I recently had the pleasure of staying at the enchanting Perle du Lac, and it truly exceeded all expectations. Property was clean and everything appeared as in photos online - nicely decorated! Kitchen was well appointed for cooking and lots of helpful notes and labels found throughout to make it easy to use everything. Communication with host was excellent!

We had to get out of our house for a week due some renovations but wanted to be close & this little gem did not disappoint. It was VERY clean & well appointed. They even left a little snack basket which the kids thought was super cool. The views are so relaxing & waking around the docks is just beautiful. I couldn’t recommend this place more, I’m keeping it in my back pocket for future visits as an overflow when we have a ton of family in town!

5 stars for the beautiful, clean, comfortable condo! Located in a quiet complex with easy parking. Everything was exactly as pictured and the condo was perfectly equipped with everything needed for our stay - even k cups and snacks for those on-to-go moments! We would definitely rent this unit again. Don't hesitate to book this unit - it's top notch and the property owner/manager were fantastic with communication.

We had a high school graduation to attend for family that lives across the street in Westmoreland. This location was perfect to house 6 of us. The place is spotless, upgraded kitchen with everything you need for quick bites or full meals. The covered patio got a lot of use and when we needed an extra seat the camp chairs stored in the master closet came in handy. The beds seemed new, with firm foam mattresses and fluffy pillows. Extra throws for cozy snuggles on the coach or an extra layer on the bed. Beach towels, laundry pods, extra trash bags, toilet paper - all more than enough for the stay. No issues finding a parking slot any time of the day. The proximity to Birkdale for outdoor shopping or dining in one direction or Publix and chick-fil-a in the other makes this a convenient location. Would stay again.

Our stay at this property was exceptional in every way. It is well cleaned and well maintained. You can tell that pride was taken in every detail. The property manager Tina was responsive at any time of day and took care of our every need. We will deffinately choose this property again when our travels bring us to Lake Norman again.

This was a great condo on Lake Norman. I was visiting my son at Davidson and had family in tow, so it gave us extra bedrooms and a very well-stocked kitchen so we could have some meals at home and space to spread out. We had one small maintenance issue and Tina was super fast to respond and took care of it immediately. The snacks were a big hit with the kids (thank you!) and the porch overlooking the lake was a big hit with the adults!

This property and the property manager has raised the bar in property rentals. I am a long time VRBO renter and a former resort property manager. This was my best property rental experience to date. The property is beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing. Great attention and preparation has been given to the traveler’s needs and comfort. The views are incredible and soothing. The balcony is large and extends the living space to overlook the water. A boardwalk wraps the property for exercise, refreshing, and sunset strolls. We had an amazing stay and hope you will choose this property for your stay.

We have stayed in this complex 3 times now and we love it! Tina manages the properties we stay in and she is an absolute delight to work with. She anticipates everything! The Unit is so comfortable, accommodating and upscale. We were able to host a few little get get togethers with family and they loved it too! We'll be back!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Elsa and Tina made sure we had everything we could possibly need/want. The condo was immaculate, beds were comfortable, location was perfect, and the view was as advertised. We would absolutely stay again!

Everything in this condo is beautifully done and anything you might need is available to you. We especially appreciated the waterside deck. Little extras like snacks and top end bath products make it extra special. Winter on the Lake is peaceful, I imagine summer will be a little more chaotic. Lots of lovely parks and historic sites are nearby.

This beautiful condo offers everything you could wish for. Super location, overlooking the lake, good proximity to amenities, outdoors activities. 2 min walk from the Port City Club (great food). The condo is clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. There were water, coffee (much appreciated) and snacks there for us. Its quiet here and serene. Stunning, calming views. Communication with the owner and Tina were top notch. We also really appreciated the late check out. We will be back !

We really enjoyed our stay at this Lake Norman property. There was plenty of room for the four of us and we loved hanging out on the balcony in the afternoon. It is immaculate, well decorated and the hosts generously stocked with everything we could possibly need. Property manager was great at communication. If you are in the area, this is the place to stay.

Communication between owners and host was perfect.
Host would answer our questions before we had a chance to ask them! A little weird but real nice.
Plus she was proactive and we didn't have to go to her with questions.

This unit on the 2nd floor was perfect for our family vacation on Lake Norman. Lots of extras... charging ports, spices, paper products, toiletries were all available. We loved the close proximity to the outdoor pool and short walk to the restaurant.

Fantastic location! Fabulous property! Plenty of towels. Kitchen will stocked. View was great. Location was central. Area information and places to eat provided. You must go to Eddie’s and have their crab cakes! Property manager was responsive. Could not ask for more.

Great Stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Perle du Lac. It's close to everything (yet tucked away and quiet) well-appointed and beautifully decorated. Tina, the property manager, checked in on us often to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Beds were so comfy I ordered one for home! We will be back!!

Beautifully decorated condo (as pictured) with all the amenities you might need. Communication with property owner and manager was excellent. Easy to follow check-in/out instructions and we were even contacted to ensure we had settled and if they could answer any questions for us. The patio was our favorite spot which had a gorgeous view. Would absolutely visit Lake Norman area again as well as stay at this very welcoming property.

Great weekend in Cornelius!
We were in town visiting some friends who live nearby - this condo unit was wonderful! Great vibe, loved having coffee on the porch. We didn’t explore too much nearby but loved CareFree boat rentals which is very close. Tina very responsive/communicative.

Great Lake Norman Condo

This is a great condo on Lake Norman. The check-in and check-out process was super easy and communication from/with the property manager, Tina, was fantastic. The owners accommodated our rental need with just 1 days notice. The condo was very clean, furniture was comfortable, and the view from the balcony is awesome! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
