This entire oceanfront home in paradise includes 3 bedrooms plus an office with two twin beds perfect for kids. Each bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom. The open concept kitchen has a large breakfast bar perfect for gathering around with top of the line appliances. The house also features a large living and dinning area with the best ocean views in Nassau. You will also enjoy your own private pool and pool deck perfect for lounging in the warm tropical sun. There are stairs located between the houses that allow access to the ocean in front of the complex for snorkeling or for a dip in the ocean. Situate 5 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the world famous Baha Mar Resort, the house is also located close to grocery stores, liquor stores, several restaurants and a gym. A fabulous public beach is also a short walk away. The house is located on the #10 bus route making getting to the world famous fish fry and downtown a breeze.

The home has such an amazing view! It’s large enough for a great family vacation. I’d recommend renting a car to get to downtown Nassau. The host was accessible and when a pipe on the street burst and water was out for the entire neighborhood, Deborah stayed in contact with us to make sure we were ok. Even offering us

This was an amazing experience in the Bahama's everyone was so friendly and Deb was amazing she met us at the house and answered any questions that we had. I hope to be back soon.

“Wow, the views” said our family of 5! This amazing oceanfront home met all our family needs. From private sleeping quarters, to the large living spaces, to the well appointed kitchen and the clean pool, this vacation home did not disappoint. Our family enjoyed daily snorkeling right in front of the home, the beautiful sunsets, watching the cruise ships sail in and even a game of chess. The home is walking distance to several restaurants, the bus route, a grocery store, beach and even a gym. Excellent communication from the owner from the start of booking to our final goodbye. Don’t hesitate to book this home. This vacation home is so much more amazing in person that you will never want to leave!

Deborah is s great host. The property is as pretty as the photos. We spent most of our time on the pool deck taking in the view. Our kids and grandkids enjoyed the small beach that was 100 ft east of our place and the larger public beach a few hundred yards to the west.

This property was the PERFECT place to bring my mom for her dream vacation to see clear blue water. Deborah met us at the property for check-in and gave us a tour of the house, which I found helpful! She left us alone the remainder of the trip and answered every message I sent within minutes. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space and the private beach directly out back. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It was a short walk to the closest grocery store, a few restaurants and a really good ice cream place! I was traveling with 5 other adults and we all agree that we’d 100% rent this place again if we make it back to the island.

Our family had a great stay at Skye’s the Limit! It’s a beautiful house in a great location. Just a few minutes walk to grocery, great restaurants & beach, as well as right on the jitney route. Deborah was very helpful with recommendations, especially Chadson for our airport transportation. Highly recommend Skye’s the Limit!

Property was wonderful! Very clean and Deborah, the owner, was beyond wonderful! She met us at the home on the check in day and was responsive & helpful & available throughput our stay! The views are OUTSTANDING! There were 8 adults and we had more than enough room!! Would return in a minute!!

From the booking process till check out Deborah was amazing and honest and helpful!! She helped us find and book tours and just made our stay sooo pleasant!
We couldn't get enough of the amazing views from the balcony! The water is beautiful and you can go snorkeling in the water right off the property... the house is very clean and she has all the amenities you need. You won't be disappointed just go ahead and book!

My friends and I had so much fun at Deb's house. The home was beautiful and very clean. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. It is in a great location, just walking distance to the supermarket and only minutes by taxi from the larger resorts. Highly recommend!

Great Bahamas birthday getaway
I decided to take a trip for my birthday. The host was very positive, responsive, and even left a gift for me! All of my friends and family had a wonderful time with the activities that she suggested to us. I will definitely be making another trip to this villa soon

Easy to catch right in front of the property. We were two families (kids ranging in age from 16-20). Everyone had an amazing time, and there was plenty of space to eat and hang out.
Deborah is extremely responsive! We had several emails prior to our trip, which really helped us plan and feel comfortable visiting for the first time. She also took the time to greet us at the house and help us get settled.
We are counting the days when we can return again!

Great time, fantastic view!
Everything here was great, easy ride on the jitney to get anywhere on island. Place was clean and secure. Only item I had was there was no beach in front of the property while we were there, the water was too high in front of the property for any beach. There is a very small area by steps that was accessible during our stay. Still plenty of public beaches around!
