Great, clean, spacious and comfy stay!

The room was very spacious and clean. Bed was comfy and temperature was great. It was a great place to stay. And value for what we paid was perfect.

Nothing came up during our stay.

Great Stay. Would stay here again.

The room was a pretty big size. I was in the double queen. The couch is a pretty big size for someone to sleep on and it has a pull out twin underbed. I asked for a room close to the elevator extra blankets and early check in and all were granted.

I stayed for one night and everything was great.

overall was a pleasant stay and good choice

super clean, comfortable, spacious, nice furnishing, good supply of toiletries, helpful staff, coffee and tea accessible throughout the day

breakfast was not very varied and rich, vis a vis the price paid and the brand of the hotel. I stayed for 13 nights and every morning breakfast was the same. It has to have more nuts and fresh fruits and variety of jams and cheeses. Thank you!

The room was perfect, however the customer service at the front desk was terrible.

Room was clean, and perfect location,

Customer service at the front desk. Need to be more knowledgeable of reservations system. I was charged twice for the room. Should not be multi tasking while taking care of one customer. It took me 30 minutes to check in. Because the personal kept answering the phone, food deliveries, could not find my reservation.

It was okay

Facility was clean and beds were comfortable.

Anthony (night staff) was extremely rude when I asked him to come up and have a look at our room lock it was stuck. He made several excuses and was very rude!

Excellent room!

This was our first stay at SpringHill Suites and we were very impressed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had a great sleep and the breakfast included many choices. The shower pressure was fantastic!

This is so minor and it did impact our stay, but is worth noting that the length of the shower curtain in the bathtub resulted in a lot of water on the floor.

Not very good at all!!

Air Conditioner didn't work well. They never came to check it out or fix it. Room was semi dirty and didn't smell very clean. I told the front desk but he acted as if he didn't even understand me. Breakfast was horrible and barely cooked both days.

Clean, affordable, and pretty nice.

I liked that the parking space was spacious and there was a gas station right next to the hotel which was very convenient. There is also a Walmart that is super close. The room was semi big, with the two queens bed as requested, and the couch was very big along with another pullout mattress on the bottom. The breakfast in the morning was mainly healthy so that was nice, overall I enjoyed my stay and my family members did as well.

Breakfast very good quality of food, selection, seating area comfortable, clean, ample room. Hotel room clean, great shower, plenty of towels, etc. comfortable bed.

Great location for an in-transit stopover on our way back to Massachusetts. Easy on and off for the NJ Turnpike and Garden State Parkway. Very comfortable room with lots of space.
