Nestled in Holualoa, this attractive house for £416 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Please note: Interior of home was painted neutral colors since the pictures were taken, dining furniture has been replaced, AC added to all bedrooms, new movie room furniture has been ordered, so many updates and upgrades have been made. New pictures coming soon! Stay with the whole family or multi-family in this large two-level, 4 bed, 4 bath house in the heart of Kailua Kona. So much space inside and out to fit all your needs while you're enjoying your vacation in Hawaii. We can't stress enough how much space this home has! With a large kitchen and separate large wet bar, 2 dining rooms, 3 living rooms, home theater, back yard, and large deck, you will never run out of places to hang out together in paradise. The large covered wrap-around lanai is great for accommodating a large group and has amazing panoramic views of the ocean. It has a dining area with seating for six, as well as more seating around the lanai. There's an uncovered area with 4 chaise lounges to sit and soak in some sun. The upper floor has a full kitchen to allow for some home-away-from-home-cooked meals. The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, oven, 4-burner stove, dishwasher, microwave and more. Beside the kitchen is a dining area with seating for six and a living room with a big, flat screen smart TV. All bedrooms are equipped with split system air conditioning. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom on the upper floor has a queen-sized bed. The lower floor has a wet bar with full-sized refrigerator, sink and wine cooler. There's also a living room downstairs with a large, flat screen, smart TV and two other areas with lounge seating. There's a second dining area with enough seating for six. The primary bedroom on this level also has a king-sized bed. Across from the primary bedroom is the downstairs guest bedroom with a full-sized bed. There's also a downstairs lanai area with a second outdoor dining area, also with seating for six as well a hammock, and propane barbecue grill. Downstairs also houses the home theatre, complete with an 86" flat screen smart TV to access your streaming services in style. Comfortable seating for six. The home has a garage with enough space for two vehicles. The neighborhood is located just outside of town, leaving you a short drive from downtown Kona where you'll find lots of stores and restaurants. Located just off of Alii Drive, you'll be staying only minutes from many of the areas favorite beaches. We provide complimentary starter essentials including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and trash bags. We also have air mattress, pack and play, and high chair available for rent. Property is very big. Views were great from the upper deck. All the toys in the garage were very helpful. Location is perfect.

We enjoyed the location of the house as it is walkable to the shore and to close by locations. Also a good location for activities on the west side of the island. Relatively easy drive to Hilo area as well. The house is an unusual layout with plenty of room to spread out and even a theater which we did not utilize. The lanai or patio is very large and provides an outstanding view of the ocean and the evening sunset. Each bedroom is air conditioned but the central area with the kitchen facilities is not and can be somewhat warm in the afternoon. The kitchen is reasonable equipped, though a dish drainer would be a welcome addition. The lower level kitchen has a refrigerator and sink but no microwave or stove. A microwave would be a nice addition. We enjoyed our stay and had excellent response from the property managers when questions arose.

I had a great stay at the property. It's a bigger house than I realized from the description. My group consisted of 7 adults, and we had plenty of room. We really enjoyed the patio overlooking the ocean and neighborhood.

My 3 sisters and I enjoyed our stay at this home very much. A little far away from the beach, but the view is wonderful. We ate every meal on the lanai and enjoyed the theater area every night watching movies and TV shows. So you know, the features say "hair dryer" singular. Even though there are 4 bathrooms, there is only one hair dryer. We liked the location because it was easy to get to all the places we wanted to go.

Group of 7 adults, we had a great time on the big Island. Convenient to everything and we gathered on the huge lanai often for meals and in the evening. Could have used shelving or drawers in the bedrooms and bathrooms but that was a minor inconvenience. Would stay here again!

The house had a great view and a large patio we used every night. The house was clean and well stocked with towels, and beach toys.

Pictures were not accurate. There was a hole in the ceiling, duct tape on fridge. Mold on 1 of the bathroom baseboards, rotting wood, electrical wires hanging out, some of furniture was used and worn and really bad shape, cobwebs, that’s not even all of it. Very, very disappointed. Did not stay the first night - left after checking out the place- probably was there for 1 hour and we just couldn’t stay. Discussed!!
