Fin utsikt, behagelig og veldig koselig uteområdet

fine ute basseng og voksenbassenget, veldig fin utsikt og sengen var veldig komfortabel. Frokosten var helt ok.

Veldig lite utvalg av mat, det eneste utvalget for kvelden var en buffet og den kosta nesten 700 pr person, Det skulle vært noe annet å velge mellom. De hadde heller ingen mini bar og ingen room service. Til den prisen burde de ha det.

Absolutely amazing place, but...

The room was lovely with a great view, stunning location, really nice breakfast, and amazing spa facilities. We went for our honeymoon, and they put a lovely bottle of local apple juice on ice in the room for our arrival.

Extremely overpriced dinner (we had the buffet). It was bordering on tasting menu prices, and the quality was very sub-par. It was essentially breakfast with one or two additions, but overcooked and overseasoned. There also weren't that many dairy alternatives or anything lactose free. Drinks from the bar as well as coffees were quite expensive and not really anything special. Another thing was when you advertise is that you have leisure activities like squash and tennis and don't specify that you need to pay additional fees - it's false advertising. If you are staying here, unless the hotel adjusts the prices for dinner and drinks, eat out at night.

Helt greit, men småting som tilgang på kaffe hadde blitt likt av mange.

Bad og sauna meget bra. Sjeldent stille på rommene, helt supert.

Frokosten var i tynneste laget, syltetøy var helt fraværende, smaker godt på pannekaker som ble servert. Savnet kaffe, fint om dette er tilgjengelig uten å betale over kr 100 for to kopper som bare var mulig å kjøpe etter kl 13:30 om dagen. Måtte leite etter en person som betjente kaffemaskinen. Snakket med flere som savnet kaffe.

Extraordinaire 24h dans un lieu magique.

Tout : Personnel à l’accueil très sympa et serviable. Au restaurant également. La vue de l’hôtel est juste remarquable. Le couloir de nage extérieur est extraordinaire, face a la montage enneigée. L’hôtel est magnifique, un véritable lieu , musée, historique…

Rien. J’aurai du réserver une nuit de plus…

An old hotel in a beautiful location

The sauna/pool was nice. Friendly staff. Beautiful beachside location on a quiet fjord. Comfy beds.

The breakfast was not good. Mass tourism at its worst. And coffee even worse. Parking chaos and half of the EV charging stations were blocked by fossil fuel cars.

The hotel is lovely in a stunning location. Our room was very clean although a little plain. The bathroom had been updated and was great. The staff were very welcoming and the food was really good

Fabulous hotel in a beautiful location

After needing to cancel and change plans twice prior to this trip the staff were very helpful in getting us re-booked, and after two years of waiting to visit Norway we'd been looking forward to the Ullensvang hotel as a highlight for a long time. It was a very enjoyable stay and everything that we'd hoped for.

The hotel was a little difficult to find using Apple Maps, which tries to take you to a different address about 5 miles away. The dinner buffet could offer a little more variety to justify the price. The advert of the room on Booking.com is "Garden view", which is a little misleading and would be better to keep to just "Double room". It would also really help to print on drinks menus what the ABV content of alcohol is, as we were caught out by a drink that we'd expected to be non-alcoholic.

While I found the pools relaxing, I probably would not stay here again.

The pool was very nice, and the general atmosphere of the common areas was good.

The rooms were very outdated, the dinner was mediocre and incredibly overpriced (should have cost maybe 1/3 what it did).

Absolutely amazing experience!

Wonderful location, very helpful and professional staff (both in reception and restaurant)- in one word: perfect!!! We spent 2 nights in the hotel and had a great time. Breakfasts were delicious and the service was superb. Special thanks to Mr. Maciej for being helpful and giving useful advices! Well done!

Wonderful!

The location and view of the water from our room was the highlight of the trip. We enjoyed the pools and spa area. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing. Dinner was expensive but delicious and with good service. Rooms were quiet and comfortable.

More than just 2 options for dinner.

Relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful location. Loved the spa and games facilities. Lots of lovely nooks to enjoy a chat and gaze out at the views. Fantastic to be able to row out in the hotel boat on the fjord.

We do miss having a kettle in the room for a cup of tea in the morning.

very agreeable stay

We visited in April. The view was breathtaking, the swimming pool and tennis area are a big plus with kids. Diner and breakfast were very tasty. Our 6 year old boy enjoyed kids buffet at diner. I would really recommend this place.

Love the hotel and the location but missing Grieg's piano music.

Beautiful location and wonderful dinner and breakfast.

Too bad the lap pool was under renovation. Most impor3 need to incorporate Edvard Griegs piano music in the hotel lobby. Would be even better if the grand piano locked in the tennis court was used in the lobby for live performance. This will definitely elevate the entire experience to another level.
