Overlook the surf and sand from this seventh-floor, two-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condo! Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A full-sized washer/dryer adds convenience. The entire home was repainted entirely and redecorated in 2021! There is a brand-new main bedroom and dining room furniture. All new artwork and accessories throughout add to the bright, relaxed coastal style. TVs and Blu-Ray players are in the bedrooms, and the latest Sony 4K 65-inch smart TV, also with Blu-Player, is in the living room. You'll have upgraded super fast Xfinity gigabit internet speed for streaming and gaming. The condo has marble bathrooms with a spa shower system in the main bathroom suite and a walk-in shower in the hall bathroom. A spacious beach locker outside near the lobby for beach chairs and umbrellas is available for your vacation. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. Sea Colony's oceanfront features five oceanfront pools, plus one indoor and three kiddie pools. The Beach Community also offers exercise facilities and a sauna. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory. There will be construction in a neighboring building from September 11, 2023 - mid-May 2024. There will be noise, but the vacation rental will be accessible at all times. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 7. Security camera details: Please be aware a security camera is located above the condo door. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Dover 705. I have to say the condo owners really do a great job at caring for their condo and I must say the bottle of wine was a touch of class (although we didn’t open one) we enjoyed how clean the condo was and all the lil notes that were left to use things around the condo. That was very helpful… I would def spend another vacation in this condo. Thank you for a wonderful week in your home.
