Clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I was visiting a relative in the hospital at OU Medical Center, so location was perfect. A large park is half a block from the house, so great for walking or running.

Everything was perfect. Extremely accommodating. Very comfy living area. Fresh and clean. Beautiful bathroom. The natural lighting was very nice. Quite peaceful neighborhood, close to everything. Would have stayed another week if not already booked up. Will stay here again. (Btw, kitchen was nice, well stocked, nice knives)

Loved this cute little property. Very relaxing and loves walking in the nearby park. I’m only sorry I didn’t get to spend more time in the porch swing or in the reading nook. Decorated very nicely.

We loved this house! The house is so unique, well-kept, and updated! We loved all the little touches like the coffee cart and the reading nook! The backyard was perfect for our dog, Lola! She loved running around and exploring! There’s a great park just down the road, and so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Our trip to OKC was perfect!

The neighbor was quiet, clean and felt very safe! I'll bet there are great neighbors to be found. The place was fixed up very cute. It was super clean. Very comfortable! Although we weren't cooking, there were all the amenities to do so. I would definitely stay there again!

It was a great property, and we enjoyed our stay. Just some maintenance tips for the owner. The king mattress is too soft for our taste. The hot water handle in the tub needs some work. It is difficult to turn off - it just keeps turning and not catching.

The owner, Amber went above and beyond to ensure that my elderly parents were comfortable and happy. She was quick to respond to questions and made herself readily available to ensure a great stay. The house is located near access ways to highways and it is centrally located to many local attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and serene. While we didn’t have pets with us, the home and neighborhood was dog friendly. All the comforts of home away from home, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, coffee bar. We’d definitely book this place again and highly recommend it to others!

Wonderful property with thoughtful additions (arrangement of fresh flowers!) that you don't usually see in a rental. We loved the front porch and spent evenings sitting outside relaxing after a busy day of touring. Lastly, Amber was a joy to communicate with; she always responded quickly and was pleasant in her communications.

This cozy little house is centrally located. Close to some great restaurants and shopping. Very quiet neighborhood. Has all the essentials that you would need and the beds are very comfortable. A/C worked great and Amber was amazing to work with! You will not be disappointed if you stay here. Will stay again when I am in the area!

Great property that ticked all of our boxes. Very cozy, had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Amber was very responsive to any of our questions and was so accommodating when our plans had to be adjusted last minute. Loved the charm of the house and the neighborhood.

Enjoyed serving two Thanksgiving meals at the property. The kitchen, while cozy, had all items necessary to prepare nice meals. The gas stove and oven was spotless. Beds were comfy and had nice linens. Artwork and decor was nice and there were lots of interesting books on various subjects. Plenty of channels on the TV. Neighborhood was quiet and home was close enough to walk the dog to the park. My only concern was the steep wooden steps from back porch to backyard. Would stay here again.

I rented this property to attend a conference at the OKC Convention Center. It was about 15 min away from the center depending on traffic and was an easy and beautiful drive if you take Walker Ave. I had another couple from my church stay with me and my 4 month old daughter. Amber had a pack n play, a baby shusher and a box fan for us. I was able to fit the pack n play in the master bedroom and used the office to nurse my baby. It was a very cozy and cute and cheery home and we all loved it. It was smaller than I thought but it had plenty of space for 3 adults and the baby. I even brought her swing and put it in the corner of the dining room. We did have an incident of the power going out but they worked on it in the morning. There wasn’t much to do in the backyard but we were inside the whole time since it was 90 degrees outside. AC worked great! Linens and towels were top quality! The beds were great! The king has a pillow top mattress and the queen is normal. I prefer a firmer bed so I didn’t care for the pillow top as much but it was comfortable otherwise. All the decor was beautiful and strategically placed. The smell of the house was great with oil sticks and it didn’t smell like an old house. Amber really thinks of everything. She even had a flashlight by the bed which was handy since the power went out! Would recommend and would stay again!

Amber is a wonderful host. She has done a wonderful job in decorating her place and was well stocked for all our needs. It is in a great location and has great access to downtown and restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend this place.

Great property for me and my 15 yr old son. Quiet neighborhood, felt safe and secure the whole time. We did everything fun we could and nothing was more than 15 mins away, most things including a park within walking distance.
