Nestled in Cattaraugus, this lovely condo for £62 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Renovated ski-in/out condo located between SnowPine (day) & Sunrise (day & night) @ Holiday Valley. 1 private & 1 loft bedroom. Kitchen has new stainless appliances & is well appointed. Living room has 55” Roku TV, gas fireplace & sliding door to covered patio. Easy keyless entry. Parking (2 cars during winter weekends/holidays), WiFi, A/C, cable TV & in-unit laundry included. Conveniently located minutes from town. Beautiful views overlooking the ski hill & golf course. The condo is located at SnowPine Village which surrounds the SnowPine lift at Holiday Valley. This lift is a day lift and can be weather dependent. Its normal hours of operation are from the opening of the resort (8:30am weekends, 9am weekdays) to about 4pm during the ski season. If you are looking for some night skiing you can easily get to the Sunrise lift which is a day and night lift by walking to the end of the development and walking about 30 yards past the outdoor pull up bars about 30 yards to the tree line. You should be able to see blue lift through the trees. It's no more than 1 minute to SnowPine and a 5 minute walk to Sunrise. To get back to the condo you can take the Last Chance or Catwalk trails which are lit at night. It's recommended you look at a map of the resort to get familiar with these lifts and trails before you arrive.

Very nice condo perfectly situated to view the emerging fall colors. The condo was comfortable and clean. Nice patio balcony to enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks. Communication with the host was excellent.

My daughter, daughter-in -law, and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. My daughter-in-law lives in Ohio and we are from Northern NY. They both attended SBU, and we wanted to visit the campus. What a great time we had. We lived sitting on the deck. The place was awesome. We really needed nothing, but ourselves. It was only 5 minutes into EVL. Speaking of Ellicottville, it was so fun. We had dinner at The Gin Mill and Ellicottville Brewery. We enjoyed both. The brewery is an experience all on its own. Josh, the host, answered any question we had.

Booking and check-in was quite seamless and easy. All digital, all timely. Check-out even easier. The property is located at the end of the Snow Pine Village, right on the peripheral of Holiday Valley. While not super close to the SnowPine lift, there is access to the Catwalk trail (just outside the door) which runs right down to the base of the lift. Very convenient for getting those fresh tracks! Overall, the property was nice, but for the price I would definitely NOT rent again. Here's the plusses and minuses as I see them after just spending the weekend there with my wife and daughter: (+) Location is great. If you're skiing, you can be on a lift in 2 min or less (assuming there is snow and Catwalk is open) (+) Property has been updated and done so tastefully - modern and clean just like in the pictures. (-) Property needs someone to come in and fix things up a bit as it's now showing wear from renting (e.g., I had to fix the shower head as water was spraying all over the place as shower head wasn't tightened down, faucet in kitchen is broken) (-) This place is SMALL - nice for a couple, or a couple and a child, but there is really no private space other than in the one bedroom. It looks much larger in the pictures, but in reality, it's quite small (think tiny house - probably 600ish sq ft) (-) The spiral staircase is TINY. Small to the point that we couldn't even carry suitcases up it - we ended up handing it up to someone at the top. Fun for kids, but not super practical for anyone else. (-) If you plan on cooking anything more than toast, look elsewhere. There are VERY few pots and pans, and the range is really bad - the cook top was either very hot, or pretty much not on (near impossible to make a simple pasta dinner for my family) (-) Absolutely ZERO in the cupboards - no sugar for coffee, no basic spices - not even salt and pepper!!! (-) There was no opener for a wine bottle! We brought a nice bottle to have with dinner, but there was no way to open :( With a little bit of thought, and a price adjustment, this could be a great rental for the right couple/small family - but as it is now, it's overpriced for the value.

My family and I enjoy ourselves! We did snowboarding, tubing and the Mountain Ski Coaster! The Holiday winter facility is great, there are so many different things to do. Joe, the property manager was always helpful with information whenever we contacted him!

We loved staying here to get away from work and daily life. There was only one other person we saw in the building during our whole stay. Bonus was a snowstorm that hit, so we got to take our son sledding on the hill next to the condo! Thank you so much!

Wonderful remodeled unit just like photographs. Super easy check in process & host was fantastic about responding when I did have questions. Close to downtown Ellicottville restaurants & shops. My husband & I came for our daughter’s white coat ceremony which was being held at St. Bonaventure University. Highly recommend this unit & host.

We loved the Condo, it was convenient to everything Ellicottville has to offer. The condo is very clean with nice furnishings and linens. For us it was very quiet and comfortable as it was off season. I do feel that the condo was perfect for two adults or two adults with several small children. I reason I said this as having only one bath would be different for 6 adults. We did have a lovely time there and enjoyed the condo very much.

If you don’t like living out of your suitcase, there’s no dresser in main bedroom to unpack. So that was a bummer for 4 night stay. Maybe add some open shelving in the closet? Unless you’re under 5’ tall the loft area is useless. (But we have young kids so it was great for them). Dishwasher had rotting food inside of it stinking up the place when we arrived. So the first thing we did was clean out the drain and run the dishwasher to get it clean. The water taste like water out of a hose. So bring some purified water with you for drinking or making coffee and tea. There’s a large round kitchen table in the small kitchen right when you walk into the condo. It would be nice if there’s a smaller rectangle so it’s easier to move around. Better have 4 wheel. We got a snow squall that dumped 3” while at dinner and it was tough to get back up the hill with our Pacifica. Ski in/out is wonderful. But you need to be able to ski at a moderate level. My wife and 1 child were scared to death skiing back to our place. They actually walked back from the bunny hill area. If you know what you’re doing, it’s great!

We had a really nice time! The property was clean and had everything we needed. Excellent place for us to enjoy family time. A very short drive to Holiday Valley. Unfortunately, the slope next to the townhouse was not open but that was do to lack of snow and couldn’t be helped. We were still in super close proximity to the resort. My husband and I wanted to spend a few days in Ellicottville to explore the town, Amish Trail and the casino. I can see where the condo would be perfect for skiers due to location. Communication with the owner was very good. The place is very pretty but is set up for rental purposes with no fluff and the bathroom definitely showed signs of wear. So in short I would not rent it again because it lacked the personal touches I am used to from a VRBO and we are not skiers.

The rental was perfect for a weekend. We had 3 women and we each got our own bed. It was maybe a 4 minute drive to the village. We made breakfast in the full kitchen and ate the rest of our meals in town. Nice quiet view off the balcony. Would definitely stay again!
