Huge 4 Bedroom, Beach Block Condo with Pool and 3 Parking Spaces
About this apartment rental
Now renting for a 2 night minimum in the off season and weekly only rentals starting July 6th 2024 (Saturday to Saturday). We rent to families, and groups of adults over 25 years old only (we do not allow pets please). We are a small condo association and cannot rent to groups under 25 years old. We consider our condo a home and our family uses it as well, so its very important to us that its taken care of***Off season renters, here is your spot. 15 minutes to Cape May for all the great shops and restaurants. Wildwood also has many great restaurants open in the off season too!* Located on 25th Avenue and Surf this very large 4 bedroom 2 full bath top floor condo is all on one level. The balcony overlooks the heated pool of this popular complex (Pool opens Memorial day weekend and closes October 1st). Get to the beach and Morey's Pier without crossing any streets from this beach block location. We are located in the back of the complex so you are close to the action yet can retreat to the quiet of the condo off the main street. Sleeps up to 15 people and offers garage access for beach gear. We offer beach chairs, beach toys, and 2 adult bikes in the garage for you to use! The unit provides 3 parking spaces, (2 in the garage and 1 in the driveway). The fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. There is a Keurig and regular coffee maker in the unit. There is also a separate beverage refrigerator in the dining room area. 3 of the bedrooms have newly installed ceiling fans and there is a portable fan in the 4th bedroom. All bedrooms have new pillows and quilts. Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 double beds. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 4 has a set of bunk beds with a trundle, so that is 3 single beds in that room. There are also 2 cots and a pull out couch with a double bed. There is room for the whole family! Note***sheets and towels, and paper products are NOT provided. This is a top floor condo so there are stairs required to get to the unit.***

Every year we try to find someplace that everybody would enjoy with something for everyone to do. N. Wildwood was it and finding a condo with a pool was a huge plus. The condo was spacious enough for all 13 of us. Mr. Lombardo was very easy to work with and is very quick to respond.

The Condo was clean and beautiful! The access to the beach was easy and close (only half of a block). Make sure to bring toilet paper as there was none there upon arrival. The kitchen was very well stocked!! Great place! Would stay there again!

This condo had everything we needed for a fantastic beach weekend! Spacious, clean, functional, and close to the beach. The heated pool was a big plus in mid-June. Dominic did a great job with communication and we appreciate his willingness to have partial weeks available in early June! I would recommend his place to anyone!

This property was perfect! Very short walk to the board walk, which all the teens loved! It was clean, and nicely stocked of household items. It was perfect for our weekend get away!

Me and my friends stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. As soon as we walked in we were shocked by how big and spacious it was! Probably the cleanest place we’ve stayed in wildwood, communication with Dominick was TOP notch. Would recommend this to anyone to stay here!!!! Hopefully we will be back next year!!!!!

All we hoped for was to find a place to stay with a pool and close to the boardwalk. This condo delivered just that!!! A very short walk to the boardwalk and a pool right at the bottom of the stairs. There are two steep flights of stairs to get to the top floor, but the railing is sturdy! I always bring toilet paper and paper towels to wherever we rent just because you never know what will be there. This trip it was needed so I was happy I brought it.. The next renters got the leftovers. We did need to buy laundry detergent because the towels were getting a bit funky, which we also left for the next group! The condo was exactly what we needed and I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

We stayed at Dominick’s place from 8/6-8/13. We have an amazing time. The house is clean, spacious, and in the perfect location. There were just the right amount of amenities and Dominick made check in a breeze. I will he staying there again next year and I highly recommend this house and host. Thanks for everything Dominick!

Great location
Close to beach and boardwalk. Ample parking for 3 cars. Good size for a family. We’ll appointed kitchen. Cooked numerous meals without a problem.

GREAT HOUSE; NOSEY NEIGHBORS
The location of this house was excellent! Just a block from the boardwalk but back enough where you don't hear the crowds. The house was large enough to accommodate my family and we really liked the layout. The house did not have any toilet paper or paper towels so upon arriving we had to immediately find a store to purchase these paper products which was a little frustrating. My only MAJOR complaint would be the nosey and rude neighbors that made it clear multiple times they were the 'president' and 'vice president' of the association. We were constantly harassed while swimming and one rudely asked my 13-year-old if he could read since he threw a ball in the courtyard without seeing the posted sign that playing ball was not allowed. Landlord was easily accessible through the app. Stay was good but won't be returning due to rude neighbors in complex.

Family Friendly!!!!
We gave our children a family vacation as their Christmas Gift this year. We stayed the week of July 4rth and everyone had a great time. Adult children, teenagers and my grandkids.... there was something for everyone! Property was well kept, great kitchen, spacious living quarters and a secure building. Can't wait to go back!

Very nice and spacious. We had a good time (all 12 of us). Because we had a larger vehicle, parking was difficult. We were not expecting to share the space pictured with the guests in #100.

The property was in fantastic condition. Dominick was a great host with all the info we needed to ensure the house was taken care of on our end as well. This location was perfect for my children to enjoy the board walk and beach also. Looking forward to revisiting!

Great place for a mixed group
Kids and adults - in WW for cheer comp. in winter, but place would be great for summer too; large lounging area/living room, two full baths (one inside the King bedroom), and room to spread out; all as described. Host was great to communicate with and all was as promised!

We needed less expensive lodging for a group of 7 than the hotel at which my cousin was getting married in Stone Harbor, so VRBO seemed like a good idea. Glad we went with this unit, as while our group declined in size b/c of COVID, it could have easily accommodated our original group (and more if we had needed). Location is right off the boardwalk at the Surfside Pier amusement park, which seems like it would have been a killer spot in the summer. Beds were reasonably comfortable, there is a Foosball table, and a 75" (I think) TV. We really just needed warm shelter to sleep for 2 nights, but this place exceeded our expectations.

Alot of stairs
I don't believe there was an elevator. Visitors need to be able to do stairs often . It is two flights to the door of the condo. This was fine for us, but for someone elderly or with possibly something such as a heart condition, it would not be a good idea. Everything else was great. Very, very roomy for one floor of a building.

Boardwalk and beach is steps away. Everything we needed was walking distance. Home was very spacious for 6 adults and 3 little ones. Very clean and well laid out. Pool was fun too...highly recommend...
