This was the perfect place for our family to stay while visiting Ouray and Telluride. The location was perfect and made our afternoon visits to the hot springs easy. It's close to everything in Ouray and the view and riverfront location can't be beat. We enjoyed sitting on the porch so much that we ordered take out our last night so we could soak up the view one last time. We will definitely book again the next time we are in the area!

We had a wonderful stay at this location. Perfect to walk to dinner, the hot springs and the San Juan Scenic Jeep Tours (ask for driver Keith) which was perfect. The townhome had everything we needed (two couples). The place was spacious, comfortable, and loved the music of the water outside. The half bath was on the middle level and the full bath in the hall upstairs made it easy to share the space. I would definitely recommend this location and choose to stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to have a wonderful experience.

We loved our stay here on the river! It is conveniently located close to town, and the river, hiking trails and the hot springs are just steps away. We didn't walk into town, but you could if you wanted. Beautiful scenery out of every window and my favorite part was opening the windows and letting the river put me to sleep every night. The main selling point was the balcony overlooking the river, I was looking forward to drinking coffee out there but it unfortunately rained whenever I went out. It was unseasonably rainy during our trip. The last night I was bound and determined to sit out there and was blown away by the stars. So beautiful and the balcony chairs were comfortable for stargazing. Don't miss out on this as I almost did! The kitchen was well stocked and a pleasure to cook in. Loved the butcher board counters. The beds and the couches were very comfortable. We were happy to have the a/c, but didn't use it much. We enjoyed our time here tremendously and made many memories!

Search a beautiful condo. Love this place so much I would rate at seven stars if possible. The owners did such a nice job making sure that it was a comfy place to stay. Porch by the river is wonderful and the location was perfect.

We had a lovely stay in Ouray! The location next to the hot springs was fantastic for our family, and we loved sitting out on the balcony in the evening listening to the water! We would not hesitate to book again or recommend to others.

We stayed in the condo for two days as my husband was mentally preparing for the Imogene Pass run. It was so nice to go the the Vapor Cave, hot springs, and we did the via ferrata in Ouray. We also checked out Trout Lake and did some SUPing and swimming! All was great- some packages arrived on our stay and we were able to call owner to give us instructions. We had fabulous weather and hearing the creek at night was very relaxing!!

My family had a wonderful stay at this property! The view off the back deck, wow, literally directly over the river. Appliances were new, air conditioning was nice, and the place was right next to the hot springs pool; we walked to the town restaurants multiple times a day because it was so close. Not to mention Ouray itself: stunning, with hiking trails across the street and across the parking lot >> the waterfalls are so close to town. We watched the 4th of July fireworks from outside the front door, and a deer came bounding right past us (we didn't bother it, and it didn't bother us, was just amazing to see)! Highest recommendations!
