Nestled in Charleston, this attractive cottage for £404 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning, bed linens and bathroom towel sets for the occupancy of the property. This completely renovated cottage with incredible views and dock on Ninigret Pond is the perfect setting for your waterfront getaway. It has been appointed with countless amenities for maximum relaxation and enjoyment of the water. One week minimum booking with Friday turnovers preferred in June, July and August. September, October, November and May and the first half of June, there is a four night minimum. There is a three night minimum December-April. Be among the first to rent this completely renovated home that features beautifully refinished hardwood floors, classic white-washed ceilings, wide vistas from generously sized windows, and tasteful modern furnishings. The open concept living area features a cozy corner fireplace and lots of seating for gathering or lounging around on late mornings. A dining area seats plenty and provides perfect ocean views. A fabulous kitchen features top of the line stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, tile backsplash and quartz countertops. A perfect place for a getaway for a couple, small family, or group of friends. One bedroom has a king sized bed with Smart TV, and the second bedroom offers a queen sized bed with a Smart TV. The bathroom is also completely updated with a glass door shower, handheld shower head and toilet with Toto Washlet bidet. Loaded with premium amenities that match the property's premium location, this cottage includes a washer and dryer (so you can spend more time relaxing!) as well as air conditioning and heating for individual comfort in bedrooms and living rooms. Watch your favorite shows and movies via YouTube TV with ease from the smart TVs available in all rooms. Be sure to take time to enjoy the grounds around the cottage- dangle your feet off the private dock for a bit or paddleboard and kayak across the pond to East Beach. Sink your toes into the private sandy beach next to the dock. The outdoor property is generously equipped for making memories while active or relaxing. Extras include floating tubes (with cup holders!) for the pond, paddleball equipment, Cornhole set, and yoga mats. With Adirondack chairs, beach chairs and a dock hammock, the most challenging part of this vacation will be choosing the best place to nap. When you are ready to come back inside, an oversized enclosed outdoor shower allows you to rinse off. If you want to venture out from this lovely paradise, East Beach and Blue Shutters Town Beach are both less than three miles away, and Ninigret Landing Marina is around the corner. Close by are also Dave's Coffee for the official Rhode Island state drink and The Haversham for a coastal tavern experience. Nearby Watch Hill and Westerly have many more activities and dining options. Property has exterior surveillance cameras. From May-October, owners keep their boat on one side of the dock, the other side is kept for guests use. Owners may access their boat during the rental period, via right of way on property line, but will not be utilizing shed or any property amenities. Guests have four parking spots, and owner has one spot that will be delineated. Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit. Please inquire for more information. My family and I had a fantastic stay last week! The property is absolutely gorgeous! The indoor space was clean and had so many little extras that my family took advantage of. We enjoyed using the water toys and my kids loved having their own private beach area to play in the sand. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was. We hope to be back very soon!

Nice place with nice view. Clean looking except for the strong smell of cigarette in the living room and bedroom. The throw pillows and the couch itself smelled with mix scent of Febreeze or old woman's perfume and cigarette. Throw pillows in the living room need to be "thrown out". Because it's cold outside, we can't even open the sliding door and air out the smell. Horrible experience. We spent most of our time outside because we can't sit in the living room and enjoy the view due to the smell. My suggestion, buy new throw pillows, get new couch or at least deep clean it not just spray it with Febreeze. Also, no shops or restaurant close to the area, had to drive 20 to 30 minutes or so to find places to eat.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property! My boys LOVED waking up to see the crabs each morning right out the back door. We appreciated all the extras this house provided with very high quality! The location can't be beat and I was so lucky to find a place in this wonderful part of RI. We just got home from the loveliest stay at this property. We’ve vacationed in RI for 20 years and feel like this was our most enjoyable trip yet! Time seemed to slow down at this sweet little cottage—we relaxed, played in the water, and soaked up so much sun (probably too much! lol). Everything we needed was at our fingertips, and we’ve never stayed in a cleaner rental. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Not enough words to describe how beautiful this cottage is. Perfect for a relaxing getaway with a great view of the pond. Food for the soul. :) Complete with all the amenities needed, and outdoor equipment for water activities. We enjoyed the kayak and inflatables, as we were blessed with beautiful weather the 3rd week of May. Thank you!

It was a delight to relax & unwind in this beautiful home! My husband loved seeing the sunrises in the morning. We both loved the sunsets. Just looking out at the water was so peaceful and enjoyable. The owners have thought of so many ways to make you feel welcome. My husband loved his snowflake waffles one morning. Thank you! There are so many places we’ve discovered in the area over the years. During the day, we’d head out to explore, plus hit some of our favorite spots. At night, my husband had the Christmas movie marathon continuing in RI, while we enjoyed the warmth & visual appeal of the fireplace. Thanks, again, for everything! This was a Thanksgiving/Christmas treat for my husband (& me).

We had a great vacation. The house was fabulous we especially loved all the amenities that the owners had. We kayaked and played corn hole the kids loved being out on the dock. Just a great place to go and relax!
