We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking. One room has a full sized bunk bed set and a twin sized bunk bed set. And the final room features a king-sized bed with an additional twin bunk set! With three full bathrooms conveniently located throughout the house, everyone can get ready for the day with ease. After a day of soaking up the sun on the beach or exploring Galveston's charm, head to the unique loft space for some extra entertainment. This space features a separate TV area and an arcade, perfect for keeping the fun going long after the sun sets. GVR-08131 House Rules: - Guests must be 24+ to book the property. - One-night stays must be approved. - Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. - All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. - No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
