Nestled in North Myrtle Beach, this charming house for £257 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Both the upstairs unit and downstairs unit are available separately (different listings) from January to April and from Labor Day to December each year. Starting in April and running through Labor Day, the house is restricted to an entire house rental only. The VRBO listing for the downstairs unit is 1016238 and the upstairs unit is 1288096.(only available January - April, Labor Day to the end of December). Why would you want to stay in a crowded high rise condo building and wait for elevators... luggage carts....etc. Plus, most of the time you have to park in a garage across the street... drag your family and belongings all over just to get to your room? Resort fees? Who needs those? ;). The high speed internet (100 down, 10 up) is included and not shared with 500 other people. Perfect for a quick get away, a relaxing beach vacation, or working remote during the crazy times of COVID-19. Time for a change of scenery! Holly's Haven is a classic beach cottage that is located in the Crescent Beach Section of North Myrtle Beach. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, two bedrooms and a bath downstairs, and a private bathroom with shower adjacent to the backyard and pool area. Each floor has its own entrance and is separate - so its PERFECT for families that want their own space and privacy. Each floor has its own private fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room. Televisions with cable in every room. Also perfect for friends that want to have their own space but want to vacation together. Full laundry facility adjacent to the pool area as well. BIKE WEEK FRIENDLY & BIKER FRIENDLY! Holly's Haven offers on site parking (right in the driveway). No parking garages here... park up front, walk right to the house. A private entry staircase is to the left of the house. Have a motorcycle that needs a cover? We have a covered car port area as well for your use! Enjoy your next beach vacation in fun, family friendly North Myrtle Beach. We are in the Crescent Beach section which is extremely family friendly and not crowded! We're where people in Cherry Grove come for vacation! Holly's Haven is a tastefully decorated rental with a vintage beach cottage vibe and private, on-site parking. The Haven promises to take you back to your favorite beach vacations as a child but with all of the modern conveniences you enjoy at home. Linens and bath towels are provided for your stay. The house was great! Everything functioned as should. The property was clean and easily accessible. The outdoor shower was a huge plus when coming back from the beach. There is a view of the ocean from the house and a short walk directly to the beach.

We had a wonderful time at Neal’s property! Perfect spot to walk to the beach, easy to drive gear down beforehand or pull a wagon. Pool/hot tub well maintained with clear instructions for use. Did not go too crazy cooking but had all of our needs for light cooking. Smart TVs, streaming apps logged in, with great internet is a big plus. If you want quiet and relaxing, stay here. Would have no problem with older kids running around the neighborhood on their own, day or night.

This was the first week long vacation I’ve been able to take in years due to my work schedule, & I’m so glad we picked Hollys Haven! The house was clean, communication with the owner was easy & quick, and it had everything I wanted in a vacation spot! I did this vacation for my mother, her children, & grandchildren. This made this split home perfect! The owner let us know we were able to check in early, which was a plus! The children enjoyed the pool, my husband enjoyed the hot tub, & I adored the top porch as the sun was rising & setting over the ocean! My husband & my anniversary was our first day there & we took Neals recommendation of Molly Darcy’s. The atmosphere, food, & service was impeccable! We rented an umbrella & chairs on the beach and indulged in some tasty drinks from the tiki bar! This home was in the perfect location! Walking distance to several things around, & only minutes from the fun! We plan to return for as long as we’re allowed!

This was a perfect place for two different families staying together. We came with my husbands parents and they stayed in the lower level and we stayed in the upstairs. The walk to the beach was so close and didn’t have to cross any busy streets and the traffic is so light but also people friendly and cars will stop to let you walk across the street. Neal listed a restaurant and ice cream place that we could go to that was walking distance and we enjoyed both Molly Darcy’s outside on the patio with the ocean view and Mr. Gs ice cream was unique and fun for the whole family! It was great to have the pool and hot tub because when it was a little chilly the kids went back and forth. The upstairs had a little fishy smell but otherwise the place had a cabin feel to it and we had a great time! Everyone is friendly. Neal let us know that we could check in a little early because cleaning was done early and we really appreciated that!!

The location of this property was just minutes from the beach. Instruction for check in was easy and quick. Very quiet and secure. Super clean. If you have a choice, stay in upstairs unit. The appliances are a little more updated with more comfortable furniture. Overall, we had a great time.

We rented this for my family getaway for Thanksgiving. The furniture was so dirty and sunflower seeds under the mattress we did not stay here. We ended up having to rent another property and still had to pay for this one.

This home was absolutely perfect! From start to finish I have absolutely zero complaints. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and extremely polite. My family and I stayed here for my birthday weekend 10 adults and 3 children, with the youngest being 3 and the oldest being 79 and everyone from the oldest to the youngest totally enjoyed this home. Plenty of room, clean, and even had games for the children to play. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very easy access to the beach with a nice ocean view even from 2 blocks away. Literally it was our home away from home for the weekend! When we come back to Myrtle Beach, this will certainly be our very first choice! Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!

We rented both the upstairs and downstairs and it worked out great! We had 3 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of space for more! The pool and fenced in back area is very nice and convenient. There are multiple stores located near by and Molly's Irish pub just down the block!. Beach is very close. Neighbors were very friendly as well... We will definitely be coming back!

This vacation stay was nothing short of amazing. Neal did an excellent job laying everything out for me. Communication was very open and extremely pleasant. The property is so nice and spacious. I came prepared with everything but things were there for use as well. Amenities were included and everything in its rightful place. Parking was plentiful. The area is nice. Right near the ocean. Right in the heart of everything that you could need. No issues whatsoever with anything during my stay. Highly recommended and I will definitely be revisiting again. So many compliments from my family and friends that were visiting from surrounding states. If you are ever in the area, I definitely recommend this place for your next getaway. You will not regret it!

We had a great time and Neal was an outstanding owner. The property was perfect! A very short walk and you can be at the beach, bar or convenient store. Everything was clean, check in and out was very simple. 5 out of 5. Would recommend.

The place is set up as two totally separate living spaces. It was nice to have our own kitchen and space, but it would have been nice to have a way to get from one to the other without having to go outside. The cleanliness was not what we hoped for, especially during a pandemic, but it wasn’t awful.
