Also, a spacious bathroom in the hallway. Downstairs has extra space for the crew. It contains 2 twin beds and another fun bunk bed with a twin over a double, and another full bath. So, as you can see, lots of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy their vacation. Let's not forget the upstairs balcony! It has an enclosed, screened in patio with a table to sit and enjoy an early morning cup of coffee or a relaxing glass of wine in the evening. Attached to the screened patio is an open sun deck, with lots of Gulf Coast sunshine to soak in! This property has lots to offer you and your crew, so sit back and enjoy!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. It is located on a quiet street just a few blocks from the beach. Really easy beach access, no driving/parking needed. Pretty much everywhere you would want to visit in the area is a short drive away. You are able to walk to some of the local attractions if you are willing to walk 10-15 minutes. The neighborhood and surrounding area felt more than safe. The house had plenty of room for a family of seven. Nothing fancy but covered all the basics needed. Home has plenty of parking space. As stated in the description the lower level is not connected to the main level via an interior stairway. You have to walk outside and up the outdoor stairs to access the main living space. This was no problem at all and is probably a bonus if you have teenagers that enjoy a little added privacy. There are 3 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower, so all good there. The only issue I had was the cleaning crew arrived 45 minutes before our time to leave. Parked next to our vehicle in the driveway and waited on us to leave. Actually, started loading supplies onto the front porch while I still had one person left inside. They could have easily waited elsewhere and come back when we were gone. Just an unnecessary annoyance!

Great location. Plenty of Space. Glad we didn’t use the downstairs (unattached to upstairs)room it was moldy smelling. Sometimes difficult to sleep because neighboring houses had outside lights on all night. Good communication with managers.

Only 3 blocks from the beach. The downstairs living space is perfect for teenagers. It was a great place for a family vacation.

It was the perfect stay! We had plenty of room to fit everyone and the house was cute! Just a short (5 min) walk to the beach and close to many places to eat. It was perfect!

We had a combination of families with kids; single adults and pets. The Blue Dog house worked very well for all of us. The 4 bedrooms allowed for everyone to have their own space and the bed configuration accommodated all of us comfortably. There were a couple of minor issues that need to be fixed but that is to expected with rental properties. We did have an issue at the outset when the house was not ready for our check-in. However, Tina stayed in contact with me and provided alternate arrangements for that evening. Everyone had a great time. We would definitely stay here again.

Very central and close to the beach
We really enjoyed this stay. The property is very centrally located to the main intersection of Beach Blvd and Gulf Shores Parkway. Very short walk to the beach. The downstairs is not connected to the upstairs. You have to access from outside but it wasn’t a big deal. Chelsea and Tina were great to deal with through the whole process and we would stay here again. Loved it!!

The only thing I wish we knew before planning our trip is that the downstairs Isn't accessible from upstairs without going outside.

Great stay
The house is in great shape and new updated. The location is excellent! It is just a few minutes' walk to the beach, and near all restraints and stores, but very quiet. The only complaint is the understairs bedroom. it has bugs and smells not so happy. In all, great stay.

We initially stayed on this property because it is pet friendly. Unfortunately, part of our group was unable to attend And the puppy did not come either. However, it was still perfect for us and with or without a pet we would definitely stay here again.

The best experience we have had . The house was very nice and we really liked that the house was not overly decorated with lots of Knick knacks sitting out. With little kids it was nice to be able to relax and not have to worry about them touch something snd breaking it. We will definitely be back.

Perfect place to vacation. Right in the middle of everything without being on a busy road. Nice fenced in yard and tons of beds to accommodate everyone. Very clean.

Everything was as expected!
The location was so great: closes to the shops, the beaches, the bars, and the restaurants! Everyone we met in the area was also extremely friendly. Our group was smaller than originally planned, but the setup was perfect for us! Would book with Roberts Brothers again :)

Did not have time to research a lot as we made the reservations 2 days in advance of Hurricane Ida. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find a spotless, well appointed home with everything we needed! Hope to return under better circumstances! Please know that your home made our evacuation relaxed during a very stressful time!
