Beautiful Wine Country Cottage getaway awaits you! This home features 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, with 5 beds. Centrally located in the Sonoma Valley near Kenwood, Sonoma, Calistoga and Healdsburg's wineries. Enjoy the fire pit, BBQ, hot tub and quiet gardens on the property. Please inquire about our Concierge service offered to all Wine Country Estate Management guests. Have one of our private chefs come cook your breakfast, lunch or dinner. Book your limousine wine tasting transportation and airport transfers with our corporate partners Pure Luxury Limousine, Boutique Wine Tours and Bohemian Highway Luxury Wine Tours! In house massages are also offered at the Farmhouse, and IV Hydration on site therapy. Ask about our winery partnerships too! :) This home is professionally managed by the Wine Country Estate Management team. We'll be available to you anytime if you need anything! The cottage was our base for a few days of touring wine country. The cottage is a lovely hide-away in a quiet neighborhood. Due to the weather, we didn't take advantage of the outside amenities. The kitchen is well equipped. There were a few minor maintenance issues that have been reported to the property manager. Note: The upper parking spot is quite steep and your car may bottom out when entering or leaving.

Quaint, great amenities, comfortable bedding and plenty of room to socialize. Outdoor area is an oasis. My only ‘complaint’ is a strict 9pm curfew policy. We had just arrived and sat outside talking until 9:20 and were contacted about it.

Neighborhood was quiet and the home was very comfortable and had all of the amenities you would expect with a complete accommodation. Kitchen was one of the more functional ones we have had over the years with plenty of seats for enjoying your meals. Beds were very comfortable.

This is a lovely cottage that feels secluded and private. the back yard is special - full of gorgeous plants and lemon trees, with hummingbirds flitting about. We especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen, hot tub, washer/dryer and fire pit. So many comforts. Loved it.

Wonderful property in an absolutely beautiful location. This is the perfect base for exploring the Sonoma wine region! The grounds of the house are amazing, we had a young deer friend join us in the yard for a couple of days (totally the highlight of our trip!). We will definitely stay here when we return to the area.

The property was amazing, exactly as presented on the website. The kitchen and bathrooms were extremely well stocked with absolutely everything needed to accommodate everyone. The setting was lovely, quiet and relaxing. We loved our evenings on the patio sipping wine around the fire pit!

What a great stay for two couples to enjoy the surrounding wine country! Very conveniently located to both Napa and Sonoma, as well as many things to do in Santa Rosa. Our only complaint would be exterior lighting was inadequate for managing multiple levels/uneven stairs for us seniors, especially with luggage. Still, all in all, a great stay!

Found this wonderful place for a trip to wine country. Kids enjoyed the terraced backyard and hot tub.
They were quick to come out and fix the dishwasher when needed.

Beautiful property on a beautiful site. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Santa Rosa. This 2-story home was a welcome retreat and a great place to land after a day of wine-tasting or exploring. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and two living areas. Outdoor spaces were very enjoyable, and we loved the fruit trees and other vegetation.

A beautiful appointed home in a convenient but quiet location.
I was so pleased with this host and the home, it had everything we needed, the hot tub was clean and well taken care of and the seating area outside was comfortable for catching up with family.
The kitchen was well equipped.
The rules about not going outside after 10:00pm were restrictive and seemed a bit much since we would have enjoyed some outdoor evening time when we returned from our events and we were intimidated by the fact that the neighbors may call the sheriff if they heard any outdoor activity.
There seems to be some animosity towards renters from the locals as there were some not very nice signs posted on the main road . The neighbors on each side of this rental were very nice and greeted us when we encountered each other. So I would still highly recommend the home . We were sad to leave.

Great space for exploring and relaxing
My two friends and I had a wonderful time at this house. We used it as home-base to explore Sonoma and it was lovely to have a full kitchen, hot tub, comfy sitting areas both inside and out. Check-in and out was easy and straight-forward.

Amazing Stay!
Tyler was an incredible host and the property is stunning! My (now) husband and I stayed here with a few of our friends before our wedding day and it was such a memorable and fun place for us. Thank you for making sure everything was perfect! We had the best week ever!

The house is about 6 minutes from the town of Santa Rosa. It’s a 20 minute drive to Healdsburg and 20 minutes to Calistoga. This is a quiet neighborhood and there are strict rules. No listening to music outside at all. Renters don’t seem welcomed in the area as one of the neighbors had signs all over his lawn complaining about short term renters.
The house is comfortable, large and well equipped. There are lots of towels and robes. The yard was really nice and secure for our dog.
With more than one level , it’s a perfect setup for two couples who want to explore the area.

Super great property, owner was reachable, very quiet neighborhood and cozy home. Only downside was we couldn’t figure out how to get the heat to work downstairs so it was always freezing down there.

This house is great, but it could use a bit of improvement. The heater downstairs didn't work, so we were cold for 5 days.
Also, it's lacking some very basic kitchen tools and very basic provisions (we never had this issue with rentals before). We spent the Thanksgiving holiday there and could have used a pitcher, a potato masher, a mixer, etc. The knives are terrible, DULL as DULL can be. Provisions - We were a group of 8, and we only had 2 rolls of paper towels (the house could use some inexpensive UNpaper towels to clean the kitchen counter), there were no cone coffee filters, compostable bags, etc. It would also be great to have a handheld vacuum to do some basic cleaning.
The house was impeccably clean for sure. The hot tub is fun and the robes are great.

Home was in close proximity to Safari West. Family enjoyed both the home and Safari. Beautiful grounds and relaxing hot tub. Only things needed to make it perfect would be a kitchen sink garbage disposal and a vanity or shelf in master bathroom for toiletries.
