Upstairs, we have a big master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and 3 more bedrooms. 4 bedrooms + 2.5 baths, living room, TV room, full kitchen, and laundry. Details/Features: - Fully furnished home - 4 bedrooms + 2.5 bathrooms - Master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom - Main living area, living room, TV room, and full kitchen - 2 Gas fireplaces - In-home laundry washer and dryer - Fully furnished open kitchen and dining area - 2 Full baths (fresh towels, shampoo, and body wash included) - Huge flat-screen TV above the fireplace in the TV room - High-speed wireless internet + complimentary cable TV - Smoke and pet free, no smoking and pets permitted in the house Guests can access all the main house area except the garage and the master closet as they are used for storage. Guests also can access the backyard through TV room patio doors or fenced doors from outside. This is a long stay house of 30 days or more because of city bylaws and COVID 19 as we use a full week in between guests to do ultraviolet light sterilizing of rooms and though out cleaning and disinfecting. We can have it December Holiday decorated and ready for that special occasion. We can arrange for one of the bedrooms to be an office if needed. We can provide a discount for executive / corporate stay longer than a single month. If you have special requests let us know and we can see if it is possible for us to accommodate them. Any necessities that are missing or needed please let us know we will look after that as soon as possible. We want you to be comfortable and happy with your accommodation! There are a full-size washer and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron for your laundry needs some laundry detergent will be initially provided. Clean linens and towels, two hairdryers, a flat iron, shampoo and conditioner, gel soap, paper towels, cleaning products, and toilet paper are initially provided. We would like to make sure our place is clean during your stay so we hire professional cleaners to clean our house. Cleaning can be arranged while you are staying in the house for an additional cost. We have a sprinkler system and gardeners that take care of the lawn so, back yard access needed to be agreed on. No shoes in the house, please. We have indoor slippers or bring your own slipper. Otherwise, there may be a carpet cleaning fee up to CAD $500. Coffee and tea are supplied as an initial courtesy. A charge may apply if items or house is damaged. Note that inventory is done before and post-stay. This bright home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood of Port Coquitlam, this home is perfect for a big family and is minutes from Costco, Walmart, Save-On, Home Depot & Restaurants Take the time to explore the fun hiking trails around the area Centrally located near all levels of schools, parks, transit & easy access to major routes.
