Nestled in Ouray, this attractive house for £319 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. ***Book Today for Only $300 Down at the Time of Booking*** STR License # 2024 - 1146 Our 3 bedroom, 3.5 baths newly decorated luxury townhome is located a mere 3-minute drive to the heart of downtown Ouray. This multi-level residence, which features high-end decor and finishes, is ideally located central to many of Ouray’s most sought-after amenities. It's an easy drive into town, or you can walk across the highway and stroll along the Riverwalk Trail to Ouray's famous Hot Springs Pool and Fellin park. This home features granite countertops, cherry hardwood floors, a beautiful stone fireplace in the primary living space, an outdoor deck, and central air-conditioning. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom: King Bed - 3rd Level, 2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed - 3rd Level, 3rd Bedroom: Queen Bed - Ground Level. There's Parking for 1 car in the garage and another parked in front of the garage. There is overflow parking near the entrance of the Elkhorn Townhome complex. The townhomes entry-level has access to the one-car garage, a bedroom, and a full bath. A set of stairs takes you up to the main living area, where you will find the living room with a gas fireplace and access to the deck, as well as the dining area, kitchen, and half bath. Up another level are the third floor with laundry room, guest bedroom with bathroom and the master bedroom, private, oversized soaking tub and walk-in shower with ample closet space. This unit is located on the west end of the complex, which houses four townhomes. There are a single-car garage and room for one small vehicle parked in front of the garage. A large TV in the living room and master bedroom offer Roku and YouTube TV. High-speed internet, which is perfect for work remotely. The home is dog friendly (2 dogs max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250). Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we follow CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc., are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

This place was great!!! Easy to find, right off the main road. Everything was so cozy. Loved the fire place. They are super pet friendly which is awesome. The beds were comfy, the living area was relaxing. We had basically everything we needed. The decor is super cute and just makes this place so cute. I would definitely love to stay here again. Communication with the property management company was awesome as well. Some reviews mentioned something about noise… we didn’t hear anything it was perfect.

We loved visiting Ouray and we were happy to have this house where we could bring our dog. The park near the condo is beautiful. The hardest part with our stay was the location because the house backs up to the highway. There is not AC and it was warm the week we stayed (July) so our windows had to be open all night. It made it extremely difficult for my kids to sleep while hearing motorcycles and other vehicles come into town. The top bedroom does not have any window coverings so again, that made it hard to sleep. The windows are all old and some are hard to get open and closed. We also had a bear visit every night and knock over any trash cans outside, which woke everyone up each night. The kitchen was well stocked and my kids loved the foosball table. We loved Ouray but would find another place to stay next time.

Overall, this townhome and experience was pleasant. The townhome was very clean and well taken care of. The large room upstairs and downstairs bedroom were very comfortable. The second room upstairs had rock hard pillows and the bed was very uncomfortable. If the pillows and bed would be changed, this townhome would be wonderful.

Excellent townhouse close to town
We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse and appreciated how each bedroom has its own bathroom. It was clean and well laid out and had everything we needed. The only consideration I'd like to mention is there are a lot of stairs (3 stories with high ceilings), so that could be an issue if anyone in your party has mobility issues. I broke my foot the week before our stay, so unfortunately it was a challenge for me to get around which is no fault of the property of course. We would definitely stay here again once I'm back on my feet again!

We enjoyed our spring break stay at this house... it was close to everything and we walked to Ouray multiple times. Was quiet and enjoyable.

Property was large, clean and well appointed. Being an end unit it was bright. We enjoyed the gas fireplace in the mornings and evenings. We were very comfortable in the living areas and bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals. The parking was a little tight for my full size, 4 door pickup but we were able to make it work. A little far to walk to town but an easy drive.

Beuatiful Town
Ouray is one of the most beautiful towns in Colorado and I have seen a lot of them. Great town center in the middle of an outdoor adventure and sport oasis.

December 2020 Ouray Trip
We researched for over a month where we wanted to stay in Colorado, we decided on Ouray because of how it is portrayed on multiple websites. The town is tiny, there is nothing to do whatsoever (except hot springs) the locals are rude and it is ridiculously expensive. The townhouse is really a nice place but the parking was terrible and if you do not have a 4x4 you will get stuck. Our property manager was on vacation so the fill in was helping us the best she could. If you want a relaxing place to lay your head in Colorado then go to Ouray. We didn't travel too far past but if you want stuff to be able to do, stay in Durango or Telluride.

Great getaway
Clean and spacious! It had everything we needed - well stocked kitchen, board games, hairdryers. Very cozy and modern decorations. About a mile walk to the hot springs and town. A great getaway!

Peaceful Vacation
We stayed at this lovely townhome during the week of Thanksgiving. Our whole family came to visit our parents in Montrose, and we needed a house that would accommodate 6 adults. We decided to stay in Ouray. It was lovely. The townhome was pristine, and the managers were super friendly and helpful. We had decided to use the grill for dinner one night...and were missing some grill tools. So, I called the manager to ask if she knew where they might be stored. She immediately sent someone to our door with brand new ones. All the beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Our family had a great time.
