I picked this accommodation mostly based on short distance to work (SISSA), but it turned out to be brilliant. I really enjoyed staying there, and the entire Barcola vibes. Staff was great!

Modernisiertes geräumiges Appartment in Uferpromenadenähe und ca. 5 km entfernt von Stadtzentrum. Gemütliche Sitzecke außen. Einrichtung komfortabel und moderne Sanitäreinrichtung.
Parkplatz musste extra bezahlt werden trotz Stellplatz pro Zimmer.

Wenig Service, Handtuchwechsel nur gegen Mehrpreis. Halt ein komfortabler Aufbewahrungsort für Reisende. Sehr unpersönlich. Der Versuch einer Kundenbindung nicht erkennbar.

Relativ gute Lage mit einigen Restaurants und einem kleinen Bäcker in der Nähe. Auch das Meer war in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen.
Appartement war gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.
Blick vom Appartement auf einen engen Hinterhof, hinter dem regelmäßig die Bahn fuhr.

Lot of cars parked in the street so you need to really take care when you get closer to the hotel.
But that something not related to hotel so not a minus for them.

location of the place is perfect and also having spot for parking. i can image in summer would be impossible to find place to park.
i would prefer hotels include cost of the parking with the room cost. a bit expensive for not being high season.

The room is located just a few minutrs from the coast. The room is very clean and cosy, quiet.
The coffee tabs are rather limited. 1 tabs per day. But we can buy it i supermarket.

Staff was really nice and helpful. She told us a great place for dinner - Buffet da Pepi. If you like meat, I highly recommend visiting this place. Generally a great place to stay.
About 50 minutes away from town center on foot, but there is a bus stop like 50 meters away from the place.

Loved everything ! Wonderful modern large 1 bedroom apt. Clean, well equiped, laundry room and fitness room on premise. Lisa at the reception was super friendly and helpful. Parking available. Short bus ride to city center.
Nearby food shops and restaurants were disappointing.

We loved everything about this place. Apartment is modern and perfectly clean, bed is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equiped.
Our private garden (terrace) made our experience even Better!!! The view is very peaceful and romantic.
