Located on the 2nd floor, unit #226 offers a shared balcony that overlooks the pool with a partial yet enjoyable view of the Gulf of Mexico. Location: Clearwater Beach - White sand, crystal clear waters, and endless sunshine. A paradise for beach lovers. Pelican Pointe is centrally located in the heart of Clearwater Beach, right across the street from one of the top-rated beaches in America. It is conveniently positioned within a short walking distance from various restaurants, exciting nightlife options, and an array of enjoyable activities that makes Clearwater Beach an incredible destination. Accommodations: Our double suite is the largest and most impressive room we offer. It's designed to accommodate up to six guests and offers two full size beds. With a spacious living area of 380 square feet, you'll have plenty of room to relax. A private bathroom is fully stocked with towels and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, the room includes a well equipped kitchenette and a flat screen TV for your entertainment needs. The separate living area has a full size sleeper futon and a dining area. If you want to enjoy some fresh air, you can step out onto the shared balcony, which has seating for two. To ensure your stay is worry-free, our dedicated on-site staff provides daily housekeeping service so that you can sit back and relax! Good To Know: - As of March 1, 2024, ongoing building repairs are underway. Please note that construction noise may occur Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. - Check in time is at 3 PM. Checkout time is at 11 AM. - Parking is limited to one spot per room. Parking pass provided at check in. - Daily housekeeping provided. - No pets allowed. - There are no refunds for early departure or late arrival. - Pool hours are 8 AM - 10 PM. - Office hours are 8 AM - 11 PM. - Afterhours security. - On-site laundry room. - Minimum age to book and check in is 21. No exceptions. - All units are non-smoking. There is a designated smoking area in breezeway. - Kitchenette does not offer cooking facilities. - There is ongoing construction at nearby hotels. While this does not affect our property or amenities, you may experience construction noise during your stay.

We have stayed at this location several time. Your unit is amazing. Sufficient room to hold 4 adult plus room to Move around. We really enjoyed the table in the balcony and around the pool area.

Great Location

Our stay at the Pelican was great. Everything was in walking distance. Access to the beach was a short 2 minute walk. Our flight was delayed. When we landed, the management had left me a message and texted me with information on how to get our room key. The process was very easy. Heidi and all of the management were very friendly. We would definitely stay again. Perfect size room for our family of 5.
