We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you. -Parties are not tolerated and will result in eviction and potential loss of security deposit. -Pets are allowed for $150 fee plus $50 for each additional pet., please keep leashed in common areas. -For your safety and security reasons, our homes (not all) have motion detectors and a security system, including exterior cameras. -Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested.
