Situated in Richmond, this charming house for £125 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The area is newly built homes, quiet, and secure. Quiet townhouse and 17 miles away from the heart of San Francisco. The house is close to the Richmond Ferry that takes you to San Francisco. There are lots of local amenities, new restaurants, a brewery, and Starbucks. The area is perfect for trips to San Francisco, sailing school, graduation for Berkeley students, Napa wine tasting, and visiting the Bay Area overall. From the Richmond Marina Ferry (Please check operation schedule) to San Francisco takes only 30 minutes. A faster alternative versus taking a bus to Bart station to SF. The property is three floors and will require going up and down stairs.

Comfortable and well appointed. Liked the place. The stairs were a bit of a surprise but doable.

Clean three bedroom with 3 1/2 bath and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Spacious bedrooms and living room with adjoining full-size kitchen and dining room. Laundry facilities downstairs. Very clean and would definitely recommend this to family and friends. The only very minor drawback is parking because you’ll need to find an open guess stall which, depending upon the time of day, might be challenging. We were always able to find a parking stall although sometimes we had to walk a bit to get back to the house. Be prepared to climb stairs because there are three levels with the two larger bedrooms on the top level, the kitchen, living room and dining room on the middle level, and one bedroom and the laundry room on the first level. But all in all, I was very pleased with the accommodations and would consider staying there again with no hesitation.

My daughter and I stayed for a week and really enjoyed the property. Location was safe and quiet. The place itself was even nicer than it appeared in the online listing. Communication with the owner was excellent and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

The house is located in a very well-kept, quiet residential area near the marina.
It has all the amenities to make your stay pleasant. It is generously proportioned, spacious, well furnished and cozy. The check-in process was very easy using the PIN code.
The ferry port is not far away, from which you can reach San Francisco in just over half an hour at a low price.
We spent a week there and enjoyed the time very much.

Property is as presented. Twin beds on ground floor, kitchen on 2nd floor, King bed and Queen bed on 3rd floor. Street Parking is limited but always found a spot.

This very nice end unit townhouse was clean and quiet, and the three bedrooms, four bathrooms and main living area easily accommodated four adults comfortably. It is spread over three floors though, so it would not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues. The kitchen is adequately equipped to prepare most meals if desired. The only concern that we had was a lack of parking. This is a large complex with plenty of guest parking stalls, however given that they were full almost all the time, I suspect that many of the residents are using them. Overall a very nice place to stay. Thank you for the hospitality Charles.

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. Everything was exactly as described. There was so much space. It was wonderful for my family. Our two kids each had their own bed room. It was clean and a very quiet and only about 30 Min to get to San Francisco by car. We would definitely recommend staying there.

Wonderful location and cute community. Very clean and communication was great. Only issue we had was one room was on 1st floor and other two on 3rd floor. Not sure if I overlooked in listing. It all worked out though.

The space is clean and nicely appointed. A nice courtyard between buildings to pass through on your walk to nearby food and drink options, or the park with trails and cultural/history installations. A great stay!

Our second stay at this great condo. Clean, comfortable, quiet, easy check in/out, close to the marina, prompt communication. Host provided and we enjoyed the coffee, tea, hot chocolate, laundry with plenty of soap. Thank you!

Marina Bay was the perfect place to stay for our family. Everyone had their own space and it was equipped with everything we needed. We had easy access to freeways to head to Napa, Sonoma, Sausalito and loved being close to the Ferry Terminal for a trip over to San Francisco. Parking for the townhouse was a little challenging but we always found a spot and never had to walk too far. We felt very safe and loved the short walk over to the park and marina.

Very nice visit to the Bay Area. Property was super clean and very comfortable with plenty of space. Neighborhood and surrounding area was quiet and pleasant with a micro brewery, fast food restaurants, a Starbucks & CVS super close and convenient. Recommended.

The little things count
This was really the first time I've personally rented someone's property.
I wasn't a hundred percent sure what to expect. But the little things were amazing. Cold water in the fridge, my personal favorite was qtips I always forget them and I'm always scrambling at stores or hotel gift shops to get a small package of them. The house was beautiful a lot of stairs but that's fine I didn't have to worry about skipping leg day. Really the only thing that bothered me was the parking. I'm pretty positive that the garage was not avalible to us which is fine. And if it was and I miss read then that's all on me. But would be nice if there are any nearby parking lots that I could have used to maybe have a list of suggestions. That's really the only frustration I ran into. But let's be real it'd central California everyone has that issue lol.

Great location, just across the bay. We took the ferry to visit the city and it only took 30 mins. The house was clean and comfortable. We had great communication with Charles and he was very helpful when we had questions. I would very much stay here again.
