Located in Holden Beach, this lovely house for £663 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Located on the second row in Holden Beach, 334 By the Shore is a stunning home that has been professionally furnished and landscaped. With breathtaking ocean views from every floor and the front porch, as well as views of the Intracoastal waterway from the back of the house, the scenery will not disappoint! 334 By The Shore has a total of 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms (each with granite and tile), and has a reversed floor plan. Upon entering the home, you will find a sitting area with a Smart TV, as well as four bedrooms all with Queen-sized beds and all with their own en-suite bathroom. The next floor up is where the beautiful master bedroom with a King-sized bed and en-suite bathroom is located, as well as the living room which has custom built-ins, a large Smart TV, and an electric fireplace. On this same floor is where the kitchen is located, which boasts custom cabinets, granite and stainless steel appliances. Also on this floor is a half bath and the dining room with seating up to 6 at the table and 3 at the island. Please note the fireplace is decorative only! Climb up a wrought iron spiral staircase to a third-floor loft that showcases unbelievable ocean views where you will find another sitting area equipped with a Twin-sized day bed. This home also features an outdoor shower, a vinyl fenced-in backyard, over 1,200 SF of covered porches, and hardwood floors throughout. The public beach access is located just 25 feet from the house making it a very quick and easy commute to get to the white sandy beaches of Holden Beach! The home is also equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards, and a beach cart to pull everything to the sand! This is the perfect home for your family or multi-family beach getaway! Kitchen amenities include: a tea kettle, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, crock pot PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING: You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old. NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind NO Pets — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given. NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise NO fire pits or deep fryers permitted on premise Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable) Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind. *Please note the 5% processing fee of the total reservation amount is non-refundable after booking* Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced weekly. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool. In the peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), whole house linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are included in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel. **In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $200 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party. (Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)** We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin. This rental by far exceeded our expectations. The location was close to everything needed. The bedroom/bathroom arrangement was perfect for the family and the master on main was just what we needed. The kitchen and dining area was plenty of room was cooking and seating for our family of 10! We will only book here for our future Holden Beach vacations!

For starters the house location was wonderful! Although it is a 2nd row home, the public access walk to the beach was right outside the front door. The interior from the large open kitchen to the double porches to see the ocean were great and well accommodating! Plenty of seating for everyone in our group of 7 and the bathrooms in every room was a plus! The amenities were top notch and any issues that came up throughout our stay the owner, Rob, was very responsive and helpful! Definitely recommend, would love to stay here again in the summer time!

The property worked very nicely for our family of nine. Plenty of room. We liked the location of the property. The back yard with pool was beautiful. Heating the pool would have been nice as the pool was too cold to use at this time of year. We would choose to return to this property on our next visit to Holden Beach.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay! Rob, the property manager, and his team were super responsive and excellent to work with from booking to check out! The house is beautiful, spacious, super clean and in a great location. Ocean views and beach access just across the street. Laid back island and beach, gentle waves perfect for younger kids and adults that enjoy actually swimming in the ocean and not getting bowled down by giant waves. We will definitely return. Highly recommend! Ps Don't miss the ice cream sundaes at Fantasy Isle just across the bridge!

This pristine home is even better than the pictures, and it now has a brand new pool and hot tub!! Ocean views galore and easy beach access, right across the street!! Kitchen very well stocked! BEAUTIFUL home! The ONLY negative (for our family) is I wish there were more king beds and a bunk room! Rob was just as terrific as the house!!

We loved this house! It was beautifully decorated with plenty of space for our family of 8. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was big and bright, every room had its own bathroom, and the porch views were great. The beach access was so convenient it made it easy to come and go during the day. None of us wanted to leave. Hopefully we can visit again next year!

Great Experience

My family and I booked this property for the Thanksgiving holiday and it was perfect. The location was great and only being 25 steps away from the beach access was a plus with small children. We caught a nice break in the weather and had three days in the mid 70's so our children were able to play in the water so the boogie boards and beach chairs that were provided were a nice touch. The house was perfectly furnished with everything that we needed. Our family also enjoyed playing the board games that were furnished in the living room. The bonus room upstairs was a great place for our kids to play with legos and other toys the brought and became known as their "secret lair". Rob the property manager was very prompt and helpful in all communications. Overall we had a great experience and would absolutely book this property again!
