This convenient ground level home is located in the rear of a quaint 5-unit bayfront building. Features include 1br + 1ba, sleeps 4, 1 driveway parking, 2 mounted SMART TVs with cable, A/C, vinyl wood flooring, quartz counters, stainless appliances & designer beachy aesthetic. *Important Notes: This unit does not have a patio, bay views or a bbq. INTERIOR HIGHLIGHTS Newly remodeled & professionally designed, these upscale units include all new furniture, furnishings, décor, flooring, paint, kitchens & bath's. The space opens to a combined main living area with a view out to the water, SMART Samsung TV (with full cable), plush Queen sofa bed, dining nook with seating for 2, new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, white quartz counters, & gray vinyl flooring. The bedroom includes a plush Queen bed with SMART TV, wardrobe closet, & ensuite bath (surround shower). POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES • GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30. • OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight. • NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed. • COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. Perfect for two people, great safe location, steps from bay and three minute walk to beach.

I will start with the positives first. The place is very close to Bay and close walking distance to places to eat, coffee etc. It’s decorated very cute, and everything (furniture, dishes, etc) was clean. The communication was pretty good with the company. We enjoyed our stay, and it was nice having a clean kitchen to make breakfast in the morning, and not have to go out for every meal.
The down sides-There were 4 of us and this place is not for 4 people. There was only one blanket Total for 4 adults and even after telling them that we only had one blanket no one brought us a blanket. There were only 2 coffee mugs, there were 4 towels total for 4 adults for 5 days. This place would be perfect for a couple. The other downside is there is no dresser so you will have to leave your stuff in your suitcase. There was a closet but it was filled with stuff from the owners so there was no where for us to put our stuff. Although it wasn’t dirty It is musty. It smelled very musty when we got there is got better opening the windows but our allergies got the best of us and we had to check out a day early. There were a group of girls staying above us and you can hear the people above you, so that was a problem when it was time to go to bed. I am writing this because if I would have read a review like this I would have picked a different unit from this company. They have a lot of other places to choose from so if you are a group of 3 or more you may want to look into a larger unit.

The only item I would add is some larger pans and some spices- at least salt and pepper.
Perhaps a small dresser for clothes - enjoyed our stay with added excitement of Super Moon and high tide!'

The place was cute, clean and walking distance to bay and beaches. Everything was great only downfall was no where to put your clothes as far as dresser or a table for suitcase just 1 big closet. Very clean and everything we needed was already there. Would highly recommend

Cute and clean property! We loved our stay with our 3 year old. The pull out bed was so comfortable, we hardly find this anymore! Located next to our favorite restaurants and a quick walk to the beach. AC worked wonderful and we were so grateful for it on the warmer days. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location but unit way too small. No where to put clothes, etc. Parking would be fine if everyone drove a small compact car instead of Expeditions and Land Cruisers which was the case while we weee there.

Nice little beach house
The place was much smaller than we anticipated but other than that, it all looked like it does in the photo representation. The property management company was very easy to work with and responsive. Check in and out was a breeze. The private-feeling beach access was also very nice since the main walk could be a bit crazy. I would highly recommend this place for a couple or very small group of three.

Celebrated our 50th anniversary on Mission Bay. This was the perfect place to fix breakfast and head out for the day. The unit was clean with a very comfortable bed. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The location is great for walking distance to several good beach bar type restaurants and for easy drive to the zoo, old town and the bay. There is parking for a small car which is a plus since parking would be very difficult without it.

Overall we enjoyed staying here and would likely stay again. We for sure would rent from this company again as they provided prompt answers to our questions and helped fix one item that was needing repair while on-site! Our young kids enjoyed our stay, too, and we all enjoyed the coziness of this place!

- Great location if you want to walk to bay side or ocean side. Close walk to Belmont Park, places to eat, and other areas. Very short drive to SeaWorld, downtown San Diego, and other locations.
- Quick service from property owners. We had some questions and they replied via email and/or text promptly.
- Detailed confirmation process and they provided several ideas for things to do in the area.
- TV setup in the house was nice (smart tv with cable)
- Provided parking spot was nice
- Some nice items supplied such as beach chairs, towels, Turkish towel/blankets, etc.
Cons:
- We were excited to stay close to the bay side which we heard was best for kids, but no one was swimming on that side. It was a little dirty and there were lots of boats on that side. So we spent most of our time on the ocean side, which was still great!
- Refrigerator wasn’t cooling our stuff down but a repair person came by to fix it promptly.
- There’s no water spicket/outdoor shower which would be nice to wash off sand from our shoes before entering the house.
- Parking spot was tight/small for our van, but we made it work!
- Not many extra items provided in the house, such as pens/paper, cards, games, ziploc baggies, batteries, etc. Some VRBOs have several items like this that make the place feel a little more like home, but it wasn’t a deal breaker!

It's a beautiful little place on the Bay. We always have a view, but were ok with this unit. Loved the way it was decorated. There does need to be a chester of drawers for underclothing. Maybe a tall thin one in the bedroom.

I had the most wonderful two weeks working from Mission Beach in this apartment. The apartment was newly designed and had great Wifi, a comfy bed, great beach supplies, and was within walking distance to great restaurants, coffee places, and best of all.. the beach! Will definitely be back.
