Das Haus ist umfassend neu renoviert und hat mit 3 Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern großzügig Platz für eine Familie. Am besten haben uns die beiden Terrassen mit tollem Blick zum Meer gefallen. Die Höhenlage sorgt für etwas kühlere Temperaturen. Bis zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto lediglich 10-15 Minuten. Barbara, unsere Gastgeberin, hat über Mail und WhatsApp ausführlich und transparent kommuniziert und war im persönlichen Kontakt sehr herzlich und unterstützend. Vielen Dank für die schöne Urlaubswoche in Deinem Haus, Barbara!

Wir waren 8 Tage zu Gast in Barbara‘s Haus und haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, großzügig und wie auf den Bildern abgebildet eingerichtet. Den Insektenschutz vor allen Fenstern haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Terrassen bieten einen herrlichen Blick auf das ligurische Meer. Den lauschigen, sonnengeschützten Essplatz mit Aussicht werden wir sehr vermissen. Wir reisen mit Hund und unsere Luna wurde direkt mit einem Napf Wasser willkommen geheißen. Das Haus und der eingezäunte Terrassengarten sind perfekt für Reisende mit Hund. Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch. Im benachbarten Olivenbaum Garten haben wir morgens das ein oder andere Reh entdeckt. Auf dem Grundstück steht ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge. Die Region bietet unzählige, wunderschöne Ziele. Unsere Touren waren eindrucksvoll und die Tage, die wir im Haus mit Relaxen und BBQ verbracht haben, für uns perfekt. Die Strände direkt in Sestri sind super zu erreichen. Die Infrastruktur im Ort ist TOP. Barbara hat uns sehr herzlich Willkommen geheißen und uns alles im Haus erklärt. Sie stand uns jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und hat sich immer direkt gekümmert. Genauso herzlich wurden wir von ihrer Tochter verabschiedet- unsere Luna wollte gar nicht gehen ;-) Wir bedanken uns, dass wir Eure Gäste sein durften und empfehlen Euch und euer schönes Haus unbedingt weiter.

Un'oasi di tranquillità

Soggiorno di totale relax in una casa grande e comoda, pulitissima e ben arredata. Ottimi gli spazi esterni dove rilassarsi, prendere il sole o godersi il pranzo. La casa, immersa nel verde, gode di una vista stupenda sul mare di Sestri ed è un ottimo punto di partenza per la scoperta di un territorio dalle mille sfaccettature: dal mare delle 5 Terre o del Tigullio fino al verde e alle scoperte della Val di Vara o della Lunigiana.

Sehr schönes und sehr sauberes, geräumiges Ferienhaus zur alleinigen Benutzung, grosses Hanggrundstück mit vielen unterschiedlichen Terrassen, Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten... ...fantastischer Meer- und Bergblick ... unkompliziertes Heizen im Haus jederzeit möglich... Lage für Wander-, Rad- und Autoausflüge perfekt... sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter...

A very pleasant stay

A very pleasant stay

We spent a lovely week at Barbaras hous! She kindly welcomed us, showed us around and even allowed us to take herbs and vegetables from the surrounding garden. Communication was easy and she was available for questions if needed all the time. The house is in a very green (olive trees and forest nearby) and calming place on the hills above Sestri Levante. The 10-15 minutes drive up is manageable and you get rewarded by the really stunning view from the big terrace and all the bedroom windows. We loved it to head down to the busy town and beach, but in our opinion the „restaurant“ with the best view was on our own terrace with a glass of local wine and a nice bbq (coal grill) or a risotto with fresh rosemary from the garden. Barbara gave us advices were to find the nearest supermarkets and other places. The house is equipped with a gas-stove and bialettis for coffee, a big fridge and even a freezer. The bed sheets are thin linen as normal for Italy, but there are some cuddly extra bed spreads if needed. The TV even offers Netflix access if you have an account. Wifi works perfectly fine. We would definitly recommend it!
