fantastic house with plenty of space for our family ( 8 adults + 5 kids and baby ) Next to the river is great for fishing and the use of property kayaks was so much fun. Property is clean and comfortable.

6 Children from 9 to 3 months, the older ones loved the fishing caught many fingerlings etc in little nets and traps. No real fish caught !! The little ones love the toy box ! Fire pit burnt a few marshmallows on a stick ! House clean and comfortable and lots of room for cars ! Worked out well .

It was great to spend some time with our friends in your spacious house. It was a bit annoying that the big umbrella was out of order as we spent most of the time outside. We loved using the kayaks. Also, the dishwasher wasn't working very well (the filter might need to be replaced) and there was not enough tea towel. Thank you! Lola

Thank you so much for the use of your property, Amy and Richard. My siblings and I, and out four families had such a wonderful long weekend celebrating an early Christmas. There were so many spaces in the house to break off and do our own thing, but then happily come together outside around the fire (it was a chilly December weekend, and the fire pit was most welcome!) or in the loungeroom for board games after the littlies had gone to bed. Four bathrooms is really generous for so many groups sharing the space, and the beds were all comfortable and we all slept well. The kitchen was lacking a few essentials for cooking, but the Spar in town was a short walk away, and the bbq helped us create a wonderful Christmas spread on Saturday night. Communication with Amy was excellent, and the whole weekend felt easy - just what we needed. Thank you so much again!

Enjoyed an early family Christmas by the water. Everything we needed was catered for within the home. Kids and adults enjoyed the waterways, catching the odd flathead from the bank. Our family will make this a regular getaway. 😊

This was a perfect choice for our extended family group of 16. The children and teens had space, the adults had space, and there was plenty of communal room. We had kayaks of our own as well as using the property's kayaks, and absolutely loved the on-water access. The owners were exceptionally helpful and communicated clearly at all stages. We loved our stay!

We've recently returned from a fantastic 1 week's stay. We were there for the last week of April and enjoyed every minute. We were made to feel extremely welcome by the hosts, Amy & Richard. Amy compiled an information booklet which is very useful and informative. The hose is large with lots of room for everyone and it has everything you need for a great holiday. The Sussex Inlet village is so charming and just a 10 min stroll away with lovely restaurants and shops.

Sussex Inlet is such a peaceful location and this house takes full advantage of the beautiful waterways & scenery on offer locally. We had three families staying at this waterfront home & there was so much room for everyone to spread out and areas where we would all come together. It was perfect for our long weekend with all amenities close by. The jetty was convenient to tie up the boat & the fire pit was the perfect spot to watch the sun go down. Highly recommend!

My family had a lovely time. We caught some fish which was very exciting and the kayaks was super fun. We will definitely book again and recommend to others. The only issue we had was cleanliness with one bed but other than that we had a fantastic time.
