Great from start to finish

No breakfast included in this, the location was good, just remember to pack comfy shoes pavements not great ! The staff were excellent very helpful and accommodating especially Omar & Hussein our studio was cleaned every day by a great team especially Ameena who weren’t above and beyond for us 😁

It was more a case of the odd thing to improve a stay …. A folder explains how things work in different languages ie appliances in the studio, would have been helpful. Plus a full length mirror would have been helpful as the one on the wardrobe was obscured by the bed. But thes are really only minor issues the place is excellent and would not hesitate to stay there again ….. lovely stay Thank you Garlon 😁from the Uk.

Expensive for what it is, but does the job.

The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The shower has good pressure and is always hot. Cleaners come daily and do a good job.

The street it is on is quite noisy and dirty, however because of this there are security guards. They take high deposit - 300 euros or dollars either card or cash. The room is nice but very small compared to pictures and the soundproofing isn't great, as you can hear the next apartment quite easily.

جميلة وآمنة وقريبة من المناطق السياحية

مكان جميل وآمن وقريب من المناطق السياحية مثل تقسيم وشارع الاستقلال وبورت غلطة. أحب أشكر الأخ عمر البخاري والأخ محمد على سهولة التعامل معهم ولإجادتهم العربية.

Clean, spacious appartment, amazing staff

Property very clean, staff very friendly and very helpful. Thank you very much mr. Omar he was very helpful and ready to assist when needed. Mr. Omar speaks Arabic which is very helpful for arab visitors.

If you want the best experience in Istanbul, stay at this hotel!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Istanbul. The location is great 4 minutes and you will be in the middle of Istiklal! The apartment was clean, modern, and well equipped. It just needs a coffee machine if possible. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Mohammed in the reception and Eda the housekeeper.

The property just exceed our expectation. Definitely, it does justice to the photos online WE checked-in at 2:30 a.m in the morning and the guy at the reception was there to assist us. His name is Mehmet, he was so helpful. I have not stayed in an apartment line this before where they offer room cleaning everyday. . Manager Hazel was also very helpful. We had a problem with our washing machine and the guy from reception came in 5 minutes to help at 12 :00 midnight..

عجبني جدا المرة الثانية يتم السكن فيه ، جميل جدا وهادي ومريح والموظفين محترمين ولطيفين في تعاملهم ، والامن موجود 24 ساعه ، هدوء تام وراحه تامه والغرف كبيرة يوجد تدفئة ارضية والمطبخ متوفر فيه كل شي والتلفزيون سمارت بالصاله وبالغرفه ، طبعا خدمات التنظيف متوفره يوميا وامينين جدا على اغراضك السعر جدا مناسب تدفع تامين قبل ما تسكن 200 دولار ويرجع لك بعد تسجيل خروجك اذا كل شي سليم بالشقه مناسب شباب او عوائل قريب من تقسيم ويوجد موقف خاص للسيارات

Location is good , but staff and service with respect to money management is vvv poor

The property was walkable to shopping centers

They charged us Caution deposit and I paid through credit card and the amount is never returned back.

Our party of 6 loved the stay here.

Great home for a short stay. Plenty of space and a very well-maintained unit. The staff is helpful and courteous. I thought I could see the Bosphorus from our room. That is not a major deal. The views of the neighborhood were still good. The until is exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would recommend for any large group of 6 to 10 people to stay here comfortably. The kitchen had the pots and pans and utensils ready to use.

One of the bathrooms didn't have the right hot water mix. Nothing else to note.

Die Unterkunft ist an einem super Standort. Die Ansprechpartner sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung in der Unterkunft ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Bei der nächsten Reise werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder die Unterkunft buchen.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Really lovely weekend citybreak for our family

A long list of things to enjoy at Garlon. First, location- only meters away from Taksim Square. Garage availabiliity a big plus for those travelling by car. Customer service for check-in and check- out formallities and during our stay. A big thank you Mehmet. Rooms are very spacious, everything is brand new inside. Water pressure a big plus for those enjoying long showers:-] overall, outstanding quality and value for money choice.

If you are an unxperienced driver, you may find navigating in the garage a bit tricky due to the amount of construction still taking place in there. But if you are an unexperienced driver you should not drive at all in Istanbul:-)

The bed mattress was too soft for our likings But maybe that is not a bad thing for others

Good clean apartments and good location - suitable for families

Clean, secure, apartments with high quality finishing and furniture. Beds were comfortable, and location was very good. Just cross the street and 2-3 mins you are in İstiklal street. Apartment has everything you need from kitchenware, TV, linens etc. And the daily cleaning was very good.

Even if it was winter, the apartment was very warm inside and the AC was not working. We tried very hard to get cool air but it wasn’t possible. Staff tried to help but there was something wrong with the units. Only heating was possible. They did not allow any outside visitors into the property even for short visits. We were only 4 people in a 3 bedroom apartment. I don’t understand why they didn’t allow us to meet up with our friends when majority of hotels allow this and we paid a lot for the booking.

من أحلى وأفضل الفنادق انصح اي حد جاي إسطنبول ينزل فيه

كل شي عجبني من موقع من نظافة الشقه يوميا تنظف فيها نظام تدفئه للأرضيات ، سلاسة في تعامل الموظفين وبسرعه يخلصون الإجراءات أخذنا شقه ثلاث غرف نوف وصاله يومين ومددنا لآخر الرحله لانه الفندق ممتاز بكلّ المعايير مناسب للعوائل جدا جدا بعيد عن الازعاج وأمان يوجد آمن إذا شافو شخص غريب ما يدخلونه

ياخذون مبلغ تأمين ويرجع وقت الخروج وكنت أتمنى لو الحمام يوجد به شطاف عموما أغلب حمامات تركيا لا يوجد بها وكل هذي الأسباب لم تكن عائق إذا رجعت تركيا برجع نفس الفندق اكيد

Wonderful stay it just felt like home, would definitely stay there again recommended place

1. Location (but a little steep starting from cartoon hotel towards taksim square) 2. It was super clean 3. Safe 4. Taxi & Bus stand right outside the property 5. Fully equipped 6. Staff was very helpful (mr yasin & abdur rehman)

Perfect on every way

This is our second time with Garlon. Looks like they are turning into a huge multi-building facility. This time we stayed in a fresh-from-the-construction apartment. Some of the trivia was missing but the staff is amazing there as always— they are on duty literally 24/7 and fetch you what ever you ask for in a matter of minutes. Also they checked us in and out at a totally crazy hour — 2 & 3 am because of our red-eye flights. No questions asked, not extra pay, friendly and carrying our very heavy luggage for us. Wifi great, very quiet (essential for sensitive sleepers), very tasfully furnished, cleaned everyday.

The neighborhood is a bit creepy, but in our experience not dangerous. And once you enter Garlon its like a different world)

Great will definitely come back when they mention all their restrictions clearly so to avoid any clash!!!

It us close to istiklal street, few minutes walking! There’s a security at night, it is very clean, well furnished!

When i booked i wanted a furnished apartment not a hotel becoz of hotels restrictions!! I asked my frnd to pass by becoz we didnt know how to open the door, and it was late!! but the guy start yelling over the phone that people from outside cannot enter the premises!! So if u are expecting to invite anyone they will not accept so better to call it an apartment with rules though it wasn’t mentioned on booking that it is forbidden for people from outside to enter the property !!!!!
