The Neighborhood: Indianapolis, often shortened to Indy, is the state capital and most populous city of the U.S. state of Indiana and the seat of Marion County. Downtown living offers a mix of residential options: charming, historic neighborhoods with brick-paved streets and classic architecture as well as luxury condominiums, urban lofts and modern apartments. Getting Around: On nice days and evenings I prefer the easy 10-15 minute walk to the heart of the neighborhood. During inclement weather or if you just don’t feel like walking everything in the neighborhood or downtown Indianapolis is generally a $5-$8 Uber or Lyft ride. Other Things to Note: Security camera/recording device — Hallway in common area outside apartment; camera is turned on 24/7 (no audio) and records people coming in/out of the listing No smoking No pets No parties or events Late check out fee is at $50/hour There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors No weapons or firearms allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am each day.
