Our retreat is located in Tahoe City near Sunnyside Marina on a quiet and very private lot with a large deck that backs to two conservancy lots. You will also enjoy access to the private Tahoe Park HOA beach that is just a 5 minute drive! This home has beautiful Acacia hardwood and upgrades throughout. The chef's kitchen has beautiful granite with bar seating along with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and gas cooktop. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you could need! Bathrooms have been updated with new cabinets, quartz countertops and lighting, The lovely main level master suite has a built in desk. Two sliding glass doors off the family room invite you to a large deck with plenty of room for entertaining. Sit and relax with family and friends while enjoying the serenity of the forest behind. There is also a smaller downstairs deck off the downstairs 2nd family room with access to the backyard. Amazing trailheads are just up the street, so you can hike, bike and snow shoe without getting in your car! The ground level includes a mud room, 2nd family room with a wood burning fireplace, 3 bedrooms, full bath, small deck and washer and dryer. Close to Firesign café (awesome breakfast location), Sunnyside restaurant and marina and a short distance to Homewood, Palisades/Alpine Meadows, miles of hiking and biking trails, snow shoeing and only 3 1/2 miles to Tahoe City with restaurants, shopping and the Truckee River. Floating down the Truckee River is fun for all ages to enjoy! Paige Meadows trail head is just up the street! This home and its location will not disappoint! Lakefront Tahoe Park HOA Beach amenities include: • Privileged access to a private beach located next to Sunnyside that is extremely picturesque with over 3.5 acres of private park and beach area • 2 piers • Large grass areas • Picnic tables that can be reserved (Must bring own propane grill) • Playground and swing set • Basketball court • Sand volleyball court • 2 Horseshoe pits • 2 bocce ball courts ***PLEASE NOTE RE WINTER MONTHS*** Our neighborhood gets A LOT of snow and is located up a steep (12% Grade) .6 mile long hill. During inclement weather, AWD (sometimes need Snow tires/chains with AWD) OR chains if you do not have AWD! Park in our 2 car garage. A service clears our driveway when it snows so if a car is in the driveway, it will have to be moved. NO PARKING is allowed on the street November 1-May 1. Any cars on the street will be towed at owners expense. ***SUMMER***This Home is not walking distance to the lake because the neighborhood is up a steep hill. It is a short 5 minute drive to the private HOA beach. ****NO REFUNDS FOR WEATHER OR SMOKE**** Placer County STR Article 9.36 (Noise) in effect. Quiet hours 9:00 pm-8:00 am. If noise is audible from the short-term rental during quiet hours past parcel line, the county is imposing fines of $1500 or MORE for noise violations. Any and all fines will be paid by short term rental tenant. Please follow the rules. Management AKA Damage Waiver Fee- this fee protects you against a maximum of $3000 of unintentional damages at the rental unit, provided that damage is disclosed to the owner prior to check-out.
